Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Zwischenprodukte für die Synthese von BH&sub4; und dessen Derivaten sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von L-Biopterin.
- Die Verbindung EH&sub4;, nämlich 5,6,7,8-Tetrahydro-L-erythrobiopterin, ist eines der Coenzyme von aromatischer Aminosäure- Hydroxylase, eine unerläßliche Verbindung für die Biosynthese von Dopamin, Noradrenalin, Adrenaiin und Melatonin und wird durch die folgende Formel dargestellt:
- Ein Mangel an BH&sub4; verursacht schwere neurologische Störungen, wie atypische Phenylketonurie und Parkinsonismus: und kürzlich ist gefunden worden, daß Symptome aufgrund solcher Erkrankungen bemerkenswert durch die Verabreichung von BH&sub4; verbessert werden können. Weiter ist erkannt worden, daß BH&sub4; für die Heilung von infantilem Autisinus und Depressionen wirksam ist.
- Da BH&sub4; solche nützlichen pharmakologischen Wirkungen aufweist, sind verschiedene Untersuchungen über seine Synthese vorgenommen worden, deren Veröffentlichungen im folgenden angegeben werden: E.L. - Jedes der herkömmlichen Verfahren zur Herstellung von BH&sub4; weist mehrere Nachteile auf, insofern als ein teures Saccharid als Ausgangsmaterial erforderlich ist, um das asymmetrische Kohlenstoffatom in dessen Seitenkette bereitzustellen, als Ausbeute und Reinheit aufgrund vielstufiger Reaktionen gering werden, wegen instabiler Zwischenprodukte, die mühsame Behandlungsverfahren erfordern 7 und als es mühsame Reinigungsverfahren erfordert. Deshalb sind die herkömmlichen Verfahren für die industrielle Produktion der Verbindung und ihrer Derivate ungeeignet.
- Die gegenwärtigen Erfinder haben viel Arbeit investiert, um ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von BH&sub4; zu entwickeln, das für dessen kommerzielle und bequeme Herstellung verwendet werden kann, indem sie die folgenden Punkte berücksichtigten:
- a) das Ausgangsmaterial ist zu vernünftigen Kosten erhältlich,
- b) die Anzahl der Synthesestufen kann minimiert werden,
- c) eine gute Ausbeute kann erhalten werden und,
- d) falls möglich, kann es zur Synthese von Verbindungen verwendet werden, die analog zu BH&sub4; sind.
- Als Ergebnis haben sie gefunden, daß ein Tetrahydrofuranylpyrimidin-Derivat der Formel
- worin R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl-, Benzyl-, xylyl-, Phenethyl-, Phenyl-, Toluyl-, Anisoyl- oder Naphthylgruppe ist; R&sub2; (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl, Hydroxy-(C&sub1;-C&sub3;)-alkyl oder Polyhydroxy-(C&sub2;-C&sub3;)-alkyl ist; R&sub3; und R&sub4; gleich oder verschieden sind und eine (C&sub2;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl-, Benzyl-, xylyl-, Phenethyl-, Phenyl-, Toluyl-, Anisoyl- oder Naphthylgruppe darstellen, als Zwischenprodukt für die Synthese von BH&sub4; und analogen Verbindungen desselben geeignet ist, um den Weg für die vorliegende Erfindung zu öffnen.
- Das folgende zeigt die Schritte für die Synthese der durch die Formel I dargestellten Tetrahydrofuranylpyrimidin-Derivate sowie für BH&sub4; und dessen analogen Verbindungen: (Biopterin)
- worin R&sub1;, R&sub2;, R&sub3; und R&sub4; die bereits aufgeführten Bedeutungen aufweisen; R&sub5;, R&sub6;, R&sub7; und R&sub8; gleich qder verschieden sind und ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Acylgruppe darstellen; R&sub9; eine Alkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Arylgruppe ist; n eine ganze Zahl von 5 oder weniger ist; und HX eine Säure ist.
- In Verbindung mit den Verbindungen sollen die Definitionen jedes Substituenten allgemein wie folgt gegeben werden: Die Alkylgruppe kann eine Methyl-, Ethyl-, Propyl-, Butyl-, Pentyl-, Hexylgruppe, deren Isomere oder dergleichen sein. Die Aralkylgruppe kann eine Benzyl-, Xylyl-, Phenethylgruppe oder dergleichen sein. Die Arylgruppe kann eine Phenyl-, Toluyl-, Anisoyl-, Naphthylgruppe oder dergleichen sein. Die Hydroxyalkylgruppe kann eine Hydroxymethyl-, Hydroxyethyl-, Hydroxypropylgruppe oder dergleichen sein. Die Polyhydroxyalkylgruppe kann eine 1,2-Dihydroxyethyl-, 1,2- Dihydroxypropyl-, 2,3-Dihydroxypropyl-, 1,2,3- Trihydroxypropylgruppe oder dergleichen sein.
