Der bekannte Abstreifer ist unterhalb der Wäscheeingabe an der Bedienseite der Bügelmaschine, jedoch oberhalb der Wäscheausgabe, angeordnet und aufgrund dieser starren Zuordnung nicht bei Bügelmaschinen oder Wäschemangeln mit rückseitig der Wäscheeingabe vorgesehener Wäscheausgabe einsetzbar.
