Kochgefäß für Eier mit Wassertropfgefäß Gegenstand der Erfindung ist
ein Kochgefäß für Eier mit einem Wassertropfgefäß zur Regelung der Kochdauer und
finit einem das Kochgefäß umgebenden Sammelraum, in den das Kochwasser nach Ablauf
einer vorher bestimmten, aber nach Wunsch regelbaren Kochzeit abgelassen wird. Von
den bekannten Einrichtungen unterscheidet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand dadurch,
daß das Kochgefäß mit einer in das Sammelgefäß mündenden Ausflußöffnu,ng versehen
ist, welche durch den Boden eines mit einem schwenkbaren, unveränderlichen Gewicht
versehenen und mit einer Achse in zwei Stützpunkten schwenkbar gelagerten Wassertropfgefäßes
geschlossen und nach dessen Entleeren freigegeben wird. Hierdurch wird in einfachster-Weise
die Beendigung des Kochvorganges durch Leerlaufen des Kochwasserbehälters erreicht.Cooking vessel for eggs with water drip vessel is the subject of the invention

Der Bodenteil des Kochgefäßes a, ist kegelstumpfförmig erweitert und
mit einem Sammelraum b umgeben. In der kegelstumpfförmigen Erweiterung des Kochgefäßes
a ist. eine ebenfalls kegelstumpfförmige Ausflußöffnung c vorgesehen, welche in
das Sammelgefäß b mündet. Diese kann durch den mit einer Dichtung i versehenen Bodendes
Wassertropfgefäßes d geschlossen, werden. Das Wassertropfgefäß d ist um eine
Achse e,
welche in den Lagern f gelagert ist, schwenkbar entsprechend den
Darstellungen der Abb. 3 und q. angeordnet und -mit 'einem Gewicht g ausgerüstet.
Dieses Gewicht ist nach zwei Seiten schwenkbar, wie aus Abb.,2 ersichtlich (ausgezogene
und punktiert eingezeichnete Lage). Weiterhin besitzt das Wassertropfgefäß
d im Boden eine Ablauföffnung h
und kann bei Bedarf aus den nach oben
hin offenen Lagern f abgehoben werden: Das Kochgefäß d ist mit einem Griff k versehen;

Diese Einrichtung wird folgendermaßen benutzt: Das Gewicht g wird
in die bei Abb. a punktiert gezeichnete Lage gebracht, wodurch das Wassextropfgefäß
d die Ausflußöffnung c mittels der Dichtung i abschließt. Nunmehr gießt man in das
Kochgefäß a die erforderliche Wassermenge. Dann stellt man das Gefäß auf die Feuerüng.
Sobald nun das Wasser siedet, hängt man den Drahtkorb Z, nachdem vorher in denselben
die gewünschte Stückzahl Eier eingelegt wurde, in das Kochgefäß a: Danach füllt
man das Wassertropfgefäß d mit der für eine längere oder kürzere Kochzeit für die
Eier erforderlichen Wassermenge.
Hierauf bringt man das Gewicht
g in die in Abb. i gezeichnete Lage. Durch das nunmehr gefüllte Wassertropfgefäß
d bleibt dasselbe in seiner zu Anfang geschilderten Lage stehen, hält also die Ausflußöffnung
c weiterhin geschlossen. Das Wasser aus dem Tropfgefäß d rieselt nun durch
die Öffnung lc, wie in Abb. 3 dargestellt, in das äußere Sammelgefäß b. Sowie sich
der Behälter nach einigen Minuten entleert hat, bringt das Gewicht g denselben in
die in Abb. 4. dargestellte Lage, gibt also die Öffnung c frei, worauf Glas siedende
Wasser sich aus dem Kochgefäß a in das Sammelgefäß b ergießt, so daß die
im Korb L befindlichen Eier nicht mehr weiter in kochendem Wasser liegen. Das Wasser
kocht alsdann im Gefäß b weiter, ohne den Härtegrad der vorher im kochenden Wasser
befindlichen Eier weiter beeinflussen zu können, bis die ganze Einrichtung von der
Feuerung weggenommen wird. ' Das Kochgefäß a kann mit Markierungen versehen werden,
welche angeben, wie weit dasselbe entsprechend der Stückzahl der zu siedenden Eier
mit Wasser gefüllt werden muß. Ebenso wird man zweckmäßig das Wassertropfgefäß d
mit Markierungen ausrüsten, um ersichtlich zu machen, wie weit dasselbe zu füllen
