Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Obergliedmaßen-Prothesen und insbesondere derartige Prothesen mit mechanisch (im allgemeinen elektromechanisch) betätigbarem drehbarem Handgelenk, Ellbogengelenk und/oder Schultergelenk.
- Die Konstruktion derartiger Prothesen bringt verschiedene Probleme mit Bezugnahme auf die Konstruktionsanpassungsfähigkeit und die Herstellungskosten, das kosmetische Aussehen, die Leistungsfähigkeit, Stabilität, usw. mit sich. Es wird erkannt, daß Obergliedmaßen-Prothesen relativ hohe Anforderungen an die Leistungsfähigkeit und Festigkeit infolge unter anderem der beträchtlichen Hebelwirkungskräfte stellen, die ausgeübt werden, wenn beispielsweise die Prothese benutzt wird, um Gegenstände mehr oder weniger mit der Länge des Armes anzuheben. Die früher bekannten Prothesen sind in der Beschaffenheit im wesentlichen exoskeletal mit einer Hüllenkonstruktion mit einem relativ beträchtlichen großen Durchmesser ausgebildet und so fertiggestellt, daß sie das Aussehen eines oberen Gliedmaßens oder eines Teils davon zeigen. Bei dieser Art von Konstruktion ist es bei einem wesentlichen Teil der Fertigung der Prothese erforderlich, daß sie auf jeden individuellen Patienten zugeschnitten wird, und im Fall von Kindern auf deren unterschiedliche Entwicklungsstufen. Da die auf den Kunden zugeschnittene Hülle ebenfalls als das hauptsächliche konstruktive tragende Teil und die Halterung für die verschiedenen Funktionsmechanismen des oberen Gliedmaßens verwendet wird, führt das zu relativ hohen Kosten und längeren Fertigungsverfahren. Außerdem wird man dann, wo, wie es im allgemeinen wünschenswert ist, ein drehbares Handgelenk verwendet wird, beim kosmetischen Aussehen mit der Sichtbarkeit des Gelenkes oder der Diskontinuität zwischen den sich drehenden und nicht drehenden Teilen der Prothese einen Kompromiß eingehen. Außerdem erfordern die verwendeten Motoren relativ komplizierte Getriebesysteme und oftmals die Einbeziehung von sekundären Motoren, um die erforderliche Leistungsfähigkeit und bzw. das notwendige Verriegeln des Gelenkes unter Belastung in einer gewünschten Stellung zu bewirken. Das führt wiederum zu einem erhöhten Gewicht, einer verringerten Konstruktionsanpassungsfähigkeit und zu einem relativ hohen Stromverbrauch.
- Die als
US 2592842 A veröffentliche Patentanmeldung betrifft eine elektrisch betätigte exoskeletale Prothese, die ein angetriebenes Ellbogengelenk, Handgelenk und Fingergelenk bereitstellt. - Es ist ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen oder mehrere der vorangehenden Nachteile zu vermeiden oder zu minimieren.
- Es wurde jetzt ermittelt, daß durch Verwendung eines Schneckenradsystems für das mechanische Betätigen der Prothese die Konstruktion von Obergliedmaßen-Prothesen sehr beträchtlich vereinfacht werden kann, während die Leistungsfähigkeit vergleichbar mit den oder besser als die konventionellen extern angetriebenen Obergliedmaßen-Prothesen aufrechterhalten wird.
- Detaillierter liefert die vorliegende Erfindung eine gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese, um einen Benutzer mindestens eines von mechanisch betätigbarem drehbarem Handgelenk, Ellbogen und Schultergelenk zur Verfügung zu stellen, wobei die Prothese mindestens ein längliches endoskeletales Röhrenobergliedmaßenelement mit einem körpernahen Endabschnitt aufweist, der eine Gelenkverbindung mit einem Stützkörper dafür aufweist, wobei einer von körpernahem Endabschnitt des Obergliedmaßenelementes und der Stützkörper eine stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung aufweist, und der andere einen Antriebsmotor mit einer Abtriebsschnecke, die sich im allgemeinen tangential der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung in gesichertem Eingriff mit den Zahnradzähnen der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung erstreckt, so daß sich, wenn der Antriebsmotor bei Benutzung der Prothese betätigt wird, die Abtriebsschnecke um die stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung herum bewegt, um so das obere Gliedmaßenelement um seine Drehverbindung relativ zum Stützkörper zu drehen.
