Claims (8)
1. Eine durch Reaktion härtbare Harzzusammensetzung, umfassend eine härtbare Komponente, einen
Polymerisationsinitiator zum Härten der härtbaren Komponente, einen anorganischen Füllstoff,
einschließend Aluminiumoxidtrihydrat, und einen Phosphorsäureester von Methacryl- oder Acrylsäure mit
der Formel:
[CH&sub2;=C(R&sub1;)-COO(CH(R&sub2;)CH(R&sub3;)O)n]y-PO(OH)x
wobei R&sub1; = H oder CH&sub3;; R&sub2; = H oder CH&sub3;; R&sub3; = CH&sub3; oder H; R&sub2; ist nicht das Gleiche wie R&sub3;; n ist 2 bis 8; x
ist 1 oder 2, und x + y = 3.
2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei R&sub1; und R&sub2; jeweils CH&sub3; sind.
3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, wobei n im Durchschnitt 5 ist.
4. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Phosphorsäureester in einer Menge von 0,1 bis
0,48 Gew.-% relativ zu dem anorganischen Füllstoff ist.
5. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der anorganische Füllstoff mindestens ein Glied,
ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Aluminiumoxidtrihydrat, Magnesiumhydroxid, Calciumcarbonat
und Silika ist.
6. Zusammensetzungen nach Anspruch 1, wobei n im Durchschnitt 5 ist, R&sub1; und 4 sind jeweils CH&sub3;,
der anorganische Füllstoff ist Aluminiumoxidtrihydrat, und der Phosphorsäureester ist in einer Menge von
0,1 bis 0,48 Gew.-% relativ zu dem anorganischen Füllstof.
7. Künstlicher Marmor, erhalten durch Formen und Härten der Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1.
8. Verfahren zum Härten einer Harzzusammensetzung durch Mischen der Bestandteile nach
Anspruch 1 und ihr Erlauben, zu reagieren.
