neben dein Knopflochschlitz liegen.

Abb. i i dasselbe Knopfloch darstellt, wenn
Räder mit der aufrecht stehenden Welle i i
Die Stoffklemme be-
sitzt die unteren Stofftragplatten ig und die
oberen Klemmfüße 2o, die von den Klemmen-
hebeln 21 getragen werden.
Die eigentliche Stoffklemme ist, wie üblich,
auf der Gleitplatte 34. gelagert, die quer zum
Knopflochschlitz gleitet und auf dem Gleit-
rahmen 35 gelagert ist, der in der Längsrich-
tung des Knopflochschlitzes verschiebbar ist.
Die Stoffklemme erhält ihre längsver-
laufende Bewegungskomponente, cl. h. ihre
Bewegung in der Längsrichtung des Knopf-
lochschlitzes, durch die übliche Verbindung
mit einer Kurvennut in der V orschubscheibe
17. Die Bewegungskomponente der Stoff-
klemme quer zum Knopflochschlitz wird
durch die Hebelverbindung 36 mit der Kur-
vennut 37 in der Steuerscheibe 38 abgeleitet,
die fest auf der Schnellvorschubwelle 39 sitzt,
welche das Kegelrad 40 trägt, das mit einem
entsprechenden Kegelrade 41 auf der Vor-
schubscheibe 17 in Eingriff steht. Die mitein-
ander verbundenen Scheiben 17 und 38 wer-
den mit einer niedrigen Geschwindigkeit wäh-
rend des Nähvorganges durch Verbindungen
mit der aufrecht stehenden Welle i i ange-
trieben, Zwischen den -,Nähvorgängen «-erden
die miteinander verbundenen Scheiben i; u11,1
,Schnellvorschubvorrichtung in 'Wirkung ver-
setzt wird; die Freigabe des Sperrhebels .f(>
bewirkt, daß die Stange 4.4. die Kupplung 43
betätigt, um die Schnellvorschubvorrichtung
außer Wirkung zu setzen.
Die Arbeitszeitdauer der Stichbildevorrich-
tung wird durch den Abstellhebel 58 und rles-
sen übliche Lenkerverbindung 70 (Abb. 2)
mit dem Hebel 71 gesteuert, der den Zahn 72
trägt, welcher sich auf die Steuerscheibe 39
auflegt. Wenn der Zahn ; 2 von der Schräg-
fläche 73 erfaßt wird, wird der Abstellhebel
58 in der Uhrzeigerrichtung ausgeschwungen,
um die Stichbildevorrichtung in Gang zu
setzen, die alsdann so lange in Wirkung bleibt,
bis der abfallende Teil 74 an dem Zahn 72
vorbeigeht, worauf die Feder 7 5 den Abstell-
hebel 58 in die Anhaltelage zurückführt und
demzufolge die Wirkung der Stichbildevor-
richtung anhält.
Die Oberfadenspannvorrichtung 95 und der
Spannungsfreigabeliebel gi sind von üblicher
Bauart.
Aussehen. Es hat sich nun herausgestellt, daß
durch die Erhöhung der Spannurig auf den
Unterfaden während des N ähens der überein-
anderliegenden Stiche des verlängerten Rie-
gels die Z"erschlingungsstellen der Faden-
schleifen in die Bahn der gekrümmten Nadel
hinübergezogen werden, so daß die erwünschte
Gleichförmigkeit in den Stichen über das
ganze Knopfloch gewahrt bleibt.
terfadenspannungsvorrichtung i r5 drückt und
auf einer Schwingwelle 112 sitzt, welche in
Lageraugen 113 (Abb. 3) an der ortsfesten
Platte i 14 gelagert ist, die die Unterfaden-
spannvorrichtung trägt. Auf der Schwing-
welle 112 ist der Arm i 16 befestigt, an dessen
einem Ende die Platte 117 befestigt ist,
welche an ihrem oberen Ende eine Bohrung
11,9 zur Anbringung des einen Endes der
Hilfsspannungsfeder iig aufweist, deren
zusammen.
Druck mittels der Gabel i i i auf die Span-
nungsscheiben 115 ausztiiilien; wobei dieser
Druck zu dem von der üblichen Spannungs-
feder 125 ausgeübten Druck hinzukommt.
Buttonhole sewing machine. The invention relates to a button

grind the effort to move between
stopping the sting of the needles, tina
this made the bartack stitches unfavorable

The invention now provides a device
before putting the tension on the bobbin thread
to increase automatically: - when the sewing process
has reached the point where the
overlapping stitches at the end of the with

The machine frame has the hollow
rectangular foot i, from one end of which
the stand 2 of the machine arm 3
protrudes, which runs out in the head 4..
The stitch-forming device has an upper one

The working time of the stitch-forming device
device is activated by the shut-off lever 58 and

to get the stitch-forming device going
set, which then remains in effect for so long,
until the sloping portion 74 on the tooth 72
passes, whereupon the spring 7 5 the parking
lever 58 returns to the stop position and
consequently the effect of the stitch pattern