- Daher kann bei einer Prothese der vorliegenden Erfindung die Konstruktion in starkem Maß vereinfacht werden, indem eine mehr oder weniger einfache konventionelle leichte Röhre mit einem relativ kleinen Durchmesser (verglichen mit dem Gliedmaßendurchmesser) verwendet wird, und die leicht auf eine gewünschte Länge geschnitten werden kann. Die relativ einfache und kompakte Form des Antriebsmechanismus trägt ebenfalls zur Vereinfachung der Konstruktion und Verringerung der Festigkeits- und Größenanforderungen an die Röhre und den Antriebsmotor und der Anforderungen an die Stromquelle bei. Daher kann die kosmetische Personifizierung einer Prothese auf einen speziellen Patienten im wesentlichen auf eine nicht konstruktive äußere Verkleidung für die Prothese begrenzt werden. Die Form der Konstruktion, die von der Erfindung zur Anwendung gebracht wird, kann außerdem verbesserte Möglichkeiten einer kosmetischen Gestaltung bewirken, wie hierin nachfolgend weiter diskutiert wird.
- Ein weiterer bedeutender Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung ergibt sich aus der Tatsache, daß ein Schneckenradsystem an sich im wesentlichen selbstsperrend ist, so daß, wenn der Motor ausgeschaltet wird und zum Stillstand kommt, der ein Gliedmaßenelement antreibt, das noch unter Belastung ist, das Gliedmaßenelement in Position gehalten wird und kein zusätzlicher Mechanismus erforderlich ist, um das Gliedmaßenelement in einer bestimmten Position zu halten.
- Im allgemeinen weisen die Antriebsmotoreinrichtung und jegliches damit bereitgestellte Getriebe eine im allgemeinen zylindrische Form mit einem sich axial erstreckenden Schneckenrad auf, so daß sie zweckmäßig innerhalb des Endes eines endoskeletalen Röhrenelementes montiert werden können, wobei die Abtriebsschnecke axial daraus nach außen vorsteht. Die Stromquelle könnte ebenfalls innerhalb des endoskeletalen Röhrenelementes montiert werden, könnte aber zweckmäßiger eine im allgemeinen ringförmige Form aufweisen (mit einem größeren oder kleineren Winkelmaß, beispielsweise zwei Einheiten, die jeweils ein Winkelmaß von 180° aufweisen), die um die Außenseite des endoskeletalen Röhrenelementes angepaßt wird.
- Wie es vorangehend bemerkt wird, können die Prothesen der Erfindung eines oder mehrere von einem Handgelenk, Ellbogengelenk und Schultergelenk aufweisen, die mechanisch in Übereinstimmung mit der vorliegenden Erfindung betätigt werden können. Es wäre jedoch ebenfalls möglich, beispielsweise ein Ellbogengelenk entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung in Verbindung mit einem konventionellen mechanisch betätigbaren Handgelenk zu verwenden. Im allgemeinen wird es zweckmäßiger sein, einen Antriebsmotor zu haben, bei dem seine Abtriebsschnecke im unteren Gliedmaßen von der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung montiert ist. Daher würde im Fall eines Handgelenkes der Antriebsmotor vorzugsweise innerhalb des Handelementes sein und die stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung am körperfernen Ende des Unterarmelementes. Es wäre jedoch ebenfalls möglich, daß sich der Antriebsmotor innerhalb des Unterarmelementes befindet, wobei die stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung am Handelement montiert ist. Gleichermaßen würde im allgemeinen bei einem Ellbogengelenk bevorzugt, daß sich der Antriebsmotor im Unterarm- oder unterem Armelement befindet und die stationären Schneckenzahnräder am oberen Armelement; und beim Schultergelenk ersterer im oberen Armelement und letztere an einem Stützkörper, der in der Schulter des Patienten angebracht ist. Ein Vorteil der alternativen Anordnung, bei der der Antriebsmotor im oberen Gliedmaßen vom Gelenk vorhanden ist, beispielsweise im oberen Arm für ein Ellbogengelenk, ist, daß sie den Schwerpunkt des Gliedmaßens körpernah anhebt, wodurch der Energieverbrauch und der Strombedarf des Antriebsmotors für jenes Gelenk verringert werden. Es wird natürlich erkannt werden, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Größe der Prothese der Stützkörper für irgendein bestimmtes Gelenk ein endoskeletales Röhrenelement oder eine gewisse Form eines Stumpfverbindungsstückes aufweisen kann.
