Abstract
The invention relates to a multilayer element for receiving heat-insulating, pourable or foamable insulating materials. If insulating materials of the aforementioned type are introduced into building roofs for reasons of thermal insulation, uncontrolled filling must be avoided so that the necessary ventilation of the roof skin is guaranteed. A multi-layer element is therefore to be used, which enables the uncontrolled, predetermined dimensions not to be exceeded by filling the insulation material, even in roof, wall or floor cavities that have already been removed. The multilayer element is characterized by a film tube (2), which is constructed as follows: The bottom is formed by a gas- and water-tight, chemically resistant overlay film (3). The cover (5) and the side walls (6) are formed by a gas-permeable fabric (4) connected to the support film (3) via seams (7). The thickness of the film tube is limited by the spacer loops (8) penetrating the support film (3) and the fabric (4). The ends of the spacer loops (8) are provided with buttons (9) supported on the outside of the film tube (2).

A multilayer element of the type mentioned is known (DE-OS 27 08 733). With his help it is possible, heat-insulating, pourable insulation materials controlled in a - even already removed - Bring in roof, wall or floor cavity and not exceed the specified dimensions. The known multilayer element consists of a film tube perforated on all sides. To the limit its filling thickness are a plurality of partition walls arranged parallel to its side walls between Fixed ceiling and floor. Another known multilayer element is constructed in the same way (FR-PS 24 47 427), which consists of a gas-impermeable film tube. The well-known film tubes are complex to manufacture because of the partition walls and only when the to fill the channels delimited by the partition walls evenly. They do not allow the introduction of Insulation materials that emit volatile chemical substances or gases: In the perforated version the volatile constituents get into the spaces adjacent to the surfaces to be insulated; in the In the gastight version, the volatile constituents cannot escape in a controlled manner.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Mehrschichtelement der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß es Dämmstoffe aller Art aufnehmen kann, dabei flüchtige Bestandteile kontrolliert nur nach einer Seite — zum Beispiel in den Be- und Entlüftungshohlraum eines Dachs — durchläßt, dabeiThe invention is based on the object of providing a multilayer element of the type mentioned at the outset to train that it can absorb all kinds of insulation materials, while volatile constituents are only checked after one side - for example in the ventilation cavity of a roof - lets through
einfach herzustellen ist.is easy to manufacture.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the bottom of the film tube of a gas- and watertight, chemically resistant bearing surface, its ceiling with side walls of one with the Support foil formed by seams connected, gas-permeable fabric and its filling thickness from the AuRagefo-He and spacing loops penetrating through the fiber fabric are bounded at their ends with the outside of the Foil tube supported buttons verses a are.
When absorbing insulation materials, including fresh in-situ foams, e.g. B. formaldehyde resin foam plastics, The absolutely tight support film on the underside of the film tube prevents leakage chemical substances or gases out of the film tube on this side. Chemical substances or gases cannot penetrate into the spaces under the surfaces to be insulated, what especially when subsequently insulating sloping ceilings and collar beam ceilings around inhabited rooms around matters. The fabric that forms the top of the tubular film is high Dimensions gas-permeable. This ensures that the processed insulation material diffuses out this side. The spacer loops, which are provided with buttons at the ends, give - supported by the seams - the film tube after filling in the insulation material and ensure its final shape the intended thickness of the insulating layer.
When filled, the film tube lies in between like a cushion, a mattress or a quilt Rafters or collar beams and presses against the side of the adjacent components. Because the thickness of the film tube is specified and limited, is the formation of a ventilation cavity above the film tube, in particular between the roof skin and the film tube.
The film tube is used to hold insulating materials - insulating materials - all ArL The film tube can be used in new and old buildings. For the insulation of sloping ceilings and wooden beam ceilings the film tube can also be used for subsequent thermal insulation.
The support film is advantageously formed from synthetic materials. In a further development of the invention are the synthetic fabrics are made with mesh reinforcement. A metal coating can be provided.

Die Metallbeschichtung dient der Wärmereflexion des Folienschlauchs 2.The support film 3 is gas- and water-tight and chemically resistant. This ensures that that insulation material 10 introduced into the film tube 2, including fresh in-situ foams, e.g. formaldehyde resin foam plastics, cannot penetrate out of the film tube 2 towards the inside of the building. The support film 3 is preferably made of plastic, in particular made of polyvinyl chloride. The support film 3 is provided with a grid reinforcement 1 Mistake. The lattice reinforcement 1 increases the mechanical strength of the tubular film 2. The Support foil 3 also has a metal coating (not shown). The metal coating serves for the heat reflection of the film tube 2.
