Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft korrosionsinhibierende Zusammensetzungen.
- Es sind viele Verbindungen oder Rezepturen bekannt, die die Korrosion von Eisenmetallen bei Kontakt mit wĂ€Ărigen oder partiell wĂ€Ărigen Systemen hemmen. Derartige Korrosionsinhibitoren enthalten ĂŒblicherweise Metalle, wie Chrom oder Zink, Phosphor als Phosphat, Polyphosphat oder Phosphonat, oder Natriumnitrit. Den meisten dieser bekannten Korrosionsinhibitoren werden negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt zugeschrieben, wenn sie in GewĂ€sser gelangen. Denn die bekannten Korrosionsinhibitoren können wegen ihrer ToxizitĂ€t oder ihren wachstumsfördernden Eigenschaften UmweltschĂ€den verursachen.
- Viele CarbonsÀurederivate sind als alternative Korrosionsinhibitoren getestet worden. Jedoch sind im allgemeinen hohe Zugabemengen von Additiven erforderlich, falls CarbonsÀurederivate annehmbare korrosionsinhibierende Eigenschaften besitzen sollen.
- Polymere CarbonsÀuren sind ebenfalls als Korrosionsinhibitoren beschrieben worden, aber wiederum sind normalerweise hohe Zugabemengen von Additiven erforderlich.
- Aus der Patentschrift GB-PS 1 037 985 wurde eine Gruppe von Alkylbutyrolacton- α -essigsĂ€uren als Rostinhibitoren in Schmiermittelzusammensetzungen bekannt.
- Wir haben ĂŒberraschenderweise herausgefunden, daĂ bestimmte HydroxycarbonsĂ€urederivate, die als Monomer, Polymer oder als Gemisch beider vorliegen können, besonders wirksame Korrosionsinhibitoren, bei geringen Beimischungsanteilen, fĂŒr Eisenmetalle sind.
- Folglich liefert diese Erfindung eine Zusammensetzung, die in Kontakt mit einer MetalloberflĂ€che steht, insbesondere einer EisenmetalloberflĂ€che, diese Zusammensetzung umfaĂt ein a) ein auf Wasser oder Ăl basierendes System und b) als Inhibitor, zum Schutz der MetalloberflĂ€che vor Korrosion, 0,0001 bis 5 Gewichtsprozente bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von a) mindestens einer Verbindung der Formel I:
- worin:
- n 0 ist oder eine ganze Zahl zwischen 1 und 20, vorzugsweise eine ganze Zahl zwischen 1 und 10, insbesondere eine ganze Zahl zwischen 1 und 5 ist;
- R ist eine geradkettige (gerade) oder verzweigtkettige (verzweigte) C&sub4;-C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls von einem, zwei oder drei Sauerstoffatomen unterbrochen oder mit einer, zwei oder drei Hydroxylgruppen substituiert ist, eine C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls mit einer, zwei oder drei C&sub1;- C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sind, oder eine C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub3;- Aralkylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls mit einer Hydroxylgruppe substituiert ist;
- R&sub1; ist ein H-Atom oder eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;- Alkylgruppe;
- R&sub2; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe oder CO&sub2;H;
- R&sub3; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, -CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H oder -CH&sub2;CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H;
- R&sub4; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe oder CO&sub2;H;
- R&sub5; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, -CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H oder -CH&sub2;CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H; ebenso wie Metall-, Ammonium- oder Aminsalze der Verbindung der Formel I oder Partialester der Verbindung der Formel I, in der einige aber nicht alle CO&sub2;H-Gruppen zu CO&sub2;Z-Gruppen verestert sind, in denen Z eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe , die gegebenenfalls von einem Sauerstoffatom unterbrochen ist, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkylgruppe, eine C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub8;- Alkylphenylgruppe, Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppe bedeutet, wobei mindestens eine R&sub4;-Gruppe eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe sein muĂ und wobei, wenn n=0 ist, dann R&sub2; eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe ist, mit der MaĂgabe, daĂ Zusammensetzungen ausgenommen sind, die ein auf Ăl basierendes System und eine Verbindung mit der Formel
- umfassen, worin R, R&sub1;, und R&sub2; Wasserstoff- oder Alkylradikale mit insgesamt 10 bis 38 C-Atomen sind.
- Wenn mehr als eine Verbindung der Formel I vorliegt, lassen sich solche Gemische der Verbindungen der Formel I von Variationen eines oder mehrerer der Substituenten R, R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3;, R&sub4; und R&sub5;, z.B. einer Mischung einer Verbindung der Formel I, in der R ein C&sub8;-C&sub1;&sub0;-Alkylrest ist, ableiten.
- Wenn die Verbindung der Formel I infolge der Ăffnung des Lactonrings in einem basischen Medium als Salz vorliegt, können diese Salze die Formel II besitzen:
- in der R, R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3;, R&sub4;, R&sub5; und n wie vorausgehend definiert sind, aber in der einige oder alle CO&sub2;H-Gruppen als CO&sub2;M Gruppen vorliegen, in denen M ein Alkalimetall, eine Ammonium-, Amin- oder Hydroxyamingruppe ist.
- Mit dem Ausdruck "Partialester" der Verbindung der Formel I meinen wir, daà einige aber nicht alle CO&sub2;H-Gruppen der Verbindung der Formel I zu CO&sub2;Z-Gruppen verestert sind, in denen Z eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls von einem O-Atom unterbrochen ist, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkylgruppe, eine C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub8;-Alkylphenylgruppe oder eine Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppe bedeutet. Wenn mehr als eine CO&sub2;Z- Gruppe vorhanden ist, so können die einzelnen Z-Gruppen identisch oder verschieden sein.
