Die Seitenflächen 21.1, 21.2 enthalten gleichfalls Mulden 8.1, 8.2, so daß auch die Grobraspel leicht herausnehm bar und in das Trägerfenster einlegbar ist. Nachdem das Scharnier 10 den Reibenträger 1 und das Gegenteil 2 zusammenhält, können jetzt auf der Reibe z. B. Karotten zerkleinert werden. Soll die Reibe gereinigt werden, wird sie wie bereits beschrieben, geöffnet und die Raspel 6 und die Grobraspel aus dem Fenster 3.1 sowie aus dem Magazin 11.1 herausgenommen. Danach wird das Scharnier 6 auseinandergedrückt und der Reibenträger 1, das Gegenteil 2 und die einzelnen Raspeln einzeln ge säubert. Vor allen Dingen das Magazin 11.1, 11.2 mit seinen Magazinbodenflächen 20.1, 20.2 läßt sich gut reinigen. Nach dem Trocknen werden die Scharnierbolzen wieder in die Drehöffnungen des Scharniers 4 eingerastet und die Raspeln 6 in das Fenster 3.1 bzw. das Magazin 11.1 gelegt. Die Raspel 6 kann dabei umgedreht in das Fenster 3.1 oder das zweite Magazin 11.2 gelegt werden, um so Verletzungen an der Schnittfläche zu vermeiden. Claims
