Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung wasser- und überdruckechter Farblacke. Nach den in der Pigmentfarbenindustrie üblichen Verfahren war es bisher nicht möglich, Naphtholgelb in wasser- und überdruckechte Farblacke überzuführen. Der in der Tapetenindustrie zum Leimen der Druckfarben vorwiegend verwendete alkalische Pflanzenleim spaltet den üblichen Naphtholgelblack und bewirkt hierdurch sowohl Anbluten von aufgedrucktem Weiß wie auch das gefürchtete Durchschlagen. Die nach dem neuen Verfahren erzeugten Farblacke besitzen außerdem noch eine bessere Lichtechtheit gegenüber solchen nach dem bisherigen Verfahren. Man kann fertige Erdalkalisilikate verwenden oder zweckmäßig solche bei der Bildung der Farblacke durch Fällung erzeugen. Beispiel. 25 kg Schwerspat, 6 kg schwefelsaure Magnesia, 2,5 kg gebrannter Kalk, mit 50 1 Wasser abgelöscht, 5 kg Wasserglas, 38 bis 40° B8 -I- 50 1 Wasser, z kg schwefelsaure Tonerde, 6 kg Naphtholgelb S für Lack, z4 kg Chlorbarium kochend ausfällen und 5 Minuten kochen lassen, einige Zeit rühren und dann erkalten lassen.