- Salze der Verbindung der Formel I sind Metall-, Ammonium- oder Aminsalze, insbesondere Salze der Alkalimetalle, Erdalkalimetalle, Metalle der Gruppen IIB, IIIA, oder VIII des Periodensystems der Elemente, Ammoniumsalze oder Salze organischer Amine. Spezifische Beispiele sind Salze von Natrium, Calcium, Kalium, Magnesium, Zink, Aluminium, Ammonium, Tri-(C&sub1;-C&sub4;)-Alkylammonium, Bis- und Tris(Hydroxyethyl)-Ammonium, Octylamin und Dodecylamin .
- Wenn R eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub4;-C&sub3;&sub0; Alkylgruppe ist, kann R beispielsweise ein gerader oder verzweigtkettiger Butyl-, Pentyl-, Hexyl-, Heptyl-, Octyl-, Nonyl-, Decyl-, Undecyl-, Dodecyl-, Tridecyl-, Tetradecyl-, Pentadecyl-, Eicosyl- oder Triacontylrest sein, bevorzugt wird aber ein geradkettiger C&sub4;-C&sub2;&sub0;-Rest, besonders ein C&sub6;-C&sub1;&sub5;-Alkylrest.
- Wenn R eine lineare oder verzweigte C&sub4;-C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe ist, die gegebenenfalls durch ein bis drei Sauerstoffatome unterbrochen ist, kann R z.B. ein Rest mit der Formel
- sein.
- Wenn R eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub4;-C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe ist, die mit einer, zwei oder drei Hydroxylgruppen substituiert ist, kann sie beispielsweise ein Rest mit der Formel HO(CH&sub2;)&sub4;, HO(CH&sub2;)&sub5;, HO(CH&sub2;)&sub6;, HO(CH&sub2;)&sub7;, HO(CH&sub2;)&sub8;, HO(CH&sub2;)&sub9;, oder HO(CH&sub2;)&sub3;&sub0;;
- R umfaĂt C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkylgruppen, zum Beispiel, Cyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl, Cyclooctyl und Cyclododecyl.
- R umfaĂt C&sub6;-C&sub1;&sub0;-Arylgruppen, die gegebenenfalls mit 1 bis 3 C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;- Alkylgruppen substituiert sind, z.B. Phenyl-, Naphthyl-, Tolyl-, Xylyl-, p-Dodecylphenyl- und 1-Octylnaphthylgruppen, wobei die Phenylgruppe bevorzugt wird.
- R umfaĂt C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub3;-Aralkylgruppen wie Benzyl-, Naphthylmethyl- und 4-Hydroxybenzylgruppen, wobei die Benzylgruppe bevorzugt wird.
- Beispiele fĂŒr R&sub1; sind beispielsweise H, Methyl-, Ethyl-, Isopropyl- und n-Butyl-Reste.
- Beispiele fĂŒr M sind beispielsweise Natrium, Kalium, Ammonium, Diethanolamin, Triethanolamin, Octylamin und Dodecylamin.
- Wenn die Gruppe Z eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe ist, kann sie beispielsweise eine Methyl-, Ethyl-, n- Propyl-, Iso-propyl-, n-Butyl-, sec-Butyl-, oder t-Butylgruppe sein.
- Wenn die Gruppe Z eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe ist, die gegebenenfalls von einem oder mehreren Sauerstoffatomen unterbrochen ist, kann sie beispielsweise eine 2-Methoxyethyl-, 3-Methoxypropyl- oder 2-Ethoxyethylgruppe sein.
- Wenn die Gruppe Z eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkylgruppe ist, kann sie beispielsweise eine Benzyl-, 1-Phenylethyl-, 2-Phenylethyl- α,α, -Dimethylbenzyl- oder 3-Phenylpropylgruppe sein.
- Wenn die Gruppe Z eine C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub8;-Alkylphenylgruppe ist, kann sie beispielsweise eine Tolyl-, Xylyl-, 4-Isopropylphenyl-, 4-t- Butylphenyl-, 4-Octylphenyl- oder 4-Dodecylphenylgruppe sein.
- Wenn die Gruppe Z eine unsubstituierte oder substituierte C&sub6;- C&sub1;&sub0;-Arylgruppe ist, kann sie beispielsweise eine Phenyl-, 1- Naphtyl- oder 2-Naphtylgruppe sein.
- Bevorzugte Verbindungen der Formel I sind solche, in denen R ein C&sub4;-C&sub2;&sub0;-Alkylrest, insbesondere ein C&sub6;-C&sub1;&sub5;-Alkylrest ist, der gerade ist und gegebenenfalls von einem oder zwei Sauerstoffatomen unterbrochen ist; und worin R&sub1; ein H-Atom, R&sub2; eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe, R&sub3; ein H-Atom, R&sub4; eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe und R&sub5; ein H-Atom ist.
- Vorzugsweise ist n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10, am besten eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5.
- Aus den Formeln I und II geht hervor, daà die Verbindungen der Erfindung Monomere (n=0) oder Polymere oder Gemische beider sein können. Es ist ein Merkmal der vorliegenden Erfindung, daà Mischprodukte bevorzugt werden, also Produkte, in denen beide Verbindungstypen vorliegen, nÀmlich Produkte, die aus Mischungen beider Verbindungstypen, in denen n = 0 und n zwischen 1 und 20 ist, bestehen.
- Verbindungen der Formel I können durch eine Reaktion eines Alkohols der Formel III
- synthetisiert werden, worin R und R&sub1; die vorausgehende Bedeutung besitzen, mit a) wenigstens einer ungesÀttigten Verbindung der Formel IV
- worin
- R&sub6; ein H-Atom, eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, CO&sub2;H- oder eine CO&sub2;R&sub9;- Gruppe ist.
