Claims (10)
1. Immunoglobulin (IgG), welches nach einem Verfahren hergestellt
ist, welches umfaßt:
(a) Identifizierung eines menschlichen Spenders, der
klinisch gesund ist und dessen Plasma:
(i) einen Anti-HIV p24 Antikörpertiter von wenigstens
etwa 128 zeigt;
(ii) HIV p24 negativ beim Enzymimmunoassay ist; (iii) HIV-Kultur-negativ ist; und
(b) Isolierung einer Probe von Immunoglobulin aus dem
Blut dieses Spenders, das einen HIV-Neutralisations titer von wenigstens etwa 8000 bei einer IgG-Konzentration
von etwa 5 Gew.-% besitzt.
2. Immunoglobulin nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Spender eine T.-Lymphocytenzahl von wenigstens etwa 400/ml
Blut besitzt.
3. Immunoglobulin nach Anspruch 1 mit einem HIV-Neutralisationstiter
von wenigstens etwa 15.000-20.000.
4. Immunoglobulin nach Anspruch 1 mit einem HIV-Anti-p24-Titer von wenigstens etwa 10.000.
5. Verfahren zur in vitro Neutralisation von HIV, umfassend die Behandlung einer Menge von HIV mit einer Menge
des IgG von Anspruch 1 in einem pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Träger, welche zur Neutralisation der Infektionsfähigkeit von HIV wirksam ist.
6. Zusammensetzung zur Neutralisation der Infektionsfähigkeit von HIV, umfassend:
(a) eine wirksame Menge an Immunoglobulin (IgG) zur Neutralisation der Infektionsfähigkeit von HIV,
wobei dieses IgG einen Anti-HIV- p24- Antikörpertiter
von wenigstens etwa 128 undd eine T.—Lymphocytenzahl
von wenigstens etwa 400/ml Blut aufweist.
7. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, welche zur parenteralen
Applikation geeignet ist.
8. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, welche für intravenöse Injektion oder Infusion geeignet ist.
9. Immunoglobulin (IgG), wirksam zur Neutralisation der Infektionsfähigkeit von HIV, wobei dieses IgG einen
Anti-HIV p24 Antikörpertiter von wenigstens etwa 128 und eine T.-Lymphocytenzahl von wenigstens etwa 400/ml
Blut aufweist, zur Verwendung als therapeutisches Mittel.
10.Verwendung eines zur Neutralisation der Infektionsfähigkeit
von HIV wirksamen Immunoglobulins (IgG), wobei dieses IgG einen Anti-HIV p24 Antikörpertiter von wenigstens etwa 128 und eine T.-Lymphocytenzahl von wenigstens
etwa 400/ml Blut aufweist, zur Herstellung einer pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung für die Prophylaxe oder Behandlung
von HIV-Infektion.
