Description
- Isolierformlinge für Kälte- und Wärmeschutz. Die Erfindung betrifft eise Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formlingen für Kälte- und Wärmeschutz aus verschiedenem Isoliermaterial mit allseitig dichtgeschlossener, .'äußerer Umhüllung.
- Es ist bekannt, sogenannte Isolierzöpfe, Schläuche oder Isoliermatratzen herzustellen unter Verwendung von gewebten oder gestrickten Asbest-, Papier- und Textilschläuchen oder Drahtgewebe. Alle diese Hüllen haben aber den Nachteil, daß die Isoliermasse, wie Kieselgur, Magnesia, Glasgespinst .usw., durch die mehr oder weniger großen Maschen der Umhüllung herausfällt. Besonders bei Glasgespinst wirkt dies sehr nachteilig, da die feinen Glasteile einen Juckreiz auf der Haut hervorrufen. Das gleiche ist der Fall bei den auf Streifen aufgehefteten Glasgespinsten.
- Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung wird eine aus einem Kolloidpräparat, z. B. Lack, Schellack, Kollodium, Gelatine, Cellulose und ähnlichen Stoffen oder aus einem Gemenge aus diesen Stoffen, in Verbindung mit Faserstof=fen, Hanf, Wolle, Baumwolle, Flachs, oder auch Drahtgewebe hergestellte, durchaus luftdichte, fertige Hülle mit Glasfaser gefüllt und damit ein Isolierformling mit allseitig dichtgeschlossener Hülle hergestellt.
- Die Form der fertigen Hüllen und der damit hergestellten Formlinge kann beliebig sein, z. B. rechteckig, flach, rund usw., so daß die Isolierwickel oder Isoliermatratzen immer in der für den jeweiligen Verwendungszweck einfachsten Verarbeitungsform geliefert werden können.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Isolierformlinge für Kälte- und Wärmeschutz mit für sich fertiggestellter, allseitig dichtgeschlossener, elastischer Hülle aus Kolloiden, Kolloidgemengen, Kollodium, Lack, Schellack, Gelatine, Wasserglas, Cellulose und ähnlichen Stoffen oder aus einem Gemenge solcher Stoffe oder aus diesen Stoffen oder deren Gemenge in Verbindung mit Faserstolfen und Metallgewebe.