- R&sub7; ein H-Atom, eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe CO&sub2;H, CO&sub2;R&sub9; ,CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H, CH&sub2;CO&sub2;R&sub9;, CH&sub2;CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H oder CH&sub2;CH&sub2;CO&sub2;R&sub9; ist.
- R&sub8; ein H-Atom oder eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe ist.
- R&sub9; ist eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe oder mit b) einem Anhydrid mit der Formel V oder VI:
- worin R&sub6; und R&sub7; die vorausgehende Bedeutung besitzen.
- Vorzugsweise ist R&sub6; ein H-Atom, R&sub7; ist CO&sub2;CH&sub3;, R&sub8; ist CH&sub3; und R&sub9; ist CH&sub3;.
- Beispiele fĂŒr Alkohole mit der Formel III umfassen: Butanol, Pentanol, Hexanol, Octanol, Nonanol, Decanol, Dodecanol, Tridecanol, Tetradecanol, Pentadecanol, Octadecanol, Eicosanol, Docosanol, Triacontanol Bevorzugte Alkohole der Formel III sind solche, die 5 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatome besitzen.
- Beispiele fĂŒr ungesĂ€ttigte Verbindungen der Formel IV, V oder VI umfassen: AcrylsĂ€ure, Methylacrylat, Ethylacrylat, MaleinsĂ€ure, MaleinsĂ€ureanhydrid, Dimethylmaleat, Diethylmaleat, ItaconsĂ€ure, ItaconsĂ€ureanhydrid, Dimethylitaconat, Diethylitaconat, CitraconsĂ€ure, CitraconsĂ€ureanhydrid, Dimethylcitraconat, Diethylcitraconat, AkonitsĂ€ure, AkonitsĂ€ureanhydrid, Dimethylakonitat und Diethylakonitat.
- Die Reaktion wird vorteilhafterweise in Gegenwart eines freien Radikalkatalysators bei höheren Temperaturen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von Benzoylperoxid oder Di-t-butylperoxid, vorzugsweise Di-t-butylperoxid, durchgefĂŒhrt. Die Temperatur kann im Bereich von 50-200 ÂșC, vorzugsweise bei 100-180 ÂșC, liegen. Ein inertes Lösungs- oder VerdĂŒnnungsmittel kann zugesetzt werden, aber vorzugsweise wird die Reaktion ohne Lösungsmittel durchgefĂŒhrt.
- Die als Zwischenprodukte gebildeten Ester werden durch SĂ€uren- oder Basenbehandlung bei höheren Temperaturen hydrolysiert Zum Beispiel können die Ester durch Kochen unter RĂŒckfluĂ mit SalzsĂ€ure zu Produkten der SĂ€ureform mit der Formel I, oder durch Kochen mit Natriumhydroxid zu Produkten, die als Natriumsalz die Formel II besitzen, hydrolysiert werden.
- Bei der oben beschriebenen Reaktion werden Gemische des Monomers (n=0) und der PolymersĂ€ure gebildet. Das VerhĂ€ltnis von Monomer zu Polymer kann durch Ănderung der Stöchiometrie der Reaktion variiert werden. Beispielsweise fĂŒhrt die VergröĂerung des in der Reaktion verwendeten Alkoholanteils zu einem vermehrten Monomeranteil in der Mischung. Falls erforderlich, kann reines Monomer aus dem Reaktionsgemisch isoliert werden.
- Zu alternativen Katalysatoren, die fĂŒr diese Reaktion verwendet werden können, gehören beispielsweise γ-Strahlen oder UV- Licht.
- Reine Lactonmonomere können z. B. durch Reaktion geeigneter Aldehyde mit BernsteinsÀure oder -estern (Stobbe-Kondensation) oder durch Reaktion geeigneter Aldehyde mit BrombernsteinsÀureestern (Reformatsky-Reaktion) oder durch Reaktion der entsprechenden Epoxide oder Epoxyester mit MalonsÀureestern gebildet werden.
- Es kann jeder beliebige Anteil der Verbindung der Formel I oder eine Mischung davon, die als Korrosionsinhibitor nach der vorliegenden Erfindung wirkt, verwendet werden, aber vorzugsweise liegt der Anteil zwischen 0,0001 und 5 Gewichtsprozenten bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des auf Wasser oder Ăl basierenden Systems.
- Der TrĂ€ger fĂŒr die Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung ist entweder a) ein auf Wasser oder b) ein auf Ăl basierendes System. Der TrĂ€ger ist vorzugsweise ein auf Wasser basierendes System.
- Beispiele fĂŒr Systeme, die als Basis fĂŒr Zusammensetzungen gemÀà der vorliegenden Erfindung dienen können, umfassen Funktionsfluids wie Schmiermittel, beispielsweise die als Basis Mineralöl, Poly-alpha-Olefin oder synthetische CarbonsĂ€ureester enthalten; hydraulische FlĂŒssigkeiten, beispielsweise die als Basis Mineralöle, Phosphatester, wĂ€Ărige Polyglykol/Polyglykolethermischungen oder Glykolsysteme enthalten; Ăl-in-Wasser- oder Wasser-in-Ăl-Gemische; Fluids fĂŒr die Metallbearbeitung, die als Basis Mineralöl fĂŒr wĂ€Ărige Systeme enthalten; auf Wasser- oder wĂ€Ăriger Glykol- oder Ethylen- oder Propylenglykol/Methanol basierende MaschinenkĂŒhlmittelgemische; Transformatoren- oder Schalteröle; ebenso wie wĂ€Ărige Systeme, z.B. industrielle KĂŒhlwasser, wĂ€Ărige Systeme fĂŒr Klimaanlagen, Dampferzeugungsanlagen, Meerwasserverdunstungsanlagen, Wasserkochkessel, und wĂ€Ărige geschlossene Heiz- oder KĂŒhlkreislĂ€ufe.