- Die endoskeletalen Röhrenelemente können eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Form und Größen in Abhängigkeit unter anderem von den verwendeten Materialien und den Forderungen des einzelnen Patienten aufweisen. Daher kann die Röhre einen polygonalen, beispielsweise quadratischen oder sechseckigen, Querschnitt aufweisen, oder sie könnte einen abgerundeten, beispielsweise ovalen oder elliptischen, Querschnitt aufweisen. Zweckmäßigerweise wird jedoch ein im allgemeinen einfacher zylindrischer Querschnitt benutzt, da dieser im allgemeinen leichter verfügbar und leichter mit anderen Teilen der Prothese koppelbar ist. Der Durchmesser kann mit den Festigkeits- und Steifigkeitsforderungen variieren, die sich im allgemeinen von einem Handelement zu einem Unterarmelement zu einem oberen Armelement verstärken würden. Die Röhrenwanddicke und das Material und die Konstruktion werden ebenfalls den Röhrendurchmesser beeinflussen. Vorteilhafterweise besteht die Röhre aus verwebten und/oder laminierten Kohlenstofffasern, was eine beträchtliche Festigkeit mit Leichtigkeit kombiniert. In diesem Fall könnte die Röhre im allgemeinen einen Durchmesser im Bereich von 10 bis 50 mm aufweisen, vorzugsweise 12 bis 40 mm, mit einer Wanddicke von 0,5 mm bis 5 mm, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 2,5 mm. Daher würde beispielsweise im Fall ein Handelementes typischerweise eine Röhre mit einem Durchmesser von 15 mm bis 20 nun verwendet und in einem unteren oder oberen Armelement eine Röhre mit einem Durchmesser von 25 mm bis 35 nun. Andere Materialien könnten jedoch ebenfalls verwendet werden, beispielsweise hochfeste leichte Metalllegierungen, wie beispielsweise Duralumin (TM).
- Verschiedene geeignete Motoren mit einem relativ hohen Leistung-zu-Gewichts-Verhältnis sind im Fachgebiet bekannt, einschließlich von Dauermagnetgleichstrommotoren, die eine im wesentlichen lineare Beziehung zwischen dem Drehmoment und dem Antriebsstrom über einen ziemlich breiten Bereich aufweisen, was die Steuerung des Antriebes des Fingerelementes erleichtert. Besonders geeignete Motoren stehen von der Minimotor SA in der Schweiz zur Verfügung, insbesondere ihre Motoren mit einem Durchmesser von etwa 10 bis 30 mm. Ein weiterer Vorteil dieses Motortyps ist die Verfügbarkeit eines modularen Getriebesystems, das mit der Abtriebswelle des Motors gekoppelt ist, was das Auswählen von unterschiedlichen Ausgangsdrehmoment-Drehzahl-Verhältnissen gestattet, indem einfach aus einer Reihe von Getrieben mit unterschiedlichen Verhältnissen ausgewählt wird. Das hat den Vorteil, daß bei einer Mehrgelenkprothese die Bereitstellung verschiedener Betätigungseigenschaften erleichtert wird, indem einfach unterschiedliche Getriebe in unterschiedlichen Gelenken eingesetzt werden.
