Description
Wagenkasten aus gepreßtem Blech mit selbsttragendem. Heckteil Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wagenkasten aus gepreßtem Blech mit selbsttragendem Heckteil, bei dem die Wagenkastenlängsträger nur bis zur Hinterachse durchlaufen. Bei den üblichen Wagenaufbauten laufen diese Träger von der vorderen Stirnwand des Wagenkastens bis zum Heckende durch, so daß die im Heckteil untergebrachte Last auf den Längsträgern ruht. Diese Ausbildung bedingt jedoch ein mehrfaches Kröpfen der Wagenkastenlängsträger, wodurch die Herstellung des Wagenkastens erschwert und verteuert sowie der Gewichtsanteil des hinteren Teiles des Wagenkastens wesentlich erhöht wird. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den hinter der Hinterachse liegenden, zurAufnahme von Nutzlasten eingerichteten Wagenkastenteil selbst form- und hiegungssteif auszubilden, und zwar unter Fortfall der Wagenkastenlängsträger in diesem Abschnitt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der mit einer Kofferklappenöffnung verseheneHeckteil durch Bilden eines Kastenträgers mittels der Außenhaut des Heckteils, des Radgehäuses und eines zwischen diesem Gehäuse und dem Rand der Kofferklappenöffnung eingefügten Vers,teifungs- und Verkleidungsbleches versteift ist. Es wird auf diese Weise mit einfachen und billigen Mitteln ein äußerst verwindungs- und formsteifer Kastenträger geschaffen, dessen eine Kante unmittelbar einen Teil des Randes der Kofferklappenöffnung bildet, wodurch ein Verziehen der Kofferklappenöffnung unter der Schwere der Last und somit ein Klemmen der Kofferklappe praktisch unmöglich ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil des Gegenstandes der Erfindung besteht darin, daß das Versteifungsblech gleichzeitig den Nutzraum (Kofferraum) des Heckteils innen verkleidet, so daß hierfür die sonst übliche Auskleidung, wie z. B. Pappstücke oder Sperrholzbretter, entbehrlich sind.Car body made of pressed sheet metal with self-supporting.
