Bei der unter Nr. 86157 geschützten Einrichtung wird die selbstthätige Ausschalung von Formsteinen durch federnde Formen bewirkt, die nach Entfernung des Rahmens in ihre ursprüngliche Form zurückgehen. Hierbei müssen die Formen sowohl beim Ein- als auch beim Ausschalen einzeln in die Hand genommen werden. Eine Verbesserung läfst sich dadurch erzielen, dafs man die Formen in mehr oder weniger grofser Zahl an einander hängt, wie in Fig. 5a und 5b angegeben ist, wo durch wellenförmige Biegung eines Metallstreifens eine Anzahl Formzellen gebildet werden, die zur einen Hälfte rechts, zur anderen links liegen. Die Stege 5 s der Wellen sind durchweg geradlinig angenommen; sie bilden mit den Rückenflächen r r rechte Winkel. Diese Rückenflächen aber können so gebogen sein, dafs sie beim Strecken federn (Fig. 5a), oder sie können geradlinig sein (Fig. 5b), so dafs .sie beim Durchbiegen federn. Werden im ersten Fall (Fig. 5 a) die Enden so weit zusammengedrückt, bis die Stege s s einander parallel sind, so haben die gekrümmten Rückwände r r sich wieder in eine Ebene eingestellt. Man kann in einem entsprechend grofsen Rahmen mehrere Zellenbleche zu einer Gruppe zusammenfassen (Fig. ia). Die Füllung und Ausschalung der Formen erfolgt im Falle der Fig. 5a in ähnlicher Weise, wie im Haupt-Patent angegeben.