- Wenn ein Funktionsfluid ein Synthetischem Schmiermittel ist, umfassen diese Beispiele Schmiermittel, die als Basis einen Diester aus einer zweiwertigen SÀure und einem einwertigen Alkohol besitzen, z.B. Dioctylsebacat oder Dinonyladipat; einen Triester aus Trimethylolpropan und einer einwertigen SÀure oder einem Gemisch derartiger SÀuren, z.B. Trimethylolpropantripelargonat, Trimethylolpropantricaprylat oder deren Gemische; einen Tetraester aus Pentaerythrit und einer einwertigen SÀure oder einem Gemisch derartiger SÀuren, z.B Pentaerythrittetracaprylat; oder zusammengesetzte Ester, die sich von einwertigen SÀuren, zweiwertigen SÀuren und vielwertigen Alkoholen ableiten, z.B. zusammengesetzte Ester, die sich von Trimethylolpropan, CaprylsÀure und SebacinsÀure ableiten, oder deren Mischungen aufweisen.
- Andere synthetische Schmiermittel sind dem Fachmann bekannt und z. B. im "Schmiermittel-Taschenbuch" (HĂŒthig Verlag, Heidelberg 1974) beschrieben. Abgesehen von den bevorzugten Mineralölen, sind z.B. Phosphate, Glykole, Polyglykole, Polyalkylenglykole und Poly-alpha-olefine besonders geeignet.
- Um die verschiedenen Anwendungseigenschaften zu verbessern, kann eine Funktionsfluid-Zusammensetzung der Erfindung auch andere Additive enthalten, wie in Systemen auf Ălbasis ein oder mehrere Antioxidantien, Metalldesaktivatoren, weitere Korrosions- oder Rostinhibitoren, ViskositĂ€ts-Index-Verbesserer, Pourpoint-Erniedriger, Dispergentien/Detergentien oder AntiverschleiĂ-ZusĂ€tze; und in Systemen auf Wasserbasis ein oder mehrere Antioxidantien, andere Korrosions- oder Rostinhibitoren, Metalldesaktivatoren, Hochdruck- oder AntiverschleiĂzusĂ€tze, Komplexbildner, FĂ€llungsinhibitoren, Biozide, Puffer und Antischaummittel.
- Beispiele anderer Additive fĂŒr Systeme auf Ălbasis sind:
- 2,6-Di-t-butylphenol
- 2-t-Butyl-4,6-dimethylphenol
- 2,6-Di-t-butyl-4-ethylphenol

Natriumnitrat; Nitrite z.B. Natriumnitrit; Molybdate z.B. Natriummolybdat; Wolframate; Silikate z .B. Natriumsilikat; Benzotriazol, Bisbenzotriazol oder Kupfer passivierende Benzotriazol- oder Tolyltriazolderivate oder ihre Mannich-Base Derivate; Mercaptobenzothiazol; N-Acylsarkosine; N-AcyliminodiessigsĂ€uren; Ethanolamine; aliphatische Amine und PolycarbonsĂ€uren z.B. AuĂerdem kann in diesen vollstĂ€ndig wĂ€Ărigen Systemen der Korrosionsinhibitor gemÀà dieser Erfindung zusammen mit Dispergentien und/oder Threshold-Mitteln, wie z.B. polymerisierte AcrylsĂ€ure (oder deren Salze), PhosphinopolycarbonsĂ€uren (wie im British Patent 1458235 beschrieben und beansprucht), die cotelomerischen Verbindungen, die in der EuropĂ€ischen Patentanmeldung 0150706 beschrieben sind, hydrolysiertes Polyacrylnitril, polymerisierte MethacrylsĂ€ure und deren Salze, Polyacrylamid und dessen Copolymere von Acryl- und MethacrylsĂ€uren, LigninsulfonsĂ€ure und deren Salze, Tannin, NaphthalinsulfonsĂ€ure/Formaldehyd-Kondensationsprodukte, StĂ€rke und deren Derivate, Cellulose, AcrylsĂ€ure/Niedrig- Alkylhydroxyacrylat-Copolymere, z.B. die in US Patent Specification No. 4029577 beschrieben sind, Styrol/MaleinsĂ€ureanhydrid Copolymere und sulfonierte Styrol Homopolymere, z.B. die in US Patent Specification 4374733 beschriebenen und deren Kombinationen. Es können auch spezielle Treshold- Mittel, wie z .B. 2- Phosphonobutan-1,2,4-tricarbonsĂ€ure (PBSAM) HydroxyethylidendiphosphonsĂ€ure (HEDP), hydrolysiertes PolymaleinsĂ€ureanhydrid und dessen Salze, AlkylphosphonsĂ€ure, HydroxyphosphonessigsĂ€ure, 1-Aminoalkyl-1,1- diphosphonsĂ€uren und deren Salze sowie Alkalimetallpolyphosphate, verwendet werden.
- Besonders interessante Additiv-Zusammenstellungen sind solche, die Verbindungen sowohl der Formel I als auch eine oder mehrere Verbindungen, wie PolymaleinsÀure oder PolyacrylsÀure oder ihre Copolymere und/oder HEDP und/oder PBSAM und/oder Triazole z. B. Tolyltriazol, enthalten.
