Hot water storage tanks The invention extends to bite water storage tanks,
those with a built into the storage tank and opening freely into this tank,
are preferably equipped with electrically heated instantaneous water heaters.
besteht.Of the known devices of this type in which the water heater
not only with its outlet end, but also with its inlet nozzle into the
Storage tank opens, the new memory differs in that it has a
directly connected to the cold water supply and in the vicinity of its lower edge
Contains instantaneous water heater which opens into the storage tank and which can be shut off
Spout through which hot water both directly from the. Heater as well
can be removed from the storage container, and in such a way into the storage container
is built in that he is when water is withdrawn from this container, and that too
when it is completely emptied, it remains filled with water. This will not
only achieved that - similar to the known systems - the water content of the
Memory and that of the water heater with the help of one and the same heating device
can be heated, but also creates the possibility of
operate the water heater independently and independently of the storage tank
and vice versa, train the latter as a drain and independent of the water heater
to be able to empty completely without the risk of the heating device going dry
consists.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing
shown; namely show: Fig. i a side view of the directly to the water pipe
connected new water heater and Fig. 2 a front view of this heater
and a partial section through the storage container receiving it.
der gemeinsam mit einer Rohrschlange i o in eine Isoliermasse 12, Beingebettet ist;
ihrem vorderen Ende einen Kaltwasserzapfhahn i trägt.As can be seen from Fig. 2, the water heater is in a 'storage tank
S installed and provided with an outlet nozzle a 'to which an in
the storage space opening line d "and on the other hand an outlet tap a" 'connected
that controls the heater and storage outlet at the same time. The water heater
consists in the example shown of an electrical heating resistor 1q.,
which is embedded together with a pipe coil i o in an insulating compound 12, legs;
the part 13 of the insulating compound surrounds the radiator within the coil, while
the part 12 lies outside the latter and is in turn surrounded by a jacket i i
is. The inlet end of the pipe coil i o is connected to the
Housing 2 connected to a water pipe fitting, which in turn is attached to its rear
End with
Thread is connected to the water pipe and on
its front end carries a cold water tap i.
15 gegen den Mantel j i isolierte' Heizwiderstand 14 eingeschaltet.
-Heizwiderstandes I ¢ OhnZ zusätzlichen Stromverbrauch noch lange siedend.
Wasser aus dem Durchlauferhitzer i i.
bleibt. Are intended to the water heater put into operation, accepted, the valve 17 geöff "net and is at its ends 1 6 by isolation nipple 1 5 against the shell ji 'heating resistor 14 insulated turned on. This will in the coil I'o incoming water in this, for example, heated to boiling temperature and then stored at the end a 'of the snake and from there, depending on the position of the tap a "' to the consumer or in the storage tank S. The heat contained in the heater ii holds the water; the storage tank also after switching off the heating resistor I ¢ OhnZ additional power consumption still boiling for a long time. When the storage tank is empty and the tap 17 is open, only freshly heated water flows from the water heater i i from the tap a "'. If, on the other hand, the storage tank S is full, only storage water comes out when the tap 17 is closed, and when the tap 17 is open, storage water and heating water mixed from the tap a "'. The heater is arranged in such a way that it always remains filled with water even when the storage tank is completely emptied.
