Bis jetzt sind Fingergelenkprothesen zum Ersatz des Fingergelenkes bekannt. Des weitern benützt man Hüftgelenkprothesen mit einem Gelenkkopf und einem gekrümmten Stiel zum Ersatz des Hüftgelenkkopfes, wobei als Gegenstück entweder die natürliche oder auch die künstliche Gelenkpfanne dient.
Es 1st nun gefunden worden, dass sich auch andere Gelenkprothesen mit einem Kopf, einem Zwischenstück und einem Schaft verwenden lassen und zwar für den Ersatz des Schultergelenkkopfess Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung 1st daher eine Prothese, die dadurch gekennzeichnet 1st, dass das Zwischenstück zwei miteinander einen Winkel von ca. 165° bildende Abschnitte

aufweist, von denen der eine mit dem Kopf koaxial und der andere, der als Fortsatz des Oberarmknochens zu dienen hat, mit dem in die ausgebohrte Markhöhle dieses Knochens einzustecken bestimmten, geraden Schaft koaxial verläuft, und dass die Prothese aus armiertem Kunststoff besteht, wobei ihre Elastizität der Elastizität des Oberarmknochens, für den sie bestimmt ist, entspricht.
Nachfolgend wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausfilhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt
die Fig. 1 eine in einen Oberarm eingesetzte Prothese in Vorderansicht
die Fig. 2 einen Teil der Prothese in Seitenansicht und
die Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III - III der Fig. 2.
Die dargestellte Prothese besteht im wesentlichen aus drei Teilen, dem Kopf 1, dem Zwischenstück 2 und dem Schaft 3. Das Zwischenstück weist zwei miteinander einen Winkel von ca. I650 bildende Abschnitte 21 und 22 auf, von denen der Abschnitt 21 mit dem Kopf 1 koaxial und der Abschnitt 22 mit dem gerade ausgebildeten Stiel oder Schaft koaxial verläuft. Während der Stiel 3 dazu best leant ist, in die ausgebohrte Markhöhle 4l eines Oberarm-
knochens 4 eingesteckt zu werden, soll das Mittelstück 2 die PortSetzung dieses Oberarmknochens bilden. Es ist daher die Oberfläche des Schaftes mit Längskerben 31 und Ringnuten 32 versehen, in die die Knochensubstanz hineinwachsen kann um sich mit der Prothese fest zu verbinden. Im Unterschied dazu weist das Zwischenstück 2 Unebenheiten 23 auf, die zum Fixieren der Weichteile dienen. Der Kopf 1 ist mit vier Bohrungen 11,12,13 und I1I versehen, die im Kopf inneren zusammenlaufen und die sich zum Vernähen und Verknoten der Muskeln verwenden lassen.
Die Prothese besteht im wesentlichen aus gewebeverträglichem Kunststoff, beispielsweise einem Acetalharz, und weist eine als Armierung dienende Metalle.in?.ftge 5 auf, deren hakenförmiger Teil 51 im Kopf 1 vnd deren gerader Teil 52 im Zwischenstück und einem Teil des Schaftes 3 untergebracht 1st, während das untere Ende des Schaftes 3 einlagefrei ist, damit sich dort eine Schraube 6 hindurchstecken lässt, die die Prothese am
Knochen la wesentlichen gegen eine Rotation sichert, solange
sie noch nicht hinreichend eingewachsen ist.

Claims (4)

ANSPRÜCHE
1. Schultergelenkkopfprothese mit einem Kopf, einem Zwischenstück und einem Schaft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenstück (2) zwei miteinander einen Winkel von ca. 165° bildende Abschnitte aufweist, von denen der eine mit dein Xcp£$$kcaxial und der andere, der als Portsatz des Oberarmknochens (4) zu dienen hat, mit dem in die ausgebohrte Markhöhle dieses Knochens einzustecken bestimmten, geraden Schaft (3) koaxial varläuft, und dass die Prothese aus armiertem Kunststoff besteht, wobei Ihre Elastizität der Elastizität des Oberarmknochens, für den sie bestimmt 1st, entspricht.
2. Schultergelenkkopiprothese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dia Armierung durch eine hakenförmige Metalleinlage (5) gebildet wird, mit einem bogenförmigen Teil (51) Im Kopf (1) und einem geraden Teil Im Zwischenstück (2) und einem Teil des Schaftes (3)«
3. Schultergelenkkopfprothese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (1) mindestens drei im Kopfinneren zusammenlaufende Bohrungen (11, 12, 13) aufweist, die sich zum Vernähen oder Verknoten der Muskeln verwenden lassen.
4. Schultergelenkkopfprothese nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sehaft (3) mit Längskerben (31) usid Ringnuten (32) versehen ist, in die die Knochensubstanz hineinwachsen kann, während das Zwischenstück Unebenheiten (23) zum Fixieren der Weichteil*» aufweist.