- Es können FÀllungsmittel verwendet werden, wie Alkalimetallorthophosphate , Carbonate; Sauerstoff-Scavengers, wie Alkalimetallsulfite und Hydrazine; Komplexbildner wie NitrilotriessigsÀure und ihre Salze; Antischaummittel wie Silicone, z. B. Polydimethylsiloxane, DistearylsebacinsÀureamid, DistearyladipinsÀureamid und verwandte Stoffe, die sich von Ethylenoxid- und/oder Propylenoxidkondensationen ableiten, zusÀtzlich Fettalkohole wie Caprylalkohole und deren Ethylenoxid-Kondensationsprodukte; sowie Biozide, z. B. Amine quartÀre Ammoniumverbindungen, Chlorphenole, schwefelhaltige Verbindungen wie Sulfone, Methylenbisthiocyanate und Carbamate, Isothiazolone, bromierte Propionamide, Triazine, Phosphoniumverbindungen, Chlor und Chlor freisetzende Mittel und Organometallverbindungen wie Tributylzinnoxid.
- Die Funktionsfluids können partiell wĂ€Ărig sein, z.B. eine wĂ€Ărige Fluid-Mischung fĂŒr maschinelle Bearbeitung, z.B. mit Wasser verdĂŒnnbare Schneid- oder Schleiffluids.
- Die wĂ€Ărigen Fluid-Mischungen fĂŒr maschinelle Bearbeitung können gemÀà dieser Erfindung, z.B. Mischungen fĂŒr die Metallbearbeitung sein. Unter "Metallbearbeitung" verstehen wir: Reiben, RĂ€umen, Ziehen, Schneiden, Schleifen, Bohren, FrĂ€sen, Drehen, SĂ€gen, spanloses Formen, Walzen oder HĂ€rten. Beispiele fĂŒr wasser-verdĂŒnnbare Schneid- oder Schleiffluids, denen die korrosionsinhibierende Verbindung zugesetzt werden kann, umfassen:
- a) WĂ€Ărige Konzentrate eines oder mehrerer Korrosionsinhibitoren und gegebenenfalls ein oder mehrere nicht-wĂ€Ărige Additive, die normalerweise als Schleiffluids verwendet werden;
- b) Polyglykolhaltige Biozide, Korrosionsinhibitoren und AntiverschleiĂmittel fĂŒr Schneidarbeiten oder das Schleifen;
- c) Halbsynthetische Schneidfluids entsprechend (b), die aber zusĂ€tzlich 10-25% Ăl mit ausreichender Menge Emulgator enthalten, um das in Wasser verdĂŒnnte Produkt lichtdurchlĂ€ssig zu machen
- d) Ein emulgierbares Mineralölkonzentrat, das z.B. Emulgatoren, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Hochdruck/AntiverschleiĂmittel, Biozide, Antischaummittel, Haftmittel etc. enthĂ€lt. Im allgemeinen werden sie mit Wasser zu einer weiĂen, opaken Emulsion verdĂŒnnt.
- e) Ein Produkt Ă€hnlich (d), das weniger Ăl und mehr Emulgator enthĂ€lt, und bei VerdĂŒnnung eine lichtdurchlĂ€ssige Emulsion fĂŒr Schneid und Schleifarbeiten ergibt.
- FĂŒr solche partiell wĂ€Ărigen Systeme, in denen das Funktionsfluid eine wĂ€Ărige Fluid-Mischung fĂŒr maschinelle Bearbeitung ist, kann die Inhibitorkomponente b) einzeln oder als Beimischung zu anderen Additiven, z.B. bekannten zusĂ€tzlichen Korrosionsinhibitoren oder Hochdruck-ZusĂ€tzen, verwendet werden.
- Beispiele fĂŒr andere Korrosionsinhibitoren, die zusĂ€tzlich zu der gemÀà dieser Erfindung verwendeten Verbindung der Formel I in partiell wĂ€Ărigen Systemen verwendet werden können, umfassen folgende Klassen:
- a) Organische SÀuren, ihre Ester oder Ammonium-, Amin-, Alkanolamin- und Metallsalze, z. B. BenzoesÀure, p-t-ButylbenzoesÀure, Dinatriumsebacat, Triethanolaminlaurat, IsonanonsÀure, Triethanolaminsalz der p-ToluolsulfonamidcapronsÀure, Triethanolaminsalz der BenzolsulfonamidcapronsÀure, Triethanolaminsalze der 5-KetocarbonsÀurederivate, wie im EuropÀischen Patent 41927 beschrieben, Natrium-N-lauroylsarkosinat oder NonylphenoxyessigsÀure;
- b) Stickstoffhaltige Stoffe, wie die nachfolgenden Vertreter: FettsÀurealkanolamide; Imidazoline, z .B. 1-Hydroxyethyl-2- oleyl-imidazoline; Oxazoline; Triazole z.B. Benzotriazole oder ihre Mannich-Base Derivate; Triethanolamine, Fettamine, anorganische Salze, z.B. Natriumnitrat; und die im EuropÀischen Patent 46139 beschriebenen Carboxytriazin-Verbindungen;
- c) Phosphorhaltige Stoffe, wie die nachfolgenden Vertreter: Aminphosphate, PhosphonsÀuren oder anorganische Salze, z.B. Natriumdihydrogenphosphat oder Zinkphosphat;
- d) Schwefelhaltige Verbindungen, wie die nachfolgenden Vertreter: Natrium-, Calcium- oder Bariumpetroleumsulfonate oder Heterocyclen, z . B. Natriummercaptobenzothiazol. Bevorzugt werden stickstoffhaltige Stoffe, insbesondere Triethanolamin.
- Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die vorliegende Erfindung zusÀtzlich veranschaulichen.
- 257,2 Teile n-Decanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 78 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 13,5 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird dann weitere 3 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC erwĂ€rmt. Bei 150 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 22,5 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert. Als Zwischenprodukt wird dann Lactonester bei 158-162 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,4 mbar abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt 63,0 Teile eines farblosen, flĂŒssigen Produkts, das beim Stehenlassen fest wird.
