Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von festen Kunstfasern aus Viscose Es ist bekannt, Viscoselösungen mit einem Gehalt von über ioo/o Cellulose zur Herstellung von Kunstseide zu verwenden (deutsche Patentschriften 223 736, 337 672 und 492 279).Process for the production of solid synthetic fibers from viscose It is known, viscose solutions with a content of over ioo / o cellulose for the production to use artificial silk (German patents 223 736, 337 672 and 492 279).

In strongly acidic baths according to the main patent 649 o82 there is such a thing Viscose containing more than 10% cellulose has not yet been used.

It has been shown that the use of such high percentage viscose does not cause any difficulties in spinning in strongly acidic baths. The viscose with over 10% cellulose have so good spinnability in the strongly acidic baths that it is possible to use high take-off speeds, for. B. with i oo m and more to work. A certain increase in strength can also be observed in the threads spun with such viscoses. Furthermore, the use of high-percentage spinning solutions is very advantageous for the regeneration of the baths. The viscose fibers are expediently spun in a fully ripened or only slightly ripened stage and, depending on the stretch given to the thread, strengths of up to 300 g per 100 denier and more are achieved. To prevent further harmful effects of the spinning acids on the thread, the bobbin is washed in the upper bath with diluted acids or with water.

;t'^Compared to the known process according to British patent specification 317 6o8, the process of the main patent achieves higher strengths if the bath contains at least 20% of bisulfates, calculated on ammonium bisulfate, in addition to the sulfuric acid. Example Cellulose is dipped in the normal way in 18% sodium hydroxide solution, pressed three times as much, and the alkali cellulose is left to mature for 5 days at 20 °. Then it is sulfided with 330/0 carbon disulfide and dissolved to a viscosity of 13.5010 pulp and 6.8% alkali. The viscose is spun in a precipitation bath with a salt ripeness of 6 1/2 at a temperature of q.5 ° which contains 35 parts by weight of free sulfuric acid, 30 parts by weight of ammonium bisulphate and 12 parts by weight of sodium bisulphate in 100 parts by weight of bath. The bath length is 8 cm, the air gap 45 cm. The thread is stretched through a comb-like thread guide. The withdrawal speed is 55m.; T '^
