Description

  • Einrichtung zur Verpackung und Auffrischung von Gebäck Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung des durch Patent 571 265 geschützten Behälters zur Verpackung und Auffrischung von Gebäck und kennzeichnet sich darin, daß sowohl der Unterteil als auch der Deckel des Behälters mit Durchbrechungen versehen sind. Hierdurch wird eine Förderung der Auffrischung des Gebäcks im Behältererreicht, da die erwähnten Durchbrechungen ein. besseres Durchströmen der heißen Luft durch. den Behälter und den Abzug sich etwa in dem Behälter bildenden Schwadens ermöglichen.
  • Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht in den Fig. x und 2 schaubildlich Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
  • Der Behälter a ist in bekannter Weise mit Deckel b und Anschlag c versehen. Sowohl der Unterteil als auch der Deckel des Behälters ist nun erfindungsgemäß mit Durchbrechungen versehen, die in verschiedener Weise zusammenwirken können. So kamt beispielsweise der Deckel lediglich mit Durch= brechungen L versehen sein, die dann beim Aufschieben des Deckels auf den Behälterboden mit dessen Durchbrechungenm zusammenarheiten. jedoch kann statt der erwähnten Durchbrechungen L der Deckel mit Randdurchbrechungen n versehen sein, welche dann beim Aufschieben des Deckels auf den - Behälterboden mit oberhalb desselben am Behälterunterrande vorgesehenen Durchbrechungen o zusammenwirken, wobei sich diese Durchbrechungenn und o decken. Schließlich kann der Deckel auch beide Durchbrechungsarten L und it besitzen und der Behälterunterteil mit den Durchbrechungen m und o versehen sein.
  • In jedem Falle wird, wenn der Deckel mit den Durchbrechungen in bekannter Weise unter Bildung des Luftpolsters auf den Behälterboden aufgeschoben wird, die heiße Luft der Wärmequelle den Behälter durchströmen, und sich etwa bildende Schwaden werden zuverlässig abziehen.

  1. - PATENTANSPRUCH: Weitere Ausbildung des nach dem Patent 571 265 geschützten Behälters zur Verpakkung und Auffrischung von Gebäck, bei dem ein Hohlraum am Boden durch Aufsetzen des Deckels gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Behälters und der Deckel mit feinen Öffnungen oder die untere seitliche Behälterwandung und der Deckelrand mit beim Gebrauch sich deckenden Durchbrechungen versehen sind.
