Description

       

  
 



  Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bügelmaschine mit Abstreifer für das Abstreifen der gemangelten Wäsche von der Bügelwalze, bei der die gemangelte Wäsche wahlweise auf der Vorderseite oder auf der Rückseite der Bügelmaschine abgenommen werden kann. Das ist bei Bügelmaschinen sinnvoll, weil nicht immer die zweite Bedienungsperson für das Abnehmen der gebügelten Wäsche hinter der Bügelmaschine zur Verfügung steht. 



  Es sind Bügelmaschinen bekannt, bei denen die Mangelwäsche nach dem Abstreifen von der Bügelwalze über Förderbänder entweder zu der Vorderseite oder zu der Rückseite der Bügelmaschine gefördert wird. Nachteilig bei dieser bekannten Ausführung ist jedoch, dass die Förderbänder relativ teuer sind und dass noch zusätzliche Umschalteinrichtungen notwendig sind. 



  Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, die bekannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und eine Bügelmaschine zu offenbaren, bei der ohne Förderbänder und lediglich mit den Wäscheabstreifern die gemangelte Wäsche entweder zu der Vorderseite oder zu der Rückseite der Bügelmaschine gefördert werden kann. 



  Zu diesem Zweck ist die Erfindung durch die im unabhängigen Patentanspruch bekannten Merkmale gekennzeichnet. Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Merkmalen der abhängigen Patentansprüche. 



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt. 



  Die Zeichnung zeigt: 



  Eine Bügelmaschine mit verstellbaren Abstreifern. 



  Die Bügelmaschine (1) besitzt Abstreifer (2), die verstellbar zu der Bügelwalze (7) angeordnet sind. 



  Die Abstreifer (2) sind über seitliche Führungen (4) verstellbar zu der Bügelwalze (7) angeordnet. 



  Die Abstreifer (2) sind über einen Verbindungsträger (5) mit den seitlichen Führungen (4) verbunden. 



  Die Abstreifer (2) sind kreisbogenförmig um den Drehpunkt (6) der Bügelwalze (7) verschwenkbar an der Bügelmaschine (1) angeordnet. 



  Die seitlichen Führungen (4) besitzen kreisbogenförmige Führungsnuten (8), über die sie verstellbar mit der Bügelmaschine (1) verbunden sind. 



  Die seitlichen Führungen (4) sind mit ihren kreisbogenförmigen Führungsnuten (8) auf Führungsbolzen (9) geführt. 



  An jeder Bügelmaschinenseite (10) sind mindestens zwei Führungsbolzen (9) angeordnet. 



  Die kreisbogenförmigen Führungsnuten (8) und die Führungsbolzen (9) bilden einen Anschlag (11) für die Begrenzung der Schwenkbewegung der Abstreifer (2). 



  Die jeweils beiden äusseren auf einer Bügelmaschinenseite (10) angeordneten Führungsbolzen (9) bilden einen Anschlag (11) für die Begrenzung der Schwenkbewegung der Abstreifer (2). 



  Mit den Abstreifern (2) ist ein Führungsblech (12) verbunden. Das Führungsblech (12) liegt mit den Abstreifern (2) annähernd in einer Ebene. 



  Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die gemangelte Wäsche - bei in waagerechter Position stehendem Führungsblech (12) - von vorne abgenommen werden kann, so dass die Bügelmaschine (1) auch von nur einer Person bedient werden kann. 



  Das Umschwenken der Abstreifer (2) kann sehr einfach erfolgen, weil dazu lediglich der Verbindungsträger (5) mit den Abstreifern (2) um den Drehpunkt (6) jeweils bis zum Anschlag (11) verschwenkt werden muss. 



  
 



  The invention relates to an ironing machine with a scraper for stripping the lack of laundry from the ironing roller, in which the ironed laundry can be removed either on the front or on the back of the ironing machine. This makes sense for ironing machines because the second operator is not always available for taking off the ironed laundry behind the ironing machine.



  Ironing machines are known in which the scarce laundry is conveyed to the front or to the rear of the ironing machine after stripping from the ironing roller via conveyor belts. However, a disadvantage of this known embodiment is that the conveyor belts are relatively expensive and that additional switching devices are also necessary.



  The object of the invention is to avoid the known disadvantages and to disclose an ironing machine in which the lacking laundry can be conveyed either to the front or to the back of the ironing machine without conveyor belts and only with the laundry scrapers.



  For this purpose, the invention is characterized by the features known in the independent claim. Further refinements of the invention result from the features of the dependent claims.



  An embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.



  The drawing shows:



  An ironing machine with adjustable scrapers.



  The ironing machine (1) has scrapers (2) which are arranged such that they can be adjusted relative to the ironing roller (7).



  The wipers (2) are arranged so that they can be adjusted to the ironing roller (7) via lateral guides (4).



  The wipers (2) are connected to the lateral guides (4) via a connecting support (5).



  The wipers (2) are arranged in a circular arc on the ironing machine (1) so as to be pivotable about the pivot point (6) of the ironing roller (7).



  The lateral guides (4) have circular-shaped guide grooves (8) via which they are adjustably connected to the ironing machine (1).



  The lateral guides (4) are guided with their circular arc-shaped guide grooves (8) on guide pins (9).



  At least two guide bolts (9) are arranged on each ironing machine side (10).



  The circular arc-shaped guide grooves (8) and the guide bolts (9) form a stop (11) for limiting the pivoting movement of the wipers (2).



  The two outer guide bolts (9) arranged on a side of the ironing machine (10) form a stop (11) for limiting the swiveling movement of the wipers (2).



  A guide plate (12) is connected to the wipers (2). The guide plate (12) lies approximately in one plane with the wipers (2).



  This ensures that the ironed laundry - with the guide plate (12) standing in a horizontal position - can be removed from the front, so that the ironing machine (1) can also be operated by only one person.



  The wipers (2) can be swiveled around very easily, because for this purpose only the connection carrier (5) with the wipers (2) has to be pivoted about the pivot point (6) up to the stop (11).
