Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a step transformer trained cast resin insulated transformer according to the generic term of claim 1.
Such transformers are increasingly being used as Replacement transformers for clophen insulated transformers used. The difficulty here lies in the training of the tap changer since the original clophen insulated Transformers usually with oil-filled built-in load selectors are equipped.
The invention has as its object the aforementioned Step transformers to specify a tap changer that the Benefits of the oil-filled built-in tap changer. These Task is by in the characterizing part of claim 1 specified means solved.
Die Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Weiterführungen der Erfindung an.The subclaims give advantageous continuations of Invention.
The advantage achieved with the invention lies in the use the conventional load selector even with cast resin insulated Step transformers, avoiding any Risk of fire. Should there be damage to the free-standing load selector come, is by the arranged in the bottom of the load selector Rupture plate ensures that the oil that may leak is caught safely and by the in the catch basin arranged gravel layer a burning of the oil is avoided.
An embodiment of the invention is in the drawing is shown and then described in more detail:
As can be seen from the figure, a crossbar 3 is located on the core 1 of the cast resin transformer 2 . The load selector 4 , which is designed as a conventional cylindrical built-in load selector with its own oil expansion vessel 17 , is attached to this crossbar 3 in a free-standing manner. The connecting lines 5 lead from the terminals 6 of the transformer to the connection contacts 7 of the load selector. The connecting lines 5 are of course insulated. The contact connections between the connecting lines 5 and the connecting contacts 7 are also insulated, which is expediently carried out by means of a shrinkable hose-like insulation. Otherwise, the connection contacts 7 are epoxy-coated outside the actual contact surfaces, so as to avoid leakage currents between the connection contacts. The load selector 4 is actuated in the usual way by means of a motor drive 8 likewise carried by the cross member 3 . The head 9 and in particular the cover 10 of the load selector are, however, in deviation from conventional load selectors without a pressure relief device, whereas the bottom 11 of the load selector contains a bursting plate 12 , which is destroyed in the event of excess pressure suddenly occurring in the load selector. An oil collecting pit 13 , which is filled with coarse pebbles, is arranged below the load selector 4 . This pit 13 is then also connected via a collecting line 14 to an oil collecting container 15 . A cylinder 16 is provided between the lower end of the load selector 4 and the oil collecting pit 13 , which prevents the oil that may suddenly emerge from the bursting opening 12 from running away or splashing away to the side. The coarse pebbles in the pit 13 provide for a rapid cooling of the hot oil due to the greatly enlarged surface.
