Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine verbesserte Metalllegierung für medizinische Implantate oder Vorrichtungen bei gewünschten Materialeigenschaften.
- Hintergrund der Erfindung
- Ein medizinisches Implantat oder eine medizinische Vorrichtung muss eine Anzahl von Anforderungen erfüllen. Faktoren, die die Auswahl des medizinischen Implantats oder der medizinischen Vorrichtung und des Werkstoffs dafür beeinflussen, sind hauptsächlich alle mechanischen Eigenschaften und die Bioverträglichkeit. Der Werkstoff darf keine Entzündungsreaktion oder allergische Reaktion hervorrufen. Häufig verwendete Werkstoffe enthalten häufig Nickel, beispielsweise Edelstahl 316L für medizinische Zwecke, der ungefähr 16% Nickel enthält. Bei Patienten mit einer allergischen Reaktion ist die Implantation derartiger Werkstoffe kontraindiziert. Eine weitere Überlegung bei der Werkstoffauswahl ist die Notwendigkeit, dass der Arzt, der die Implantation durchführt, die Lage des medizinischen Implantats oder der medizinischen Vorrichtung während des Eingriffs bis zum gewünschten Zielort im Körper und aus Gründen der Überprüfung von Zeit zu Zeit danach an der Implantationsstelle sichtbar machen kann, üblicherweise mit Röntgendurchleuchtung.
- Mit der wachsenden Bedeutung der Magnetresonanztomografie (MRT) ist die MRT-Kompatibilität wünschenswert. Metalllegierungen, die häufig zum Einpflanzen verwendet werden (wie Edelstahl 316), bewirken eine örtliche Störung des Magnetfelds, das bei der MRT verwendet wird, so dass die Darstellung des umgebenden Gewebes behindert wird. Obwohl Legierungen wie Nitinol bei der MRT ein günstigeres Verhalten zeigen, wird ihre MRT-Kompatibilität nicht als ausreichend gut betrachtet.
- Diese Erfindung betrifft medizinische Vorrichtungen oder Implantate im Allgemeinen, beispielsweise Katheter, Führungsdrähte, Stents, Stentprothesen und Vorrichtungen zur Reparatur von Herzklappen.
- Stents sind im Allgemeinen dünnwandige röhrenförmige Vorrichtungen, die aus komplizierten Mustern von Verbindungsstreben bestehen, deren Aufgabe es ist, einen Abschnitt eines Blutgefäßes oder eines anderen Hohlraums des Körpers wie der Speiseröhre und der Harnröhre offen zu halten. Stentprothesen sind Stents mit einer Umhüllung oder Auskleidung um den Umfang herum und eignen sich zum Stützen einer dissezierten Arterie oder einer Dissektionsmembran, die den Hohlraum eines Gefäßes verschließen kann. Stents und Stentprothesen werden üblicherweise mithilfe eines Katheters implantiert. Zu Beginn werden sie in einem radial zusammengedrückten Zustand gehalten, damit sie durch den Hohlraum geführt werden können. Sobald sie sich an der richtigen Stelle befinden, werden sie entfaltet. Mit dem Werkstoff, aus dem die Gefäßprothesen wie Stents oder Stentprothesen bestehen, muss sich die Prothese ausdehnen können, wofür gewöhnlich eine erhebliche Verformung erforderlich ist. Sobald er ausgedehnt ist, muss der Stent seine Größe und Form behalten und muss in der Lage sein, den Belastungen standzuhalten, nämlich den radialen Druckkräften, die der Stent erfährt, wenn er die Wände eines Hohlraums eines Gefäßes stützt. Die Wand der Prothese muss abhängig vom Stentwerkstoff ausreichend dick sein, um nicht nur der Rückverformung der Gefäßwand standzuhalten, sondern damit der Stent auch auf dem Röntgenbildschirm sichtbar ist. Schließlich muss der Prothesenwerkstoff auch biokompatibel sein, damit er in dem behandelten Gefäß keine schädlichen Gefäßreaktionen wie Restenosen oder die Bildung von Blutgerinnseln hervorruft.
- Bei medizinischen Vorrichtungen wie allen Arten von Kathetern und Führungsdrähten sind besondere mechanische Eigenschaften erwünscht, damit sie während des Eingriffs perfekt geführt und geschoben werden können. Darüber hinaus sind eine gute Röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigkeit und MRT-Kompatibilität wichtig, damit medizinische Verfahren mit Röntgen und MRT überwacht werden können. Schließlich ist auch für diese medizinischen Vorrichtungen die Bioverträglichkeit unbedingt erforderlich.
