Description
Claims (4)
- - einem Düsenkörper (6) aus elektrisch leitendem Material, der einen Hohlkanal (7) zum Durchtritt eines Laserstrahls (9) aufweist, und
- - einer den Hohlkanal (7) im Abstand umgebenden Ringelektrode (13) im Spitzenbereich des Düsenkörpers (6), die ein Sensorpotential empfängt, während der Düsenkörper (6) ein aktives Schirmpotential emp fängt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- - der Düsenkörper (6) an seiner dem Werkstück zugewandten Stirnsei te eine ringförmige, den Hohlkanal (7) umgebende Ausnehmung aufweist,
- - die Ringelektrode (13) fest in die Ausnehmung eingesetzt ist, und
- - das aktive Schirmpotential durch Führung des Sensorpotentials über einen Verstärker erzeugbar ist.
