Es sind Fitness-Trainings-Geräte mit federnd gelagerten Gewichten bekannt, allerdings ermöglichen diese nur Teil-Körper-Übungen. Zwar ermöglichen einzelne Geräte einen vertikalen Rumpfeinsatz, jedoch ist dieser dann tiefbetont.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Fitness-Trainings-Gerät zu entwickeln, bei dem ein Hebelausleger federnd gelagert 4St und welches beginnend mit einem hochbetonten, vertikalen Rumpieinsatz eine ganzkörperliche Übungsfolge ermöglicht.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe beruht in einem Fitness-Gerät, das in 3 grobe Bereiche unterteilt werden kann:
1. einen Bodenrahmen (7 J
2. einen Auslegeraufbau (9)
3. einen Hebelausleger (2)
Der Bodenrahmen weist auf 1000 mm eine Breite von 1300 ma auf und läuft dann auf eine Breite von 400 mm zu; auf der 400 mm Querseite sind 2 Nylon-Transportrollen (11) angebracht, auf der 1300 mm Querseite 2 Handgriffe (10). Die Gesamtlänge des Bodenrahmens (7) beträgt 1990 mm. Auf dem Bodenrahmen 1st der Aueleger-Aufbau (9) mit einer Höhe von 2300 mm befestigt und durch jeweils 2 Aueleger-Aufbau-Stützen (12) gesichert, die gleichzeitig die Befestigungepunkte für die Rundgliederkette (6) bilden.
Die Rundgliederkette (6) ist an jeJei/ Seite an einer Zugfeder (5) befestigt, welche mit dem Bnde des Hebelauslwgere (2) verbunden ist. Der Hebelausloger 1560 mm lang (2) stetot gelenkig und in der Hebelarmlänge variabel mit Auslegeraufbca in Verbindung und wird durch einen Puffer (1) in Minen Aufschlag gebremst. Der Hebelaueleger ist höhenverstellbar (4).
Am anderen Bnde des Hebel-Auslegers ist ein drehbarer Baltegriff (8) mit integrierter Seiiechlaufe (3) ium Herunterziehen «es angebracht.

Claims (4)

Schutzansprüche Pitness-Trainings-Geräfc
1. Fitness-Trainings-Gerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der kurzen Bodenrahmen (7)-Querseite (400 mn) 2 Transportrollen (11) angebracht sind.
2. Fitness-Trainings-Gerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Ausleger-Aufbau (9) gelagerte Hebelausleger (4) mittels je 1 Rundgliederkette (6) und je 1 Zugfeder (5) mit dem am Bodenrahmen (7) befestigten Ausleger-Aufbau-Stutzen (12) verbunden ist.
3. Fitness-Trainings-Gerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am oberen Ende des Ausleger-Aufbaues (9) ein Puffer (1) für den Hebel-Ausleger (2) angebracht ist.
4. Fitness-Trainiigs-Gerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich am Ende des Hebel-Auslegers (2) ein drehbarer Haltegriff (8) mit integrierter Seilschlaufe (3) befindet.