- 50,2 Teile des oben beschriebenen Esters, 14,9 Teile Natriumhydroxid und 500 Teile Wasser werden gemischt und 12 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt. Die Mischung wird gekĂŒhlt und mit Ether extrahiert, um die nicht verbrauchten Edukte zu entfernen. Es bleiben 568,0 Teile einer hellgelben, wĂ€Ărigen Lösung ĂŒbrig, die 9 Gewichtsprozente des HydroxydisĂ€ure-Produkts als Natriumsalz enthĂ€lt. Mittels Infrarot-, H und CÂčÂł NMR Spektralanalyse wird die Struktur bestĂ€tigt.
- 217,4 Teile der wĂ€Ărigen Lösung aus Beispiel 1, die 9 Gewichtsprozente des Produkts enthĂ€lt, werden unter RĂŒhren mittels Zugabe konzentrierter SalzsĂ€ure auf pH 1 angesĂ€uert. Das erhaltene weiĂe, feste Produkt wird abfiltriert, mit Wasser gewaschen, getrocknet, und man erhĂ€lt 41,9 Teile Rohprodukt. Nach Rekristallisieren aus Petrolether/Toluol gewinnt man 35,0 Teile eines LactonsĂ€ureprodukts mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 83-84 ÂșC.
- Theoretischer Gehalt: %C = 65,63, %H = 9,38
- Gemessener Gehalt: %C = 66,19, %H = 9,37.
- 142,2 Teile n-Decanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 43,2 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 7,5 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird dann weitere 3 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC gehalten. Bei 150 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 22,5 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt 64,0 Teile eines Esterzwischenprodukts, das eine Mischung aus Monomer und Polymer umfaĂt.
- 32,0 Teile des oben beschriebenen Estergemisches werden zu einer Lösung von 9,5 Teilen Natriumhydroxid in 250 Teilen Wasser gegeben. Das Gemisch wird 13 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt, gekĂŒhlt und mit Ether extrahiert, um die nicht umgesetzten Edukte zu entfernen. Es bleiben 289,0 Teile einer gelben, wĂ€Ărigen Lösung ĂŒbrig, die 11 Gewichtsprozente des Produkts als Natriumsalz enthĂ€lt. Mittels Infrarot-, H und CÂčÂł NMR Spektralanalyse wird die Struktur bestĂ€tigt.
- Die Gelpermeationschromatographie (G.P.C.)-Analyse ergibt ein (Monomer:Polymer) VerhÀltnis von annÀhernd 1:1 im Gemisch.
- 237,0 Teile n-Decanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 43,2 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 7,5 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird dann weitere 3 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC gehalten. Bei 135 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,026 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt als Zwischenprodukt 71,0 Teile eines Estergemisches. 500 Teile 18% SalzsĂ€ure werden dem Gemisch zugegeben, das dann 16 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt wird. Das Gemisch wird gekĂŒhlt und im Rotationsverdampfer unter Anlegung eines Vakuums bis zur Trockene eingedampft, und man erhĂ€lt 62,0 Teile eines gelben, wachsartigen, festen Produkts. I.R. und NMR Spektralanalyse bestĂ€tigen, daĂ das Produkt aus einer Mischung aus monomerer LactonsĂ€ure und PolysĂ€ure besteht.
- 585,0 Teile n-Octanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 129,6 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 22,1 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird dann weitere 3 Stunden bei 141 ÂșC gehalten. Bei 85 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,4 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert. Der als Zwischenprodukt erhaltene Lactonester wird dann bei 90 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,023 mbar abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt 295,5 Teile eines farblosen, flĂŒssigen Produkts.
- 50,0 Teile des oben beschriebenen Esters werden mit einer Lösung von 16,5 Teilen Natriumhydroxid in 400 Teilen Wasser gemischt und unter RĂŒckfluĂ 13 Stunden gerĂŒhrt. Das Gemisch wird gekĂŒhlt und mit Ether extrahiert, um die nicht umgesetzten Edukte zu entfernen. - 200,0 Teile des als Zwischenprodukt erhaltenen Lactonesters in Beispiel 5 werden mit 1600 Teilen 18% SalzsĂ€ure gemischt und 19 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt.Das Gemisch wird gekĂŒhlt und im Rotationsverdampfer unter Anlegung eines Vakuums (Wasserstrahlpumpe) bis zur Trockene eingedampft, und man erhĂ€lt 151,7 Teile eines gelben, wachsartigen, festen Produkts. I.R. und NMR Spektralanalyse bestĂ€tigen, daĂ ein LactonsĂ€ureprodukt vorliegt.
- 50,0 Teile des Rohprodukts werden aus Petrolether rekristallisiert und man erhĂ€lt 20,7 Teile eines weiĂen Feststoffs mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 77-78 ÂșC.
- Theoretischer Gehalt: %C = 63,16, %H = 8,77
- Gemessener Gehalt: %C = 63,15, %H = 9,09.
- 60,0 Teile des PolymeresterrĂŒckstands aus Beispiel 5 (bleibt nach Destillation des Lactonesterzwischenprodukts ĂŒbrig) werden mit 480 Teilen 18% SalzsĂ€ure gemischt und 16 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt. Das Gemisch wird gekĂŒhlt und bis zur Trockene eingedampft, und man erhĂ€lt 51,0 Teile eines viskosen, flĂŒssigen Produkts. I.R- und NMR-Spektralanalyse stehen in Einklang mit einem polymeren SĂ€ureprodukt.
