Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare the title resin composite having abrasion resistance as well as anti-fogging properties, by coating the surface of a polycarbonate resin substrate successively with a primer composed of a specific component such as a silane compound, and a top coating composition, and curing the coatings.
CONSTITUTION: A primer obtained by heating a solution containing ≤20 % of a modified product prepared by the reaction of an aminosilane compound I, etc., with an epoxy compound II, etc., is applied to the surface of a polycarbonate substrate, and cured by heating. A top coating composition obtained by irradiating the following specific mixture with ionizing radiation, is applied to the surface of the cured primer coating. The mixture is composed of (A) 80W10 parts by weight of a polymer of a vinyl-containing polymerizable monomer IV, etc., and 20W90 parts of an organic silane compound III, etc., or (B) 20W80 parts of a component III, etc., and 80W20 parts of a compound containing ethylene glycol unit V, etc., or (C) 50W90 parts of an epoxy-containing silane compound VI, etc., and 50W10 parts of a polymerizable monomer VII, VIII, etc.
