Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein wandartiges Bauteil zum Schutz gegen Lärmausbreitung, insbesondere gegen die Ausbreitung von Maschinenlärm an industriellen Arbeits­ stätten, wobei an einer Wandfläche in den Raum ragende schallabsorbierende Körper aus flexiblem Material ange­ ordnet sind.
Es ist allgemein bekannt, zur Schallisolierung und -absorbierung an den Wänden eines Raumes, in dem der Schall erzeugt wird, in den Raum ragende schallabsorbie­ rende Körper aus flexiblem, offene Hohlräume enthal­ tendem Material, z. B. offenporigem Kunststoffschaum, anzuordnen.
Derartige Schallisolierungen sind zwar sehr effektiv. Sie sind aber auch sehr kostenaufwendig. Ihre Anwendung ist daher auf wenige spezielle Gebiete beschränkt geblieben. Die Schallisolierung von Räumen mit sehr lauten Maschinen, z. B. Industriebetrieben, ist auch bei Einsatz anderer schalldämmender Mittel allgemein unge­ nügend. So muß oft an industriellen Arbeitsstätten starker Lärm hingenommen werden, der die Gesundheit der dort arbeitenden Menschen erheblich beeinträchtigen kann.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Mittel zu schaffen, die gegenüber den allgemein eingesetzten Lärmschutzmitteln einen erheblich besseren Lärmschutz ergeben, die dabei aber in Anschaffung und Unterhaltung so billig sind, daß sie auch dort einsetzbar sind, wo man bisher aus Kostengründen auf hochwirksame Lärm­ schutzmittel verzichten mußte.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch wand­ artige Bauteile mit den Merkmalen gemäß dem Anspruch 1.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung und alternative Detail- Lösungsvorschläge gehen aus den Ansprüchen 2 bis 9 her­ vor.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand einer sie bei­ spielsweise wiedergebenden Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Es zeigen in schematisierter Darstellung:

An einem wandartigen Bauteil 1 in Form einer Träger­ platte, die bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel von einer handelsüblichen Holzspanplatte gebildet ist, sind in regelmäßiger Anordnung ringsektorförmige Reifen­ abschnitte 2 von ausgemusterten Fahrzeugreifen so befestigt, daß sie jeweils mit der Abschnittmitte der Reifen-Lauffläche an der Wandfläche 1 liegen. Bei die­ sem Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Reifenabschnitte 2 jeweils etwa doppelt so lang wie breit und in einem schachbrettartigen Muster auf der Wandfläche 1 mittels handelsüblicher, maschinell einschlagbarer Stahl-Heft­ klammern 3 befestigt. Die Reifenabschnitte 2 sind hier­ bei aus Fahrzeugreifen gleichen Durchmessers und glei­ cher Breite geschnitten.
Über die Reifenabschnitte 2 ist parallel zur Wandfläche 1 ein kleinmaschiges Netz 4 aus witterungsbeständigem Kunststoff gespannt, welches einerseits den Schall ungehindert hindurchläßt, andererseits aber eine mit diesen Bauteilen bekleidete Wand als geschlossene Fläche erscheinen läßt.
Statt eines Netzes 4 kann auch ein grobes, den Schall ungehindert hindurchlassendes Gewebe über die Reifen­ abschnitte 2 gespannt sein. Dadurch wirkt die Wand noch geschlossener. Zusätzlich oder anstelle eines Netzes 4 oder eines groben Gewebes kann auch ein kleinmaschiges Drahtgeflecht oder -gitter vorgesehen sein. Dadurch werden Kleintiere, z. B. Mäuse, daran gehindert, sich in den Hohlräumen der Wand einzunisten.
Die die Wandfläche 1 bildende Trägerplatte ist mit einer senkrecht zur Wandfläche 1 stehenden, bis in Höhe der Reifenabschnitte 2 reichenden Umrandung 5 versehen, auf deren freier Kante das Netz 4, Gewebe und/oder Draht­ geflecht oder -gitter befestigt sind.
Die Anordnung der Reifenabschnitte 2 ist nicht auf das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Schachbrettmuster be­ schränkt. Es sind auch andere Anordnungen, z. B. nach Art eines sogenannten Fischgrätmusters, möglich, wobei auch die Längen- und Breitenverhältnisse der Reifenabschnitte anders sein können.
Es können auch Reifenabschnitte aus Fahrzeugreifen verschiedener Durchmesser und/oder Breiten miteinander kombinert werden.
Die die Wandfläche bildende Trägerplatte des Bauteils kann auch anstatt aus einer handelsüblichen Holzspan­ platte aus einem witterungsbeständigen Baustoff be­ stehen, wobei die Reifenabschnitte mittels Schrauben an der Trägerplatte befestigt sind.

Claims (9)

1. Wandartiges Bauteil mit einer Lärmschutzeinrichtung, wobei an einer Wandfläche in den Raum ragende schallabsorbierende Körper aus flexiblem Material angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Wandfläche (1) angeordneten schall­ absorbierenden Körper aus ringsegmentförmigen Reifen­ abschnitten (2) von ausgemusterten Fahrzeug-Gummi­ hohlreifen bestehen.
2. Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenabschnitte (2) in regelmäßiger Anord­ nung an der Wandfläche (1) befestigt sind.
3. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenabschnitte (2) in einer schachbrett­ musterartigen Anordnung an der Wandfläche (1) be­ festigt sind, wobei die Länge der Reifenabschnitte (2) ein Mehrfaches ihrer Breite beträgt.
4. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenabschnitte (2) in einer Anordnung nach einem sogenannten Fischgrätmuster an der Wandfläche (1) befestigt sind, wobei die Reifenabschnitte (2) wenigstens doppelt so lang wie breit sind.
5. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Reifenabschnitte (2) von Fahrzeugreifen ver­ schiedener Durchmesser und/oder Breiten an einer Wandfläche (1) befestigt sind.
6. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Reifenabschnitte (2) parallel zur Wand­ fläche (1) ein kleinmaschiges Netz (4) oder ein grobes Gewebe und/oder ein kleinmaschiges Drahtge­ flecht oder -gitter gespannt sind.
7. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandfläche (1) von einer Trägerplatte aus einer handelsüblichen Holzspanplatte gebildet ist, an der die Reifenabschnitte (2) mittels maschinell einschlagbarer, handelsüblicher Stahl-Heftklammern (3) befestigt sind.
8. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandfläche (1) von einer Trägerplatte aus witterungsbeständigem Baustoff gebildet ist, an der die Reifenabschnitte (2) mittels Schrauben oder äquivalenter Mittel befestigt sind.

Bauteil nach Anspruch 6 und einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandfläche (1) in Form einer Trägerplatte eine senkrecht zur Wandfläche (1) stehende, bis in Höhe der Reifenabschnitte (2) reichende Umrandung (5) hat, auf deren freier Kante das Netz (4), Gewebe und/oder Drahtgeflecht oder -gitter befestigt sind.