- In den vergangenen Jahren wurden verstärkt Anstrengungen unternommen, um neue Werkstoffe für medizinische Implantate und Vorrichtungen zu finden, die gegenüber häufig verwendeten Metallen wie Edelstahl oder Titan bessere Eigenschaften aufweisen. Zahlreiche Veröffentlichen konzentrieren sich auf Titanlegierungen und streben korrosionsbeständige, hochfeste und biokompatible Legierungen an. Wie beispielsweise in
US 6,312,455 , US 2001/0007953 und WO 99/58184 beschrieben ist, sind viele Titanlegierungen davon superelastische oder Formgedächtnislegierungen. InUS 6,258,182 ist eine pseudoelastische β-Titanlegierung offenbart, die aus Titan, Molybdän, Aluminium und wahlweise Niob, Chrom und Vanadium hergestellt ist.EP 0 788 802 stellt einen selbstausdehnenden Stent bereit, der aus einer Titanlegierung besteht, die mindestens ungefähr 68 Gewichtsprozent Titan und wahlweise Niob, Zirkonium und Molybdän enthält.US 6,238,491 und WO 00/68448 offenbaren eine Niob-Titan-Zirkonium-Molybdän-Legierung für medizinische Vorrichtungen, die eine einheitliche β-Struktur bereitstellt, die korrosionsbeständig ist und so verarbeitet werden kann, dass sie eine hohe Festigkeit und einen geringen Elastizitätsmodul aufweist. Die Legierung weist 29 bis 70 Gewichtsprozent Niob, 10 bis 46 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium und 3 bis 15 Gewichtsprozent Molybdän auf und die Differenz ist Titan. Bei einem weiteren Ansatz verwendet Davidson (EP 0 601 804 ) eine Legierung, die im Wesentlichen aus Titan, 10 bis 20 oder 25 bis 50 Gewichtsprozent Niob und wahlweise bis zu 20 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium besteht, wobei die Legierung einen Elastizitätsmodul von unter 90 GPa aufweist. - Ähnliche Titanlegierungen für medizinische Implantate, die auch von Davidson veröffentlicht wurden, weisen Titan, 10 bis 20 oder 35 bis 50 Gewichtsprozent Niob und wahlweise bis zu jeweils 20 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium und Tantal (
EP 0 437 079 ) auf oder Titan, jeweils 10 bis 20 oder 35 bis 50 Gewichtsprozent Niob und Tantal und wahlweise bis zu 20 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium (US 5,690,670 ).EP 0 707 085 stellt ebenfalls eine biokompatible Legierung mit geringem Elastizitätsmodul auf Titanbasis für medizinische Vorrichtungen bereit, die aus 20 bis 40 Gewichtsprozent Niob, 4,5 bis 25 Gewichtsprozent Tantal, 2,5 bis 13 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium und der Differenz Titan besteht. Eine weitere hochfeste biokompatible Titanlegierung mit geringem Elastizitätsmodul ist inUS 4,857,269 undEP 0 359 446 offenbart, die aus Titan und bis zu 25 Gewichtsprozent Niob, Zirkonium und Molybdän besteht.EP 1 046 722 beschreibt eine korrosionsbeständige Titan-Zirkonium-Legierung für medizinische Vorrichtungen, die aus 25 bis 50 Gewichtsprozent Titan, 5 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent Niob, 5 bis 40 Gewichtsprozent Tantal und 25 bis 60 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium besteht. - Weitere Ansätze zur Entwicklung biokompatibler, hochfester Legierungen, die auch ausreichend röntgenstrahlenundurchlässig sind und kein Titan enthalten, sind in
US 6,478,815 und WO 02/43787 beschrieben. In beiden Dokumenten sind Stents offenbart, die aus mindestens 90 Gewichtsprozent Niob bestehen. Niob ist ein verhältnismäßig weiches und duktiles Metall, das mit Spuren anderer Elemente legiert wird, z.B. Zirkonium, Tantal oder Titan, um die Legierung zu verstärken. Da sie zum Schmieren neigen, können Flächen aus Niob können jedoch nicht elektropoliert werden. Stents aus Tantal-Zweistofflegierungen, nämlich Tantal-Niob und Tantal-Wolfram, sind in WO 02/05863 offenbart. - Ausführliche Beschreibung der Erfindung
- Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen erfindungsgemäßen Werkstoff für medizinische Implantate und Vorrichtungen zu schaffen, der günstige mechanische Eigenschaften, eine ausgezeichnete Bioverträglichkeit und eine optimale Röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigkeit aufweist, während gleichzeitig bei der MRT-Untersuchung geringe Bildartefakte entstehen (MRT-Kompatibilität) und damit die Nachteile in letzter Zeit erhältlicher Metalle für medizinische Zwecke überwindet.