- Die Verwendung von zylindrischen endoskeletalen Röhrenelementen zeigt ebenfalls den Vorteil, daß das Einverleiben einer Rotationsfähigkeit erleichtert wird – insbesondere in Beziehung zu Handgelenken. Das kann in einer im allgemeinen bekannten Weise bewirkt werden, aber die Anwendung einer endoskeletalen Form der Konstruktion weist den zusätzlichen Vorteil auf, daß die Verwendung der kosmetischen Verkleidung gestattet wird, die sich ununterbrochen über das Gelenk erstreckt, wodurch die unschönen Diskontinuitäten vermieden werden, die bei konventionellen sich drehenden Handgelenken zu verzeichnen sind.
- Weitere bevorzugte charakteristische Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung werden sich aus der folgenden detaillierten Beschreibung ergeben, die als Beispiel von einigen bevorzugten Ausführungen vorgelegt wird, die mit Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen veranschaulicht werden, die zeigen:

1 zeigt eine Obergliedmaßen-Prothese1 , die einen Schulterstumpfverbindungsstützkörper2 aufweist, der drehbar 3 mit dem körpernahen oberen Ende4 eines oberen Armelementes5 verbunden ist, dessen körperfernes unteres Ende6 wiederum drehbar 7 mit dem körpernahen oberen Ende8 eines Unterarmelementes9 verbunden ist, das als ein Stützkörper dafür funktioniert. Das körperferne untere Ende10 des letzteren ist wiederum drehbar 11 mit einem Handelement12 verbunden. Der Unterarm ist mit einer elastischen kosmetischen Silikongummiverkleidung13 überzogen, die über ein Armlager vorgedehnt wird. - Wie in
2 gezeigt wird, wird in das obere Ende8 der Unterarmröhre9 ein zylindrisches Gehäuseende14 eines Verbindungsstückes15 eingesetzt, wobei das andere Ende16 davon ein Paar parallele gegenüberliegende Flansche17 aufweist, die seitlich 18 aus der Unterarmröhre9 vorstehen. Die vorstehenden Flanschabschnitte18 nehmen dazwischen ein Schneckenzahnrad19 auf, mit dem sie drehbar mittels eines Drehbolzens20 verbunden sind. Das Schneckenzahnrad19 weist auf einer Seite ein radial nach außen vorstehendes zylindrisches Stopfenverbindungsstück21 auf, das in das Innere des unteren Endes6 des Röhrenelementes5 des oberen Armes eingesetzt und fest gehalten wird (beispielsweise gebunden, durch Druckpassung festgeklemmt, hineingeschraubt, festgeklemmt, usw.), um dadurch das Schneckenzahnrad stationär zu halten. - Im Inneren des zylindrischen Gehäuseendes
14 des Verbindungsstückes15 ist ein Antriebsmotor22 (der mit einem integrierten Umlaufgetriebe23 versehen sein kann) montiert, der eine Abtriebswelle24 aufweist, auf der ein Schneckenrad25 vorhanden ist, das sich zwischen den Flanschen17 für einen treibenden tangentialen Eingriff mit dem Schneckenzahnrad19 erstreckt. Der Antriebsmotor22 ist mittels einer elektrischen Kontakteinrichtung26 in der Wand der Unterarmröhre9 mit der Stromversorgungssteuerschaltung27 einer ringförmigen Batteriebaugruppe28 verbunden, die dicht um die Röhre9 paßt. Wenn der Antriebsmotor22 betätigt wird, kommt das Schneckenrad25 selbst und die Unterarmröhre9 um das stationäre Schneckenzahnrad19 in einer Uhrzeiger- oder Gegenuhrzeigenichtung herum, um dadurch den Unterarm9 vom oberen Arm5 nach oben oder nach unten zu schwenken. Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Form der Ausführung wird die Montage des stationären Schneckenzahnrades19 und des angetriebenen Schneckenrades25 mit seinem Antriebsmotor umgekehrt, d. h., ersteres wird am Unterarm9 montiert und das letztere im oberen Arm5 . -
3 zeigt ein Handgelenk30 , das eine im allgemeinen gleiche Konstruktion wie die des Ellbogengelenkes aus2 zeigt, obgleich in diesem Fall erkannt wird, daß die Handröhre12 bedeutend kürzer und etwas kleiner im Durchmesser sein wird als die Unterarmröhre9 , soweit wie die Festigkeitsforderungen niedriger sein werden und ein kleinerer Motor31 verwendet werden kann. Wie es detaillierter mit Bezugnahme auf4 beschrieben wird, ist der Stützkörper für das stationäre Schneckenzahnrad32 am unteren Ende10 der Unterarmröhre9 zweckmäßigerweise in der Form einer Drehantriebsverbindung33 vorhanden, die am unteren Ende10 der Röhre9 montiert ist. - Detaillierter, die Drehverbindung
33 weist einen stationären Stumpfabschnitt auf, der stationär im körperfernen Ende10 der Unterarmröhre montiert ist, und der am körperfernen Ende35 einen Zahnkranz36 aufweist. Ein im allgemeinen röhrenförmiger Handgelenkbeugemuskelstützkörper37 weist einen offenen Endabschnitt38 , der drehbar am Stumpfabschnitt34 mittels von Ringlagern39 montiert ist, und einen geschlossenen Endabschnitt40 auf, der auf seiner Außenfläche41 das am Handgelenkbeugemuskel befestigte Schneckenzahnrad32 montiert aufweist und auf seiner Innenfläche43 eine Geradstirnritzelradantriebseinheit44 . Die Antriebseinheit44 erstreckt sich parallel zur aber versetzt von der mittleren Längsrotationsachse des Stützkörpers37 für einen treibenden Eingriff von deren Geradstirnritzelrad45 mit dem Zahnkranz36 , so daß der Betrieb des Antriebsmotors46 der Antriebseinheit44 bewirkt, daß sich der Handgelenkbeugemuskelstützkörper37 um den Stumpfabschnitt34 dreht. - Bei dieser Art von Anordnung kann sich die kosmetische Handverkleidung, die im allgemeinen in der Form eines in geeigneter Weise getönten Silikongummischuhs
140 vorliegt, durchaus nach oben über das Handgelenk selbst erstrecken, wo es leicht unter der Bekleidung des Patienten verborgen werden kann, wobei das obere Ende141 der Verkleidung140 einfach mittels einer Ringlageranordnung142 gehalten wird. - Indem bewegliche Greiffinger
143 verwendet werden, in denen die Antriebsmotoren und die Zahnradeinrichtungen eher in den Fingerelementen selbst (wie es in unserer früheren Patentveröffentlichung Nr. WO 95/24875 beschrieben wird) als innerhalb des Handkörpers, d. h., dem Handtellerabschnitt der Prothese, montiert werden, wie bei konventionellen Prothesen, ist es jetzt zum ersten Mal möglich, eine Prothese mit einer Handgelenkbeugung zusammen mit einer Handgelenkdrehung und mechanisch funktionsfähigen Fingern bereitzustellen.
