Description
KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
KLASSE 44: Kurzwaaren.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist die Nadelsicherung, und zwar in Fig. ι bis 5 in einer,
in den Fig. 6 und 7 in einer zweiten und in der Fig. 8 in einer dritten Ausführungsform dargestellt,
welche verhindern soll, dafs die Broschenadel P aus dem Haken α des Gestelles A
heraustritt. Zur Erreichung des bezeichneten Zweckes wird in den Fig. 1 bis 5 das Gestell
A mit einem Sperrhebel B versehen, der sich um den Stift c dreht und unter der Einwirkung
der Feder C steht. Dem Haken a gegenüber befindet sich in dem Gestell A eine
gerundete Kante a1, an welcher die Nadel P
niederbewegt wird, um schliefslich den Arm b des Sperrhebels B zur Seite zu drücken und
in den Haken α einzudringen. Sobald die Nadel P über den Arm b hinweggetreten ist,
legt sich letzterer gegen das Ende des Hakens a und verhindert den Austritt der Nadel, so dafs
man erst auf den Hebel B drücken mufs, um die Nadel herausbewegen zu können.
Bei der in Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigten Ausführungsform besitzt der Arm b des Sperrhebels B
selbst die Rast zur Aufnahme der Nadel P, und der Haken α kommt in Wegfall. Die
schräge Fläche b1 des Hakens des Armes b erleichtert
das Einführen der Nadel P.
In Fig. 8 wird ein unter dem Einflufs der Feder d stehender Schieber J51 benutzt, welcher
sich mit seinem Theil b2, nachdem die
Nadel P in den Haken α eingedrungen ist, vor das Ende des letzteren sperrend vorlegt.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Nadelsicherung für Agraffen, Broschen u. dergl., bei welcher ein federnder Sperrhebel B sich entweder schliefsend vor das Ende' des Hakens a legt (Fig. ι bis 5) oder in einer besonderen Rast (Fig. 6 und 7) diesen Haken selbst darbietet.Hierzu 1 Blatt Zeichnungen.BERLIN. GEDRUCKT IN DER REICHSDRUCKEREI.