- Die Legierung erfüllt in einem medizinischen Implantat oder einer medizinischen Vorrichtung gemäß ihrer Funktion alle mechanischen und konstruktiven Anforderungen. Darüber hinaus ist die Vorrichtung ausreichend röntgenstrahlenundurchlässig, sodass die Vorrichtung bei Röntgenbestrahlung ohne Verwendung einer zusätzlichen Schicht oder eines zusätzlichen Stücks eines röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigen Werkstoffs gut dargestellt werden kann. Außerdem ist die Vorrichtung nicht übermäßig hell, wodurch das Bild des umgebenden Gewebes nicht überdeckt wird, wie es bei einer Vorrichtung aus einem sehr dichten Werkstoff der Fall wäre. Außerdem ist die Vorrichtung MRT-sicher und -kompatibel und vorzugsweise auch bei der MRT sichtbar.
- Es wurde überraschend festgestellt, dass die gewünschten Eigenschaften einer Metalllegierung verliehen werden können, die Tantal, Niob und mindestens ein Element aufweist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Wolfram, Zirkonium und Molybdän besteht.
- Tantal ist als sehr hartes Metall mit einem hohen Schmelzpunkt, einer hohen Festigkeit und einer guten Duktilität bekannt und ist bei Körpertemperatur beinahe vollständig inert. Tantal weist eine hohe Ordnungszahl (73) und eine Dichte von 16,6 g/cm3 auf, was eine hohe Röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigkeit bewirkt. Daher weisen medizinische Implantate oder Vorrichtungen aus reinem Tantal den Nachteil auf, dass sie übermäßig röntgenstrahlenundurchlässig sind, was in dem Bereich, in dem sich das medizinische Implantat oder die medizinische Vorrichtung befindet, einen vollständig schwarzen Bereich auf dem Röntgenbild verursacht.
- Die Röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Metalllegierung wird durch Zugabe weiterer Elemente zu der Legierung auf Tantalbasis eingestellt, die eine höhere oder niedrigere Ordnungszahl aufweisen, wodurch die Dichte der Legierung gesenkt wird. Niob weist eine Atommasse auf, die ungefähr halb so groß ist wie die von Tantal. Damit kann durch die Einstellung der Dichte der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung durch Veränderung des Niobanteils eine geeignete Röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigkeit für jede medizinische Vorrichtung oder jedes medizinische Implantat erreicht werden, die bzw. das zumindest teilweise aus der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung hergestellt ist. Es kann eine Legierung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung hergestellt werden, die ausreichend röntgenstrahlenundurchlässig ist, dass sie während medizinischer Verfahren ohne Weiteres während einer Röntgenuntersuchung sichtbar gemacht werden kann und dennoch nicht so röntgenstrahlenundurchlässig ist, dass sie die Sichtbarmachung des umgebenden Körpergewebes beeinträchtigt.
- Die Legierungen der Erfindung weisen ausgezeichnete Schmelz- und Mischeigenschaften bei einer ausgezeichneten Einheitlichkeit auf, da Niob und Tantal beliebig mischbar sind. Durch Veränderung der Menge Wolfram, Zirkonium und Molybdän, oder wahlweise der Menge Cer, Rhenium oder Hafnium kann die Korngröße der Legierung angepasst werden.
- Überraschenderweise ist die Legierung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung fester als reines Tantal und in bestimmten Zusammensetzungen sogar fester als Edelstahl. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird aus der Legierung der Erfindung ein Stent hergestellt, der bei einer geringen Wanddicke eine abgestimmte Röntgenstrahlenundurchlässigkeit aufweist. Ein derartiger Stent verbindet die gewünschte Sichtbarkeit während einer Röntgenuntersuchung und eine ausgezeichnete Radialkraft mit einem Einbringungsprofil, das auf ein Mindestmaß herabgesetzt ist, und einer geringeren Verwirbelung, wenn er im Gefäß verwendet wird.
- Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung besteht in der Bildung einer Passivoxidschicht, die hauptsächlich aus Tantaloxid (Ta2O5) besteht, die im Allgemeinen haltbarer und korrosionsbeständiger ist als beispielsweise die Chromoxidschicht, die während der Passivierung von Edelstahl entsteht.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Legierung kann ohne weiteres einer Kaltbearbeitung unterzogen werden, um die Festigkeit zu erhöhen und den Elastizitätsmodul zu senken. Mit gängigen Oxidations – und Nitridierungsverfahren, die dem Fachmann bekannt sind, kann auf der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung eine harte, verschleißfeste Oberfläche gebildet werden. Das Vorhandensein einer harten, inerten, verschleißfesten Oberflächenschicht stellt bei medizinischen Implantaten und Vorrichtungen eine wichtige Wahlmöglichkeit dar, bei denen weniger Reibung und Verschleiß, eine elektrische Isolierung und eine verbesserte Korrosionsbeständigkeit erwünscht sind.
- Um die Biokompatibilität des medizinischen Implantats oder der medizinischen Vorrichtung weiter zu verbessern, das bzw. die zumindest teilweise aus der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung hergestellt ist, kann zumindest ein Teil der Oberfläche der erfindungsgemäße Legierung durch Umwandlung oberflächengehärtet und/oder beschichtet sein. Derartige Beschichtungen können umfassen, sind jedoch nicht beschränkt auf ein Polymer, eine Polymermischung, ein Metall, eine Metallmischung, eine Keramik und/oder Biomoleküle, insbesondere Peptide, Proteine, Lipide, Kohlenhydrate und/oder Nukleinsäuren (z.B. Kollagen, Heparin, Fibrin, Phosphorylcholin, Cellulose, morphogenetische Proteine oder Peptide, Wachstumsfaktoren). Ferner kann die Legierungsoberfläche oder können die Beschichtungen Stammzellen und/oder bioaktive Stoffe aufweisen, insbesondere Medikamente, Antibiotika, Wachstumsfaktoren, Entzündungshemmer und/oder antithrombogene Stoffe. Ferner kann die Oberfläche durch Elektropolieren oder mechanisches Polieren modifiziert werden, um eine vollkommen glatte Oberfläche zu erzielen, durch Sintern, um eine poröse Beschichtung zu erreichen, wie sie beispielsweise in
EP 0 601 804 beschrieben ist, oder durch Aufrauverfahren oder Mikrostrahlen, insbesondere Sandstrahlen, zum Erzielen einer rauen Oberfläche. - Die erfindungsgemäße Legierung kann bei der Herstellung verschiedener medizinischer Implantate und Vorrichtungen verwendet werden. Die Herstellung medizinischer Vorrichtungen aus der erfindungsgemäßen Legierung umfasst minimalinvasive Vorrichtungen, insbesondere Führungsdrähte, Katheter (Ballonkatheter, Führungskatheter, Angiographiekatheter, Funktionskatheter, ...), intrakavernöse Implantate, insbesondere Implantate innerhalb der Speiseröhre, der Harnröhre, der Luftröhre, und intravaskuläre Implantate, insbesondere Stents, Stentprothesen, Verbindungselemente für Stentprothesen, Vorrichtungen zur Reparatur von Herzklappen oder Filter.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Legierungen enthalten die folgenden Elemente:
- (a) zwischen etwa 0,1 und 70 Gewichtsprozent Niob,
- (b) insgesamt zwischen etwa 0,1 und 30 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Element, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Wolfram, Zirkonium und Molybdän besteht, wobei Wolfram in einer Menge von zwischen 0,1 und 15 Gewichtsprozent vorliegt, Zirkonium in einer Menge von zwischen 0,1 und 10 Gewichtsprozent vorliegt, Molybdän in einer Menge von zwischen 0,1 und 20 Gewichtsprozent vorliegt,
- (c) insgesamt bis zu 5 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Element, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Hafnium, Rhenium und Lanthanoiden besteht, insbesondere Cer,
- (d) und bei der die Differenz Tantal ist.
- Die Legierungen stellen eine einheitliche Betastruktur bereit, die einheitlich und korrosionsbeständig ist, und weisen die Möglichkeit der Oberflächenhärtung des medizinischen Implantats oder der medizinischen Vorrichtung durch Umwandlung Oxidation oder Nitridierung auf.
- Der Molybdängehalt liegt vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 und 10 Gewichtsprozent.
- Der Niobgehalt liegt vorzugsweise zwischen 5 und 25 Gewichtsprozent.
- Besonders bevorzugte Legierungen enthalten ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 2,5 Gewichtsprozent Wolfram.
- Ebenfalls bevorzugt sind Legierungen, die ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 7,5 Gewichtsprozent Wolfram aufweisen.
- Ebenfalls bevorzugt sind Legierungen, die ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 1 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium aufweisen.
- Ebenfalls bevorzugt sind Legierungen, die ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 3 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium aufweisen.