- 195,0 Teile n-Octanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 43,2 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 7,5 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Bei 135 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,26 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt 60,0 Teile eines Esters als Zwischenprodukt. 600 ml 18% SalzsĂ€ure werden zugegeben und das Gemisch wird 16 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt. Die Mischung wird gekĂŒhlt und bis zur Trockene eingedampft, und man erhĂ€lt 50,5 Teile eines braunen, viskosen Ăls. I.R- und NMR-Spektralanalyse stehen in Einklang mit einem Gemisch aus LactonsĂ€ure/PolysĂ€ure, wobei dessen MolverhĂ€ltnis annĂ€hernd 1:1,5 entspricht. Das mittels G.P.C. bestimmte durchschnittliche Molekulargewicht (MG) des Produkts liegt bei 655.
- 146,0 Teile n-Octanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 32,3 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 5,6 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 140-150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird dann weitere 3 Stunden bei 150 ÂșC gehalten. Bei 135 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,065 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt 40,0 Teile Ester als Zwischenprodukt. Eine Lösung von 20,0 Teilen Natriumhydroxid in 200 Teilen Wasser wird zugegeben, und das Gemisch wird 14 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt. Das Gemisch wird gekĂŒhlt und mit Ether extrahiert, um die nicht umgesetzten Edukte zu entfernen. Es bleiben 265,0 Teile einer wĂ€Ărigen Lösung ĂŒbrig, die 16 Gewichtsprozente des Produkts als Natriumsalz enthĂ€lt. I.R- und NMR-Spektralanalyse stehen in Einklang mit einer Mischung aus HydroxydisĂ€ure und PolysĂ€ure, die als Natriumsalze vorliegen.
- 186,0 Teile n-Dodecanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 14,4 Teilen Dimethylmaleat und 2,5 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 5,5 Stunden bei 150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird dann weitere 3 Stunden bei 150 ÂșC gehalten. Bei 95 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,4 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert. Das Zwischenprodukt Lactonester wird dann bei 180-185 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,13 mbar abdestilliert und ergibt 21,4 Teile Produkt.
- Der oben erwĂ€hnte Ester wird mit 50,0 Teilen 18% SalzsĂ€ure gemischt und unter RĂŒckfluĂ 16 Stunden gerĂŒhrt. Das Gemisch wird gekĂŒhlt und bis zur Trockene eingedampft und ergibt 18,4 Teile LactonsĂ€ure als Rohprodukt. Eine Probe wird aus Petrolether rekristallisiert und ergibt einen weiĂen Feststoff mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 81-84 ÂșC.

- 78,0 Teile n-Octanol und 94,8 Teile n-Decanol werden gemischt und unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt. Die Mischung wird gekĂŒhlt und bis zur Trockene eingedampft und ergibt 58,0 Teile eines wachsartigen Feststoffs. I. R- und NMR-Spektralanalyse stehen in Einklang mit einer Mischung aus LactonsĂ€ure und PolysĂ€ure.
- 237,0 Teile n-Decanol werden unter RĂŒhren auf 150 ÂșC erhitzt, und eine Mischung aus 30,0 Teilen Ethylacrylat und 7,5 Teilen Di-t-butylperoxid wird im Verlauf von 6 Stunden bei 150 ÂșC tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Mischung wird weitere 3 Stunden auf 150 ÂșC erwĂ€rmt. Bei 100 ÂșC und unter Anlegung eines Vakuums von 0,05 mbar werden ĂŒberschĂŒssige Ausgangsstoffe abdestilliert, und man erhĂ€lt 55,0 Teile des Zwischenprodukts. 600 Teile 18% SalzsĂ€ure werden dann zugegeben, und das Gemisch wird 16 Stunden unter RĂŒckfluĂ gerĂŒhrt. Die Mischung wird gekĂŒhlt und bis zur Trockene eingedampft und ergibt 48,0 Teile eines viskosen Produkts. I. R- und NMR-Spektralanalyse stehen in Einklang mit einer Mischung aus LactonsĂ€ure und PolysĂ€ure.
- Ermittelt wird die AktivitĂ€t des Korrosionsinhibitors mit dem Aerated Solution bottle Test, worin 3 korrodierende Testlösungen a,b und c verwendet werden. Die Analysenergebnisse dieser Testlösungen sind in Tabelle 1 aufgefĂŒhrt. Tabelle 1 PhenolbasizitĂ€t (ppm als CaCO&sub3;) GesamtbasizitĂ€t (ppm als CaCO&sub3;) GesamthĂ€rte (ppm als CaCO&sub3;) CarbonathĂ€rte (ppm als CaCO&sub3;) Chlorid (ppm als Cl&supmin;) Sulfat (ppm als SO&sub4;ÂČ&supmin;) Ryznar-Index bei 40ÂșC
- 2 FluĂstahlprĂŒfstĂŒcke, 5 cm x 2,5 cm werden mit Bimsstein gereinigt, eine Minute in SalzsĂ€ure eingetaucht und dann gut abgespĂŒlt, getrocknet und gewogen.
- Das gewĂŒnschte VerhĂ€ltnis der zu testenden Verbindung wird in je 200 ml der korrodierenden Lösung gelöst. Zwei StahlprobestĂŒcke hĂ€ngen in der Lösung, und das Ganze wird bei 40 ÂșC in einer geschlossenen Flasche in einem Thermostaten untergebracht. WĂ€hrend der Testdauer lĂ€Ăt man Luft (500 ml/min) durch die Lösung strömen, wobei die StahlprĂŒfstĂŒcke vor der durchströmenden Luft geschĂŒtzt sind. Jegliche Wasserverluste durch Verdunstung werden mit destilliertem Wasser ersetzt.