- Das Tetrahydrofuranylpyrimidin-Derivat (I) kann durch Umsetzung des 2,4,5-Triaminopyrimidin-Derivats (VIII) mit einem Epoxytetrahydrofuran-Derivat (IX) hergestellt werden.
- Das Tetrahydrofuranylpyrimidin-Derivat (I) kann in das Dihydropteridin-Derivat (III') oder Tetrahydropteridin-Derivat (IV') überführt werden, indem man dessen Acetalteil mit einer Säure hydrolysiert und bei dem Aminogruppen-Teil einen Ringschluß vornimmt. Das Dihydropteridin-Derivat (III') kann durch Oxidation von dessen Pteridin-Ring in das Pteridin- Derivat (V') oder durch eine Acylierung in das Acyldihydropteridin-Derivat (III") überführt werden. Das Acyldihydropteridin-Derivat (III") kann leicht verändert werden, indem man es mit einem Alkohol in das Acyltetrahydropteridin Derivat (IV") überführt, das durch Behandlung mit einer Säure wiederum in das Dihydropteridin-Derivat (III') überführt werden kann. Dagegen kann das Tetrahydropteridin-Derivat (IV') durch Behandlung mit einer Säure in das Dihydropteridin- Derivat (III') oder durch eine Acylierung in das Acyltetrahydropteridin-Derivat (IV") überführt werden.
- Das Pteridin-Derivat (V') kann durch Reduktion der Carbonylgruppe in seiner Seitenkette in das Biopterin-Derivat (VI) überführt werden. Diese Reduktion kann unter Verwendung von Sepiapterin-Reduktase auf die von S. Katoh et al., "Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun." Band 119, Seite 859 (1984), beschriebene Weise oder unter Verwendung eines herkömmlichen Reduktionsmittels durchgeführt werden. In diesem Zusammenhang ist über eine Überführung des Biopterin-Derivats (VI) in das- Tetrahydrobiopterin-Derivat (VII) bereits in verschiedenen Veröffentlichungen berichtet worden, beispielsweise S. Matsuura et al. "Chem. Lett.", Seite 735 (1984) und Jap. Pat. Nr. 59-21685 (A), 59-82091 (A) und 60-204786 (A).
- Gemäß der Erfindung kann L-Biopterin durch Behandeln des Biopterin-Derivats (V'-a), in dem R&sub1; [von (v')] ein Wasserstoffatom ist und R&sub2; eine Methylgruppe ist, mit Sepiapterin-Reduktase hergestellt werden. In Verbindung damit bemerke man, daß die Reduktion von 2-Amino-4-hydroxy-6-(1'- hydroxy-2'-oxopropyl)pteridin (V'-a) im allgemeinen vier Verbindungen erzeugt; aber gemäß der Erfindung kann L- Biopterin (Verbindung 1) allein und unerwarteterweise mit Stereospezifität gebildet werden.
- In den obigen Syntheseverfahren kann BH&sub4; als Endprodukt (VII) hergestellt werden, wenn R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom ist und R&sub2; eine Methylgruppe ist. Neopterin wird ebenfalls durch dieses Verfahren synthetisiert, wenn R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom ist und R&sub2; eine Hydroxymethylgruppe ist. Deshalb können BH&sub4; und seine analogen Verbindungen leicht und zu vernünftigen Kosten synthetisiert werden, wenn die Verbindungen gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung als Zwischenprodukte dafür verwendet werden.
- Die Erfindung wird nun mit Bezug auf Beispiele in mehr Einzelheit erklärt.
- Zu einer Mischung von 2-Methylfuran (123 g, 1,50 Mol), Natriumcarbonat (318 g, 3,00 Mol) und Methanol (2180 ml), die bei -75ºC unter Rühren in einem Trockeneis/Aceton-Bad gekühlt wurde, wurde Dichlormethan (87,9 ml), das Brom (240 g, 1,50 Mol) enthielt, tropfenweise über vier Stunden dazugegeben.
- Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wurde die Reaktionsrnischung aus dem Bad entfernt, und man ließ sie auf Raumtemperatur kommen; sie wurde dann filtriert, um Natriumbromid zu entfernen. Eine gesättigte Natriumchlorid-Lösung wurde zum Filtrat gegeben, das dreimal mit Dichlormethan extrahiert wurde. Die vereinigten Dichlormethan-Schichten wurden zweimal mit einer gesättigten Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Die resultierende Lösung wurde in einem Wasserbad, das bei 50ºC oder weniger gehalten wurde, konzentriert und im Vakuum destilliert, um 171 g (79,1%) Titelverbindung zu liefern.

