Description
KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
In dem Patent Nr. 83542 ist ein Flüssigkeitsfilter dargestellt, dessen Innenraum ein-
oder mehrfach dreitheilig ist, d. h. in Ein- oder Mehrheit eine mittlere Kammer α und
zwei seitliche Kammern b und c besitzt. Die Flüssigkeit fließt jeder Zuflußkammer b durch
einen Kanal m zu und aus der Abflußkammer c durch einen Kanal η ab, nachdem sie
durch die mittlere Filtrirkammer gegangen und gereinigt worden ist. Die Kanäle m
und η haben neben dem in dem Haupt-Patent angegebenen Zweck einer gleichmäßigen Vertheilung
der zugeführten Flüssigkeit die Wirkung, daß sie das unerwünschte Leerlaufen der Filtertrommel verhindern, da der Ablaßkanal
η jedes Dreikammersystems die Flüssigkeit nur bis zu seiner Höhe ablaufen läßt.
Eine wesentliche Neuerung des Filters besteht darin, daß in der Filtrirkammer a in
Höhe der Sandschicht und gegen die Siebwand zwischen den Kammern α und b ein
Winkelblech 0 angebracht ist, welches ein Aufströmen . der Flüssigkeit in der einen
Ecke der Sandoberfläche verhindert, wodurch die sich auf die Sandoberfläche absetzende
Schlammschicht aufgerührt und in ihrer FiI-trirthätigkeit gestört werden würde.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch :Eine Ausführungsform des durch Patent Nr. 83542 geschützten Filters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Höhe der Filtermaterialschicht an der Zwischenwand zwischen Mittel- und Zuflußkammer (α bezw. b) eine schräge Fläche (o) angebracht ist, welche das Auflockern der oberen horizontalen Filtrirschicht durch zuströmende Flüssigkeit verhindert.Hierzu 1 Blatt Zeichnungen.
