Description
Claims (1)
- Entfernungsbildsensor mit einer gepulsten Lichtquelle mit Sender- und Empfangsoptik und einer Zeitablaufsteuerung und einem mit steuerbaren Verschluß (Schatte) versehenenen CCD-Array hinter der Empfangsoptik, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf einem Halbleiter-Substrat das CCD-Array und der steuerbare Verschluß angeordnet sind, wobei durch Lichteinfall von außen ein Fotostrom ver stärkt wird und eine Raumladung im anschließenden Halbleitergebiet er zeugt wird, und
daß ein Ladungsträgertransport zur CCD-Struktur mit Hilfe einer steuerbaren Elektrode erfolgt, dadurch, daß gepulstes Licht in ein solches Halblei ter-Gebiet einleitbar ist, in dem eine Raumladung erzeugt wurde, wobei dieses Halbleiter-Gebiet für das steuerbare Licht neben dem Gebiet, für das zu empfangende und zu messende Licht liegt.