- Silicagel-TLC:
- Zu einer Mischung von 2,5-Dihydro-2,5-dimethoxy-2-methylfuran (21,6 g, 150 mMol), Benzonitril (17,0 g, 165 mMol) und Methanol (40 ml), die bei 40ºC erwärmt wurde, wurde eine 31%ige wäßrige Lösung von Wasserstoffperoxid (11,0 g, 100 mmol) tropfenweise über 2,5 Stunden gegeben, während man den ph durch Zugabe einer wäßrigen Natriumhydroxid-Lösung in einem Bereich von 7,50 bis 8,00 hielt. Die Mischung wurde dann weiter 17,5 Stunden umgesetzt, während man die Temperatur bei 60ºC und den ph im Bereich von 7,50 bis 8,00 hielt.
- Nach Bestätigung der vollständigen Umsetzung des Peroxids durch Iodometrie wurde die Reaktionsmischung auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt, 60 ml Wasser wurden dazugegeben, und sie wurde dreimal mit Chloroform extrahiert. Nachdem der Extrakt dreimal mit Wasser gewaschen worden war, wurde Pentan zur Chloroform-Schicht gegeben, um Benzamid zu entfernen. Das resultierende Filtrat wurde konzentriert, wodurch man ein Rohprodukt (30,7 g) erhielt, das einer Silicagel-Chromatographie (Elutionslösungsmittel Hexan:Ethylacetat = 6:1) unterzogen wurde, was 2,21 g (9,2%) Titelverbindung lieferte.

