Claims (11)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Flammspritzbare PuIverzubereitung zum überziehen von Kunststoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie
a) ungefähr 70 bis 98 Gew.-So eines f lammspr i t zbaren Mineralpulvers ,
b) ungefähr 1 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Ny lonpuIvers und
c) ungefähr 1 bis 25 Gew.-?o eines Epoxidharzpulvers
enthält.
2. Flammspritzbare Pulverzubereitunq nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie
a) ungefähr 5(J bis 98 Gew.-?o eines f lammsp r i tzbaren nicht-metallischen Mineralpulvers,
b) ungefähr 1 bis 25 Gew.-?o eines Nylonpulvers und
c) ungefähr 1 bis 25 Gew.-?i eines Epox idharzpu.lvers
enthält.
3. Flammspritzbare PuIverzubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie
a) ungefähr 70 bis 98 Gew.-?o eines f lammsp r i t zbaren Meta 11pulvers ,
b) ungefähr 1 bis 15 Gew.-% eines Nylonpulvers und
c) ungefähr 1 bis 15 % eines Epoxidharzpulvers
enthält .
4. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pulver eine PartikelgröQe von bis zu ungefähr 180 yum besitzt und mineralische Subpartikel (a) mit einer Größe von weniger als ungefähr 110 jum enthält.
5. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß (b) und (c) als Subpartikel von weniger als ungefähr 80 ρ vorliegen.
6. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie
a) ungefähr 95 Gew.-* eines f lammspr itzbaren Metallpulvers,
b) ungefähr 2,5 Gew.-5o eines Nylonpulvers und
c) ungefähr 2,5 Gew.-?o eines Epoxidharzpulvers
enthält.
7. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie
a) ungefähr 85 Gew.-iS eines f.lammsp ritzbaren nichtmetallischen Mineralpulvers
b) ungefähr 7,5 Gew.-?o eines Nylonpulvers und
c) ungefähr 7,5 Gew.-?o eines Epoxidharzpulvers
enthält.
8. Verfahren zum Beschichten von Kunststoff mit einem Mineral, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es das Flammsprühen einer Pulverzubereitung nach Anspruch 1 auf das Substrat enthält.
9 . Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als zusätzlichen Schritt das Flammsprühen eines im wesentlichen aus einem Mineral bestehenden Pulvers auf das beschichtete Substrat enhält.
10. Beschichtetes Substrat, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 9.
11. Beschichtetes Substrat hergestellt, nach dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 10.
