Automatic control for elevators with fine adjustment It is known
Elevator winches with automatic fine adjustment - to be carried out in such a way that in the shaft
attached curve contacts, which are located on the car, to control the
\ Affect Zotor and brake contactors. When driving through the individual stops
these contacts make an annoying noise; also the curves and
the contacts wear out quickly. This is especially true for high-rise buildings where very
the high-speed elevators often go through the mezzanine floors without stopping.
On the other hand, designs are known in which the contacts from the car
can be adjusted so that the contacts only on the curve of that floor
come to the system where you want to stop. However, in these versions
the curves in the lift shaft are energized. The scurries are thus probably eliminated
or at least substantially reduced. However, the arrangement has the disadvantage that
the contacts and the curves are exposed to pollution. and great
Fuses rain short circuit and earth fault as well as extensive protective measures for
the personnel are required, which professionally to do work in the shaft
Has.
After the invention, the advantages of the known arrangements are below
Avoiding their disadvantages united by the mentioned design, in which the shaft curves
are not energized, is designed so that the control contacts for fine adjustment
are connected to the car switch on the car so that they are driven through
of the stops are withdrawn from the area of the shaft curves and only at
come into contact with the shaft curves after the car switch is in zero position
can.
Die Windentrommel i steht
io in Bewegung gesetzt.
des Schalters 21.The subject matter of the invention is for example in one embodiment
shown in the drawing and described below. The winch drum i is at a standstill
via the main worm gear 2 with the main motor .4 in connection. On the
Main motor shaft sits the main brake 3 and on the extended part of this shaft
one half of a slip clutch 5, the other half slidable on the
Worm gear shaft of the auxiliary gear 9 is seated. This gear is made by the auxiliary engine
io set in motion. The clutch 5 is through the clutch lever 6 under the
Influence of a clutch magnet .7 and a spring B. The clutch magnet 7 is
connected in parallel with the auxiliary motor io. There is a governor on the main motor shaft
2o attached, which only turn on the auxiliary motor io and the clutch magnet 7
permitted if the number of revolutions of the main motor shaft is braked to that
is which of the worm gear shaft 9 driven by the auxiliary motor io,
is equivalent to. The governor 2o controls a switch 21, which is in the longitudinal direction
is displaceable and always against the movable by the spring 22
Hoof
of the controller 2o is pressed, but I do not turn it. This switch is not leading,
but has a metallic coating 23 in the middle on which the contact springs 24
slide as long as the winch is being moved by the auxiliary motor. Increases the
Speed by switching on the main motor .l, then the deflection of the centrifugal governor
2o larger, and the contact springs 24 now slide on the non-current-carrying part
of switch 21.
Der Fahrkorbhebel 17 steuert in Stellung i g den Hauptmotor
abwärts, in Stellung 2o aufwärts.
The car lever 17 controls the main motor downwards in position ig and upwards in position 2o. On the extended axis of the car lever sits a cam 1G, which controls the floor switches 12 and 13 through linkage 15 so that the switches only touch the curves io and iT when the lever 17 is in the zero position 18, but are withdrawn when the Lever 17 is moved out of the zero position 1 8 for the downward or upward movement. In the 1 ullstellung the control current flows from the power source via the contact 183 to the brushes 24, via the lining 23 to the auxiliary motor iö, from there via the floor switches 12 and 13, which are controlled by the curves io and ii, back to the power source . With the takeover of the load by the auxiliary motor io, the main brake 3 opens at the same time, and (the retraction is now carried out by the auxiliary motor io at the predicted low speed of the auxiliary motor to as well as the clutch 5, whereupon the brake 3 closes, so that the load now hangs firmly in the main brake 3 when the main and auxiliary motor are switched off The result is that the main brake is released and the main motor is energized. The auxiliary gear and the clutch are not put into operation, although the centrifugal switch on the worm shaft is switched on moved from its middle position i8.
