Claims (6)
1. l/erfahren zum Herstellen sines beschichteten schleifend wirkenden Produkts mit einem Tragkörper, der
synthetische Mehrfachfaser-Endlosgarne enthält, wobei die
synthetischen Mehrfachfasern-Endlosgarne in einer Menge
won mindestens 15% der Masse'der Garne mit einem gehärteten
Produkt eines flüssigen Imprägniermittels imprägniert werden, dadurch gekannzeichnet, daß das Imprägniermittel enthält:
(a) Ein Epoxidharz mit einem Epoxidäquivalentgewicht von 15o bis 6oo und
(b) als Härtemittel
(i) Dicyandiamid in einer Menge von 15 bis 1oo g pro
Gramm Epoxidäquivalentgewicht des im Absatz (a) genannten Epoxidharzes,
(ii) ein Imidazol oder alkyl- oder arylsubstituiertes
Imidazol in einer Menge von 1 bis 5 Gewichtsprozent des im Absatz (a) genannten Epoxidharzes, oder
(iii) eine organische Verbindung mit mindestens zwei umkehrbar blockierten Isocyanatgruppen pro Molekül in
einer Menge von 5 bis 2o Gewichtsprozent" des im Absatz, (a) genannten Epoxidharzes·
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Epoxidharz das Epoxidäquivalentgewicht
2oo hat.
3« Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das Epoxidharz eine wäßrige Dispersion
eines Kondensationspradukts von Epichlorhydrin und
Bisphenol A mit durchschnittlich
3 Epoxidgruppen pro Molekül und einem Epoxidäquivalentgeuicht won etua 2oo ist.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Härtemittel
2-Phenylimidazol ist.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Epoxidharz eine uäßrige Dispersion von Epichlorhydrin und Bisphenol A mit durchschnittlich 2
Epoxidgruppen pro Molekül und einem Epoxidäquivalentgeuicht
von 5oo bis 6oo ist und daß das Härtemittel 2-lvlethylimidazol
ist. . ■
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Härtemittel in einer Menge von 1 bis.1o Gewichtsprozent der in dem flüssigen
Imprägniermittel vorhandenen Epoxidharzfeststoffe verwendet
üird.
