Claims (5)
- - auf der einen Seite des Halbleiters eine Avalanchediode angeordnet ist,
- - durch die ein bei Lichteinfall von außen erzeugter Photostrom ver stärkt wird,
- - eine Raumladung im anschließenden Halbleitergebiet erzeugt wird und ein Ladungsträgertransport zur CCD-Auslesestruktur hin erfolgt,
- - in der auf der anderen Seite des Halbleiters angeordneten CCD-Aus lesestruktur ein Kontrast- oder Entfernungsbild ausgegeben wird.