- Nach 64 Stunden werden die StahlprĂŒfstĂŒcke entfernt, ohne Bimsstein gereinigt, eine Minute in SalzsĂ€ure, die mit mit 1% Hexamethylentetramin passiviert ist, getaucht, danach abgespĂŒlt, getrocknet und wieder gewogen. Ein gewisser Gewichtsverlust wird eintreten. Eine Kontrolle, z.B. Eintauchen einer FluĂstahlprobe in die Testlösung in Abwesenheit eines potentiellen Korrosionsinhibitors, wird bei allen Testreihen durchgefĂŒhrt. Die Korrosionsraten werden in Milligramm Gewichtsverlust/Quadratdezimeter/Tag (m.d.d.) berechnet.
- Die fĂŒr jede Testmischung erhaltenen Korrosionsraten sind in Tabelle 2 aufgefĂŒhrt. Tabelle 2 Beispiel Nr. Produkt aus Beispiel Additiv-Konzentration (ppm) Korrosionsrate (m.d.d.) Lösung Kontrolle
- Aus den Ergebnissen ist ersichtlich, daà die Produkte eine AktivitÀt als Korrosionsinhibitoren in allen Testlösungen zeigen, besonders bei geringen Calciumkonzentrationen.
Claims (10)
1. Eine Zusammensetzung, die in Kontakt mit einer
korrodierbaren MetalloberflĂ€che steht, diese Zusammensetzung umfaĂt:
a) ein auf Wasser- oder Ăl basierendes System und
b) als Inhibitor, zum Schutz der MetalloberflÀche vor
Korrosion, 0,0001 bis 5 Gewichtsprozente bezogen auf das
Gesamtgewicht von a) mindestens eine Verbindung mit der Formel I:
n ist 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 20,
R ist eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub4;-C&sub3;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe, die
gegebenenfalls von einem, zwei oder drei Sauerstoffatomen
unterbrochen oder mit einer, zwei oder drei Hydroxylgruppen
substituiert ist, eine C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine Phenyl-
oder Naphtylgruppe , die gegebenenfalls mit einer, zwei oder drei
C&sub1;-C&sub1;&sub2;-Alkylgruppen substituiert sind, oder eine
C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub3;-Aralkylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls mit einer Hydroxylgruppe
substituiert ist;
R&sub1; ist ein H-Atom oder eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkylgruppe;
R&sub2; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkylgruppe oder CO&sub2;H;
R&sub3; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkylgruppe, -CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H oder -CH&sub2;CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H;
R&sub4; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkylgruppe oder CO&sub2;H;
R&sub5; ist ein H-Atom, eine gerade oder verzweigte C&sub1;-C&sub4;-
Alkylgruppe, -CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H oder -CH&sub2;CH&sub2;CO&sub2;H; ebenso wie Metall-,
Ammonium- oder Aminsalze der Verbindung der Formel I, oder
Partialester der Verbindung der Formel I, in der einige aber
nicht alle der CO&sub2;H-Gruppen zu CO&sub2;Z-Gruppen verestert sind, in
denen Z eine C&sub1;-C&sub4;-Alkylgruppe, die gegebenenfalls von einem
Sauerstoffatom unterbrochen ist, eine C&sub7;-C&sub9;-Phenylalkylgruppe, eine C&sub7;-C&sub1;&sub8;-
Alkylphenyl, Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppe bedeutet;
wobei mindestens eine R&sub4;-Gruppe eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe sein muĂ und
wobei, wenn n=0 ist, dann R&sub2; eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe ist,
mit der MaĂgabe, daĂ Zusammensetzungen ausgeschlossen
sind, die ein auf Ăl basierendes System und eine Verbindung
mit der Formel
umfassen, worin R, R&sub1; und R&sub2; Wasserstoff oder Alkylradikale
mit insgesamt 10 bis 38 C-Atomen sind.
2. Eine Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, worin die
korrodierbare MetalloberflÀche eine EisenmetalloberflÀche ist.
3. Eine Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, worin n eine ganze
Zahl zwischen 1 und 10 ist.
4. Eine Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 3, worin n eine ganze
Zahl zwischen 1 und 5 ist.
5. Eine Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorausgehenden
AnsprĂŒche, worin R eine C&sub4;-C&sub2;&sub0;-Alkylgruppe ist, R&sub1; ein H-Atom
ist, R&sub2; eine CO&sub2;H-Gruppe ist, R&sub3; ein H-Atom ist, R&sub4; eine CO&sub2;H-
Gruppe ist und R&sub5; ein H-Atom ist.
6. Eine Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5 worin R eine
geradkettige C&sub5;-C&sub1;&sub5;-Alkylgruppe ist, die gegebenenfalls von einem
oder zwei Sauerstoffatomen unterbrochen ist.
7. Eine Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorausgehenden
AnspĂŒchen 1 bis 6, worin das System auf Ăl basiert und das
System auch ein oder mehrere Antioxidantien,
Metalldesaktivatoren, zusÀtzliche Korrosions- oder Rostinhibitoren,
ViskositÀts-Index-Verbesserer, Pourpoint-Erniedriger,
Dispergentien/Detergentien oder AntiverschleiĂmittel enthĂ€lt.
8. Eine Zusammensetzung nach einem der AnsprĂŒche 1 bis 6,
worin das System vollstĂ€ndig wĂ€Ărig ist und dieses System auch
einen oder mehrere zusÀtzliche Korrosionsinhibitoren,
Dispergentien und/oder Treshold-Mittel, FĂ€llungsmittel,
Sauerstoff-Scavengers, Komplexbildner, Antischaummittel und Biozide
enthÀlt.
9. Eine Zusammensetzung nach einem der AnsprĂŒche 1 bis 6,
worin das System partiell wĂ€Ărig ist, und dieses System auch
einen oder mehrere zusÀtzliche Korrosionsinhibitoren oder
HochdruckzusÀtze enthÀlt.
10. Die Verwendung einer Verbindung der Formel I nach Anspruch
1 als Inhibitor zum Schutz einer MetalloberflÀche gegen
Korrosion.
