Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung neutraler, satzfreier, luftbeständiger, mit Mineralölen mischbarer Steinkohlenteerschmieröle. Das Hauptpatent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung heller, satzfreier, luftbeständiger, mit Mineralölen mischbarer Steinkohlenteerschmieröle, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Phenole entfernt werden aus dem Teerfettöl durch Einwirkung von Alkali bei der Destillationstemperatur. Man geht dabei vorteilhaft so vor, daß ein Teil des Phenols durch Behandlung mit wässeriger Alkalilauge entfernt wird und nach der Trennung das Teerfettöl mit dem darin verbliebenen Rest von Alkali destilliert wird. Dieses heiße Destillat wird dann rasch abgekühlt auf tiefe Temperatur, z. B. -5', vorteilhaft im Vakuum, und dann unter Innehaltung dieser tiefenTemperatur, gleichfalls vorteilhaft im Vakuum, von den Ausscheidungen befreit, um so auch gleichzeitig dauernd satzfrei bleibende Teeröle zu erhalten.Process for the production of neutral, sentence-free, air-resistant, Coal tar lubricating oils that can be mixed with mineral oils.
