Die vorliegende Erfindung hat eine Vorrichtung zum bequemen Füllen solcher Petroleumlampen zum Gegenstande, welche mitdem bekannten hohen, mit seinem Fufse α aus einem Stück gedrückten und mit diesem Fufse auf die Vase L der Lampe fest aufgekitteten Füllbecher A versehen sind. In diesen Becher ist ein Ring E eingelöthet, in dessen inneres Gewinde sich der Brenner F einschraubt. Seitlich ist an dem Becher A ein Rohr oder eine Hülse a^l angebracht, welche dem Schlüssel B der Dochtschraube C den Durchtritt gestattet. Dieser . Schlüssel ist nicht fest mit der Dochtschraube verbunden, sondern steckt auf einem Vierkant c und kann, wenn die Lampe gefüllt werden soll, herausgezogen werden. Um die Lampe zu füllen, genügt es, den Schlüssel B herauszuziehen und den Brenner F abzuschrauben, der Bechert dient alsdann in der bekannten Weise als Fülltrichter, der wegen seiner grofsen Höhe verhindert, dafs das von dem Dochte abschwitzende Petroleum auf der Aufsenseite auf die Vase L niederfliefst und infolge Mangels einer Löthnaht zwischen dem Becher A und seinem Fufse α auch ein Durchschwitzen des Petroleums verhindert.The subject of the present invention is a device for conveniently filling such kerosene lamps which are provided with the known high filling cup A which is pressed from one piece with its base α and which is firmly cemented onto the vase L of the lamp with this base. Diese Schlitze sind, wenn der Brenner fest zugeschraubt ist, gegen einander versetzt, so dafs sie keine durchgehenden Oeffnungen bilden. Wird aber der Brenner um einen Bruchtheil einer Umdrehung zurückgedreht, so fallen die Schlizte f und c auf einander und gestatten nun dem in den Becher A gegossenen Petroleum den Eintritt in die Vase in der Richtung der Pfeile in Fig. i. Patent Claims:

1.
