Description
- Papierbinde für Verbandzwecke Der Gegenstand der Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung der Papierbinde für Verbandzwecke nach Patent Gig 710-Die Verbesserung besteht darin, daß die Verstärkungsfäden der Binde nicht in der bisher üblichen Art aus Baumwolle, Wolle, Seide o. dgl., vgl. Patent 57 i 2¢q., sondern in an sich bekannter Weise ebenso wie die Binde selbst aus Papier (Zellstoff) hergestellt und vor der Einbettung in die Binde durch Behandlung- mit Chemikalien alkali-, öl-und säurebeständig gemacht ist.
- Die chemische Behandlung hat die vorteilhafte Wirkung, daß die Papierfäden bei ihrer Einbettung in die nasse Masse der Papierbahnen ihre $orm unä Festigkeit behalten und daß sie auch später bei Sterilisation der Binde durch Desinfektionsmittel und nach Tränkung der Binde mit medikamentösen Salben u. dgl. vor Zerstörung bewahrt bleiben.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Papierbinde für Verbandzwecke nach Patent 619 71o, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsfäden aus Zellstoff bestehen und vor ihrer Einbettung in die Binde auf chemischem Wege alkali-, öl-und säurebeständig gemacht sind.