- Zu einer Suspension von 2,4,5-Triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidinsulfat (8,66 g, 36,2 mMol) in Ethanol (18 ml) wurde Natriumcarbonat (7,69 g, 72,5 mMol) gegeben, das in destilliertem Wasser (72,5 ml) gelöst war. Nach Beendigung des Durchleitens von Kohlendioxid-Gas wurde 3,4-Epoxy-2,5- dimethoxy-2-methyltetrahydrofuran (2,90 g, 18,1 mMol) dazugegeben, das in Ethanol (18,3 ml) gelöst war, und die resultierende Mischung wurde unten Stickstoffatomsphäre auf 100ºC erwärmt und 69 Stunden umgesetzt.
- Nachdem die Mischung auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt war, wurde Methanol (50 ml) dazugegeben, und Festkörper wurden durch Filtration entfernt. Nach Konzentration des Filtrats wurde Methanol (50 ml) dazugegeben, und dann wurde unlösliches Material abfiltriert. Das resultierende Filtrat wurde konzentriert, wodurch man ein Rohprodukt erhielt, das wiederum einer Latroperlen-Säulenchromatographie (Elutionsmittel: Methanol) unterzogen wurde, was 2,94 g (53,9%) Titelverbindung lieferte.

- Zu 2,4-Diamino-6-hydroxy-5-[4'-(3'-hydroxy-2',5'-dimethoxy-2'- methyltetrahydrofuranyl)]pyrimidin (70 mg, 0,232 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde Essigsäure (3,0 ml) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 20 Minuten bei 50ºC gerührt. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde die Reaktionsmischung im Vakuum getrocknet, wodurch man ein Rohprodukt erhielt, das wiederum einer Silicagel- Dünnschichtchromatographie (Entwicklungslösungsmittel Chloroform:Methanol = 5:1) unterzogen wurde, was 17,6 mg (28,2%) Titelverbindung lieferte.

- Zu 2,4-Diamino-6-hydroxy-5-[4'-(3'-hydroxy-2',5'-dimethoxy-2'- methyltetrahydrofuranyl)]pyrimidin (220 mg, 0,73Q mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde 6N Salzsäure (2,20 ml) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und dann im Vakuum konzentriert. Nachdem das Konzentrat auf Eis gekühlt war, wurden Essigsäureanhydrid (3,50 ml) und Pyridin (3,50 ml) dazugegeben, und man ließ unter Rühren eine Stunde bei Raumtemperatur reagieren. Nach Entfernung von unlöslichem Material durch Filtration wurde das Filtrat in Ether (60 ml) gegossen, und das halbfeste Material, das auftrat, wurde durch Dekantieren gesammelt. Das Material wurde dann dreimal mit Ether gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet. Zu dem getrockneten Material wurde Methanol (7 ml) gegeben, und man ließ unter Rühren 30 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur reagieren. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde einer Silicagel-Dünnschichtchromatographie (Entwicklungslösungsmittel Chloroform: Methanol = 5:1) unterzogen, was 73,9 mg (28,8%) Titelverbindung lieferte.

- Zu 2,4-Diamino-6-hydroxy-5-[4'-(3'-hydroxy-2',5'-dimethoxy-2'- methyltetrahydrofuranyl)]pyrimidin (150 mg, 0,498 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde Essigsäure (1,5 ml) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 20 Minuten bei 50ºC gerührt. Nach Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur wurde die Reaktionsmischung im Vakuum getrocknet. Ein Teil der getrockneten Substanz wurde genommen und einer ¹H-NMR- Spektroskopie unterzogen, um die Bildung von 2-Amino-4- hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-(1'-hydroxy-2,-oxopropyl)-5,6,7,8- tetrahydropteridin zu bestätigen (siehe Beispiel 2).
- Nachdem der andere Teil mit Eis gekühlt worden war, wurden- Essigsäureanhydrid (2,5 ml) und Pyridin (2,5 ml) dazugegeben, und die Mischung wurde 1 Stunde bei Raumtemperatur gerührt; dann wurde Ether (50 ml) dazugegeben. Das resultierende feste Material wurde durch Filtration gesammelt und mit Ether gewaschen, wodurch man 94,1 mg Rohprodukt erhielt, das einer Silicagel-Dünnschichtchromatographie (Entwickungslösungsmittel Chloroform:Methanol = 5:1) unterzogen wurde, was 20,0 mg (11,4%) Titelverbindung lieferte.