Claims (15)
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese (
1 ), um einen Benutzer mindestens eines von mechanisch betätigbarem drehbarem Handgelenk, Ellbogen und Schultergelenk zur Verfügung zu stellen, wobei die Prothese mindestens ein längliches endoskeletales Röhrenobergliedmaßenelement (5 ,9 ,12 ) mit einem körpernahen Endabschnitt aufweist, der eine Gelenkverbindung (3 ,7 ,11 ) mit einem Stützkörper (2 ,5 ,9 ) dafür aufweist, wobei einer von körpernahem Endabschnitt des Obergliedmaßenelementes und der Stützkörper eine stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung (19 ,32 ,36 ) aufweist, und der andere einen Antriebsmotor (22 ,31 ,46 ) mit einer Abtriebsschnecke (25 ,45 ), die sich im allgemeinen tangential der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung in gesichertem Eingriff mit den Zahnradzähnen der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung erstreckt, so daß sich, wenn der Antriebsmotor bei Benutzung der Prothese betätigt wird, die Abtriebsschnecke um die stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung herum bewegt, um so das obere Gliedmaßenelement um seine Drehverbindung relativ zum Stützkörper zu drehen. - Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Antriebsmotoreinrichtung und ein Getriebe, das damit bereitgestellt wird, eine im allgemeinen zylindrische Form mit einem sich axial erstreckenden Schneckenrad aufweisen, um so deren Montage innerhalb des Endes eines endoskeletalen Röhrenelementes zu erleichtern, wobei die Abtriebsschnecke axial daraus nach außen vorsteht.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei der der Antriebsmotor mit seiner Abtriebsschnecke im unteren Gliedmaßen von der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung montiert ist.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei der der Antriebsmotor im oberen Gliedmaßen von der stationären Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung montiert ist.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der der Stützkörper ein endoskeletales Röhrenelement oder ein Stumpfverbindungsstück aufweist.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der, wo zwei oder mehr der endoskeletalen Röhrenelemente bereitgestellt werden, die endoskeletale Röhre, die gelenkabwärts vorhanden ist, einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der des endoskeletalen Elementes, das relativ gelenkaufwärts vorhanden ist.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das endoskeletale Röhrenelement aus verwebten und/oder laminierten Kohlenstofffasern oder einer hochfesten leichten Metalllegierung gebildet wird.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der der Antriebsmotor ein Dauermagnetgleichstrommotor ist, der im wesentlichen eine lineare Beziehung zwischen dem Drehmoment und dem Antriebsstrom aufweist.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der der Antriebsmotor mittels dessen Abtriebswelle mit einem Getriebe gekoppelt ist, worin das Getriebe aus einer Reihe von Getrieben ausgewählt wird, wobei die Reihe der Getriebe eine Vielzahl von Übersetzungsverhältnissen bereitstellt, so daß verschiedene Ausgangsdrehmoment-Drehzahlen ausgewählt werden, indem das geeignete Getriebe mit den gewünschten Übersetzungsverhältnissen aus der Reihe ausgewählt wird.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der eine kosmetische Verkleidung (
13 ) bereitgestellt wird, die sich ununterbrochen über mindestens ein Gelenk bei Benutzung der Prothese erstreckt. - Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der bei Benutzung der Prothese eine Stromquelle (
28 ) für den Motor vorhanden ist. - Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Stromquelle eine im allgemeinen ringförmige oder teilringförmige Form für das Montieren auf der Außenseite des endoskeletalen Röhrenelementes zeigt.
- Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Prothese ein Handgelenk (
30 ) aufweist, wobei das Handgelenk auf seiner gelenkaufwärts gelegenen Seite mit einer Drehantriebsverbindung versehen ist, die einen stationären Stumpfabschnitt aufweist, der stationär im körperfernen Ende einer endoskeletalen Unterarmröhre montiert ist und der am körperfernen Ende einen Zahnkranz aufweist, wobei ein röhrenförmiger Handgelenkbeugemuskelstützkörper (37 ) einen offenen Endabschnitt, der drehbar am Stumpfabschnitt mittels Ringlagern montiert ist, und einen geschlossenen Endabschnitt aufweist, der auf seiner Außenfläche das am Handgelenkbeugemuskel befestigte Schneckenzahnrad montiert hat und auf seiner Innenfläche eine Geradstirnritzelradantriebseinheit, worin sich die Antriebseinheit parallel zur aber versetzt von der mittleren Längsrotationsachse des Stützkörpers für einen treibenden Eingriff von deren Geradstirnritzelrad mit dem Zahnkranz erstreckt, so daß der Betrieb des Antriebsmotors der Antriebseinheit bei Benutzung der Prothese bewirkt, daß sich der Handgelenkbeugelmuskelstützkörper um den Stumpfabschnitt dreht. - Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach Anspruch 13, die eine kosmetische Handverkleidung (
140 ) umfaßt, die sich ununterbrochen nach oben über das Handgelenk erstreckt, wobei das obere Ende der Handverkleidung an einem Ringlager montiert ist, das an der endoskeletalen Unterarmröhre montiert ist. - Gelenkige endoskeletale Prothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, bei der die stationäre Schneckenzahnradeinrichtung konzentrisch mit der Drehverbindung angeordnet ist.
