The innovation relates to a multi-layer element for holding heat-insulating, pourable or foamable insulation materials.
As a result of increasingly scarce energy, energy-saving measures are becoming increasingly important. One of the well-known energy-saving measures is the additional thermal insulation of building roofs. There are essentially two types of heat insulation known: On the one hand, heat-insulating insulating materials are used in solid form - panels, mats or the like - which are already in their final state before they are introduced between rafters or purlins. On the other hand, substances - foams, granulates or the like - are introduced into the aforementioned areas, which only become a heat-insulating mat or layer after they have been introduced, either by curing or by filling. In the case of new buildings, the installation of the heat-insulating materials mentioned is relatively problem-free. Insulation materials in their final form - insulation materials of the type mentioned in the first place above - can only be introduced into expanded attic storeys if either the roof has been at least partially covered or the interior cladding has been removed beforehand. Foam or pourable insulation materials - insulation materials of the type mentioned in the second place - can be introduced through a relatively small opening. The filling of the insulation material then crossed into each existing one more or less in an uncontrolled manner
Gap, so that there is a risk of the necessary ventilation the roof cladding is no longer guaranteed.
Hier will die Neuerung Abhilfe schaffen. The innovation aims to remedy this. The innovation lies in the Task based on a multilayer element for the inclusion of To create heat-insulating, pourable or foamable insulation materials that can be integrated into a roof, wall or Floor cavity can be introduced and filled with the insulating material, whereby it does not have predetermined dimensions strides. According to the innovation, this object is achieved by a film tube, the bottom of which is covered by a gas- and water-tight, chemically resistant support film and the cover Side walls is formed by a gas-permeable fabric connected to the support film via seams, and its thickness is limited by the support film and the fiber fabric penetrating spacer loops which are provided at their ends with buttons supported on the outside of the film tube.
When absorbing insulation materials, including fresh in-situ foam, E.g. formaldehyde resin foam plastics, prevents the absolutely tight support film on the underside of the film loop chemical substances or gases escaping from the film tube on this side. Chemical substances or In other words, gases cannot penetrate into the spaces under the surfaces to be insulated, which is particularly the case with subsequent Insulating sloping ceilings and collar beam ceilings around inhabited spaces is important. The fabric that covers the top of the Forms film tube is gas-permeable to a high degree. This ensures that the processed material diffuses out Insulation material on this side. The spacer loops, which are provided with buttons at the ends, give - supported by the Seams - the film tube after filling the insulation material its final shape and ensure the intended strength of the Insulating layer.

The film tube is used to hold insulation materials - insulating materials - of all kinds. The film tube can be used in new and old buildings. For the insulation of sloping ceilings In wood beam ceilings, the film tube can also be used for subsequent thermal insulation.
The overlay film is advantageously made from synthetic materials. In a further development of the innovation, the synthetic fabrics are made with mesh reinforcement. A metal coating can be provided. A particularly suitable support film is the Delta-Ref lex / 'B1 film according to DIN 4102.

According to the innovation, a multi-layer element for the accommodation of heat-insulating, pourable or foamable casing materials 10 is characterized by a film tube 7 . The film tube is formed by a support film 3 and a fabric 4. The fabric 4 forms the cover 5 and side walls 6 of the film tube 2. The support film 3 is connected to the fabric 4 by seams 7 running all around. The thickness of the tubular film 2 is limited by detachment loops 8, which are provided with buttons 9 at their ends, which are supported on the tubular film 2 on the outside.