- Zu 2,4-Dlamino-6-hydroxy-5-[4'-(3'-hydroxy-2',5'-dimethoxy-2'- methyltetrahydrofuranyl)]pyrimidin (10 mg, 0,033 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde 6N Salzsäure (100 ul) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und sofort im Vakuum konzentriert, was 9 mg Titelverbindung als Rohprodukt lieferte.
- Diese Substanz liegt mit dem folgenden chemischen Gleichgewicht in Chlorwasserstoff-Lösung vor:

- Zu 2-Amino-4-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-(1'-hydroxy-2,-oxopropyl)- 5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin (30 mg, 0,10 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 2 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde 6N Salzsäure (600 ul) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und im Vakuum konzentriert, was 23 mg Titelverbindung als Rohprodukt lieferte.
- Die physikochemischen Daten dieser Verbindung waren die gleichen wie die in Beispiel 5 offenbarten.
- Zu 2,4-Diamino-6-hydroxy-5-[4'-(3'-hydroxy-2',5'-dimethoxy-2'- methyltetrahydrofuranyl))pyrimidin- (220 mg, 0,730 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde 6N Salzsäure (2,20 ml) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und dann im Vakuum getrocknet. Nachdem das Material auf Eis gekühlt worden ,war, wurden Essigsäureanhydrid (3,50 ml) und Pyridin (3,50 ml) zu dem Konzentrat gegeben, und man ließ eine Stunde unter Rühren reagieren. Nachdem unlösliches Material abfiltriert worden war, wurde das Filtrat in Ether (60 ml) gegossen, ,und das resultierende halbfeste Material wurde durch Dekantieren erhalten, wonach das Material dreimal mit Ether gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet wurde, was 400 mg Titelverbindung als Rohprodukt lieferte.

- 6,24 (1H, br.d, LT = 8 Hz, Proton in Stellung 6)
- MS-Spektrum (FAB, positiv):

- Zu 2-Acetamido-5-acetyl-4-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-(1'-hydroxy-2'- oxopropyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropteridin (10 mg, 0,028 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 3 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde 6N Salzsäure (300 ul) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 6 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gerührt und dann im Vakuum konzentriert, was 6,5 mg Titelverbindung als Rohprodukt lieferte.
- Diese Verbindung ergab die gleichen physikochemischen Daten wie die in Beispiel 6 aufgeführten.
- Zu 2,4-Diamino-6-hydroxy-5-[4'-(3'-hydroxy-2',5'-dimethoxy-2'- methyltetrahydrofuranyl)]pyrimidin (200 mg, 0,664 mMol), das durch das in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, wurde 6N Salzsäure (2,00 ml) gegeben, und die Mischung wurde 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Ein Teil der Reaktionsmischung wurde genommen, im Vakuum zur Trockne konzentriert und durch ¹H-NMR-Spektroskopie überprüft, um die Bildung von 2-Amino-4-hydroxy-6-(1'-hydroxy-2'-oxopropyl)-5,6- dihydropteridin zu bestätigen (siehe Beispiel 5).
- Die verbleibende Reaktionslösung wurde zu einer Suspension von Iod (600 mg, 2,36 mMol) in Methanol (2,00 ml) gegeben, und Methanol (1,00 ml) wurde weiter dazugegeben.
- Nachdem die Reaktion 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur fortgeschritten war, wurde destilliertes Wasser (5,00 ml) dazugegeben. Dann wurde mit Natriumcarbonat (764 mg, 7,21 mMol) die Neutralisation vorgenommen, und dann wurde destilliertes Wasser (10 ml) zur Reaktionsmischung gegeben, wodurch man einen dunkelbraunen Festkörper erhielt, der durch Filtration gesammelt wurde. Die Feststoffe wurden mit Wasser, gefolgt von Methanol, gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet, was 99,2 mg (63,5%) Titelverbindung als blaßgelben Festkörper lieferte.

