Description
Es sind Beton-Schalplatten bekanntgeworden, die zum Einfassen von Rampen u. dgl., aber auch zum Herstellen von Wänden in Hochbauten Anwendung finden. Diese Schalplatten zeichnen sich dadurch aus, daß sie auf der einen Außenseite glatt und auf der Innenseite mit Rippen versehen sind, wobei diese Rippen eine Formgebung erhalten, die ein sicheres Haften der Platten gewährleisten. So werden diese Haftrippen z. B. auch schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet. Es ist offenbar, daß das Herstellen solcher Haftrippen mit einfachen Mitteln, wie durch Einlegen entsprechender Profilleisten usw., die Massenherstellung behindert und das Erzeugnis preislich zu stark belastet. Die Aufgabe für die Erfindung ist die Gestaltung eines Formkörpers, der das Schalen, Pressen und Entschalen der Rippenseite solcher Platten und Baukörper möglichst in einem Arbeitsgange durchführen läßt. Durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe in fortschrittlicher Weise gelöst und die fließende Herstellung von Schalplatten ermöglicht.There are concrete formwork panels that are used for edging Ramps and the like, but also for the construction of walls in high-rise buildings are used.
