Die Neuerung betrifft eine nichtbrennbare Baustoffplatte für den Innenausbau von Gebäuden.
Die Bauordnung der einzelnen Länder schreibt häufig den Einsatz von nichtbrennbaren Baustoffen zwingend vor. Demgegenüber werden aber von Architekten und Bauherren hohe Anforderungen an das Aussehen der verwendeten Baustoffe gestellt. So wird häufig die Verwendung von Holzoberflächen gefordert. Diese werden aber den Vorschriften bezüglich nichtbrennbarer Baustoffe nicht gerecht.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Baustoffplatte vorzuschlagen, die einerseits den Vorschriften der Nichtbrennbarkeit entspricht und andererseits das Aussehen einer Holzoberfläche bietet.
Dies wird durch eine Baustoffplatte nach dem Schutzanspruch 1 erreicht. Trotz der . Furnierbeschichtung einer solchen Baustoffplatte, die hohen ästhetischen Anforderungen gerecht wird, können die Vorschriften betreffend nichtbrennbarer Werkstoffe der Klasse A 2 nach DIN 4102, Teil 1, erfüllt werden.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform einer solchen Baustoffplatte nach der Neuerung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Mit 1 ist eine Gipsfaserplatte bezeichnet, die auf einer Seite mit einem mit Feuerschutzmittel imprägnierten Holzfurnier, beispielsweise einem Eichenfurnier, beschichtet ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist die Gipsfaserplatte 1 mit einem Gegenzugpapier 3 beschichtet, das ein Verwerfen der Platte verhindert.
Die Gipsfaserplatte 1 ist gemäß Prüfbescheid PA-IlI 4.6 ausgebildet und hat eine Dickenabmessung von mindestens 15 mm. Das mit Feuerschutzmittel imprägnierte Holzfurnier kann eine Dicke von 0,5 mm haben. Die Oberfläche des Furniers ist mit einer wasserlöslichen Beize behandelt und lackiert.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Gegenzugpapier 3 ebenfalls imprägniert.
Anstelle der Lackierung auf der Oberfläche des Holzfurniers oder zusätzlich zu der Lackierung kann eine Folie aufgebracht werden, die der Klasse A 2 nach DIN 4102 entspricht.

1. Nichtbrennbare Baustoffplatte,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Gipsfaserplatte (1), die auf einer Seite mit: einem mit Feuerschutzmittel imprägnierten Holzfurnier (2) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem Gegenzugpapier (3) beschichtet ist.
2. Baustoffplatte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Oberfläche der Schicht (2) aus Holzfurnier mit einer wasserlöslichen Beize behandelt und lackiert ist.
3. Baustoffplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gipsfaserplatte eine Dicke von wenigstens 15 mm hat.
4. Baustoff platte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