- Zu 2-Amino-4-hydroxy-6-(1'-hydroxy-2'-oxopropyl)pteridin (23,6 mg, 100 uMol), das durch das in Beispiel 9 beschriebene Verfahren erhalten wurde, in destilliertem Wasser (100 ml) wurde β-Nikotinamidadenindinukleotidphosphat (reduzierter Typ) (167 mg) gegeben, das in 0,2M Phosphatpuffer (pH 6,4, 100 ml) gelöst war. Eine Einheit Sepiapterin-Reduktase von Ratten- Erythrozyten, teilweise gereinigt durch das von Sueoka et al. ["Biochim. Biophys. Acta" Band 717, Seite 265 (1982)] beschriebene Verfahren, wurde zu der Mischung gegeben. Die resultierende Lösung wurde 5 Stunden bei 30ºC unter Schütteln inkubiert, ultrafiltriert und gefriergetrocknet. Das gefriergetrocknete Material wurde in einer Mischung von 0,IN Essigsäure/MeOH (95/5, Vol./Vol.) gelöst und durch Hochleistungs-Flüssigkeitschromatographie unter Verwendung einer Develosil-ODS-Säule gereinigt. Das Lösungsmittel wurde aus den resultierenden L-Biopterin-haltigen Fraktionen entfernt, wodurch man einen Rückstand erhielt, der in einer kleinen Menge destilliertem Wasser suspendiert und gefriergetrocknet wurde, was 10,5 mg (44%) gewünschte Verbindung als blaßgelbes Pulver lieferte.

- Der Wert der spezifischen Drehung ist im wesentlichen der gleiche wie der von B. Green et al. ["Chem. Ber." Band 99, Seite 2162 (1966)) berichtete, und die Werte der UV- und NMR- Spektren fallen mit denjenigen von Standardproben zusammen.
Claims (5)
1. Tetrahydrofuranylpyrimidin-Derivat
der Formel
in der R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl-,
Benzyl-, Xylyl-, Phenethyl-, Phenyl-, Tolyl-,
Anisoyloder Naphthylgruppe ist; R&sub2; (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl, Hydroxy-(C&sub1;-C&sub3;)-
alkyl oder Polyhydroxy-(C&sub2;-C&sub3;)-alkyl ist; R&sub3; und R&sub4; gleich
oder verschieden sind und eine (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl-, Benzyl-,
Xylyl-, Phenethyl-, Phenyl-, Tolyl-, Anisoyl- oder
Naphthylgruppe darstellen.
2. Dihydropteridin-Derivat der Formel
in der R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom, eine (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl-,
Benzyl-, Xylyl-, Phenethyl-, Phenyl-, Tolyl-,
Anisoyloder Naphthylgruppe ist; R&sub2; (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-Alkyl, Hydroxy-(C&sub1;-C&sub3;)-
alkyl oder Polyhydroxy-(C&sub2;-C&sub3;)-alkyl ist; R&sub5;, R&sub6; und R&sub7;
gleich oder verschieden sind und ein Wasserstoffatom oder
Acyl darstellen; n null oder eine ganze Zahl von 5 oder
weniger ist; und HX eine Säure ist.
3. Tetrahydropteridin-Derivat der Formel
in der R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom ist; R&sub2; Methyl ist; R&sub5;, R&sub6;,
R&sub7; und R&sub8; gleich oder verschieden sind und ein
Wasserstoffatom oder Acyl darstellen; R&sub9; eine (C&sub1;-C&sub6;)-
Alkyl-, Benzyl-, Xylyl-, Phenethyl-, Phenyl-, Tolyl-,
Anisoyl- oder Naphthylgruppe ist.
4. Pteridin-Derivat der Formel
in der R&sub1; ein Wasserstoffatom ist; R&sub2; Methyl ist; R&sub1;&sub0; und
R&sub1;&sub1; gleich oder verschieden sind und ein Wasserstoffatom
oder Acyl darstellen; n null oder eine ganze Zahl von 5
oder weniger ist; und HX eine Säure ist.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von L-Biopterin, das einen
Schritt zur Behandlung von 2-Amino-4-hydroxy-6-(1'-
hydroxy-2'-oxopropyl) pteridin mit Sepiapterin-Reduktase
enthält.