- Die Erfindung betrifft auch medizinische Implantate oder Vorrichtungen, die aus den vorerwähnten Legierungen hergestellt sind, z.B. minimalinvasive Vorrichtungen, insbesondere Katheter oder Führungsdrähte, oder intrakavernöse Implantate, insbesondere intravaskuläre Implantate wie Stents, Stentprothesen, Verbindungselemente für Stentprothesen oder Vorrichtungen zur Reparatur von Herzklappen.
- Bei den vorstehenden Implantaten und Vorrichtungen kann die Oberfläche der Metalllegierungen durch Oxidation oder Nitridierung passiviert sein oder elektropoliert, mechanisch poliert, mikrogestrahlt, aufgeraut oder gesintert sein oder mit einem Polymer, einer Polymermischung, einem Metall, einer Metallmischung, einer Keramik und/oder Biomolekülen beschichtet sein, insbesondere Peptiden, Proteinen, Lipiden, Kohlenhydraten und/oder Nukleinsäuren; oder kann mit Stammzellen und/oder einem bioaktiven Stoff beschichtet sein, insbesondere mit Medikamenten, Antibiotika, Wachstumsfaktoren, Entzündungshemmern und/oder antithrombogenen Stoffen.
- Beispiel
- Die Erfindung kann mit einer Legierung der folgenden Zusammensetzung ausgeführt werden:
Ta :71,5
Nb :27,5
Zr :1,0 - Verfahren zur Herstellung der Legierung sind dem Fachmann bekannt.
Claims (13)
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung, das bzw. die auf jegliche Art und Weise aus einer Metalllegierung hergestellt ist, wobei das genannte medizinische Implantat oder die genannte medizinische Vorrichtung Bestandteile aufweist, die zumindest teilweise aus einer Metalllegierung hergestellt sind, die (a) zwischen etwa 0,1 und 70 Gewichtsprozent Niob aufweist, (b) insgesamt zwischen etwa 0,1 und 30 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Element aufweist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Wolfram, Zirkonium und Molybdän besteht, wobei Wolfram in einer Menge von zwischen 0,1 und 15 Gewichtsprozent vorliegt, Zirkonium in einer Menge von zwischen 0,1 und 10 Gewichtsprozent vorliegt, Molybdän in einer Menge von zwischen 0,1 und 20 Gewichtsprozent vorliegt, (c) insgesamt bis zu 5 Gewichtsprozent von mindestens einem Element aufweist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Hafnium, Rhenium und Lanthanoiden besteht, insbesondere Cer, (d) und bei der die Differenz Tantal ist, wobei die Legierung eine einheitliche Betastruktur bereitstellt, die einheitlich und korrosionsbeständig ist, und die Möglichkeit der Oberflächenhärtung des medizinischen Implantats oder der medizinischen Vorrichtung durch Umwandlung Oxidation oder Nitridierung aufweist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Legierung zwischen 5 und 25 Gewichtsprozent Niob aufweist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Legierung ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 2,5 Gewichtsprozent Wolfram aufweist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Legierung ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 7,5 Gewichtsprozent Wolfram aufweist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Legierung ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 1 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium aufweist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Legierung ungefähr 10 Gewichtsprozent Niob und ungefähr 3 Gewichtsprozent Zirkonium aufweist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die medizinische Vorrichtung eine minimalinvasive Vorrichtung ist, insbesondere ein Katheter oder ein Führungsdraht.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das medizinische Implantat ein intrakavernöses Implantat ist, insbesondere ein intravaskuläres Implantat.
- Medizinisches Implantat nach Anspruch 8, wobei das medizinische Implantat ein Stent ist, eine Stentprothese, ein Verbindungselement für Stentprothesen oder eine Vorrichtung zur Reparatur von Herzklappen.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Oberfläche der Metalllegierung durch Oxidation oder Nitridierung passiviert ist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Oberfläche der Metalllegierung elektropoliert, mechanisch poliert, mikrogestrahlt, aufgeraut oder gesintert ist.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Oberfläche der Metalllegierung beschichtet ist mit einem Polymer, einer Polymermischung, einem Metall, einer Metallmischung, einer Keramik und/oder Biomolekülen, insbesondere Peptiden, Proteinen, Lipiden, Kohlenhydraten und/oder Nukleinsäuren.
- Medizinisches Implantat oder medizinische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Oberfläche der Metalllegierung mit Stammzellen und/oder einem bioaktiven Stoff beschichtet ist, insbesondere mit Medikamenten, Antibiotika, Wachstumsfaktoren, Entzündungshemmern und/oder antithrombogenen Stoffen.
