Abstract

Schallschluckende Einrichtungsgegenstände für Räume wie Regale, Möbel sowie Türen etc. sind so ausgebildet, daß diese neben einem gefälligen Aussehen gute schalldämpfende Eigenschaften aufweisen. Hierzu werden die Einrichtungsgegenstände aus Bauplatten aus schallschluckendem Material mit einer offenporigen und/oder gelochten Oberfläche (3) hergestellt, deren umlaufende Ränder (4) mit vergleichsweise hoher Festigkeit ausgebildet sind. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Einrichtungsgegenstände für Räume, wie Regale, Möbel sowie Türen etc.
Üblicherweise werden für Möbel, Türen etc. Bauplatten aus Metall, Holz oder Kunststoff eingesetzt, die schallhart ausgebildet sind, d. h. fast keine den Schall dämpfenden, akustischen Eigenschaften aufweisen. Um eine Dämpfung des Schalls im Raum zu erhalten, werden dann an Decken oder Wänden Platten befestigt, die schalldämpfende Eigenschaften aufweisen. Derartige schallschluckende Bauplatten sind beispielsweise aus der EP-B 0 023 618 bekannt. Diese Bauplatten haben einen Strömungswiderstand, der zwischen 10 und 1000 Rayl liegt.
Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, Einrichtungsgegenstände der eingangs genannten Art für Räume vorzuschlagen, die gleichfalls gute schalldämpfende Eigenschaften aufweisen und dennoch gefällig im Aussehen sind.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtungsgegenstände werden somit zumindest auf ihrer Vorderseite aus schallschluckenden Bauplatten hergestellt, so daß Türen, Möbel, Regale etc. selber gute schalldämpfende Eigenschaften aufweisen. Als Bauplatten können entweder Spanplatten verwendet werden, die eine mikroporöse Oberfläche oder entsprechende Bohrungen aufweisen oder aber Metallplatten, die mit Bohrungen versehen sind. Sowohl die Spanplatten wie auch die Metallplatten können mit einem mikroporösen Lack überzogen werden, der die Bohrungen verdeckt und eine einheitliche Oberfläche schafft. Sofern Spanplatten verwendet werden, muß für einen verstärkten Randbereich gesorgt werden, der entweder durch einen Rahmen aus härterem Material oder aber durch Tränken des Randbereiches der Spanplatten mit Harz oder Kunststoff erhalten werden kann.
Diese aus schalldämpfenden Material hergestellten Möbel, Türen, Regale etc. dämpfen den Schall im Raum erheblich, so daß auf eine teure Nachrüstung von Decken- oder Wandbereichen mit schalldämpfenden Platten verzichtet werden kann. Dies ist vor allem dann vorteilhaft, wenn die schlechte akustische Eigenschaft eines Raumes erst nachträglich verbessert werden soll.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist im folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben, in dieser zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht einen Schrank gemäß der Erfindung. Dieser Schrank besteht in üblicher Art und Weise aus einem umlaufenden Rahmenteil 8, einer Rückwand sowie zwei Fronttüren 2. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind die beiden Fronttüren aus schalldämpfenden Bauplatten 2 hergestellt, wobei Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch eine Bauplatte zeigt, die für einen derartigen Schrank einsetzbar ist. Diese Bauplatte besteht aus einem Lochblech, das an seinen Seiten nach innen zweifach abgekantet ist, so daß der Rand eine bestimmte Höhe aufweist und einen nach innen weisenden Ansatz hat. In diesen Innenraum wird eine mit Bohrungen versehene Bauplatte, beispielsweise eine Spanplatte eingelegt, deren Sichtseite nach außen weist. Diese Spanplatte kann auf ihrer Außenseite mit einem mikroporösen Lack, einem Vlies oder einem Stoff bespannt sein, d. h. einem Material, welches luftdurchlässig ist, so daß in der mikroporösen Schicht der Spanplatte die Schallenergie abgebaut werden kann. Um hier die Schalldämmung zu verbessern, ist die auf der Rückseite der Spanplatte angeordnete Metallplatte mit Bohrungen versehen, so daß die Schallenergie in das Innere des Schrankes eintreten und hier weiter abgebaut werden kann.
Die Metallplatte dient hier für die Spanplatte zum einen als Rückwand und zum anderen als Kantenschutz, so daß Beschädigungen der zumindest mikroporös ausgebildeten Spanplatte vermieden wird.
Falls dies gewünscht wird, können nicht nur die Türen des Schrankes mit schallschluckenden Bauplatten versehen sein, sondern auch die Seitenwände und gegebenenfalls auch die Rückwand. Letzteres ist dann von Vorteil, wenn der Schrank freistehend im Raum aufgestellt werden soll. Grundsätzlich können auch Türen, Regale etc. in gleicher Art und Weise aufgebaut sein.

Claims (10)

  1. Einrichtungsgegenstände für Räume wie Regale, Möbel sowie Türen etc., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungsgegenstände (1) aus Bauplatten aus schallschluckendem Material mit einer offenporigen und/oder gelochten Oberfläche (3) bestehen, deren umlaufende Ränder (4) mit vergleichsweise hoher Festigkeit ausgebildet sind.
  2. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (2) allseitig mit einem Umleimer versehen ist.
  3. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (2) im Randbereich mit einem Harz oder Kunststoff getränkt ist.
  4. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (2) mit einem umlaufenden Rahmen (4) eingefaßt ist.
  5. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (2) aus einer Holzspanplatte besteht.
  6. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche (3) mit einem Vlies, einem mikroporösen Lack oder einem Stoff kaschiert ist.
  7. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (2) aus einem Lochblech besteht, dessen Oberfläche mit einem mikroporösen Lack versehen ist.
  8. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (2) aus einem Lochblech besteht und mit einer Schallschluckschicht hinterlegt ist.
  9. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite (6) der Bauplatte (2) verstrebt oder mittels einer Platte (5) verschlossen ist.
  10. Einrichtungsgegenstände nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (5) mikroporös oder mit Bohrungen (7) versehen ist.
