Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen ölgefüllten Einbaustufenschalter gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Bei ölgefüllten Stufenschaltern besteht die Notwendigkeit, ein spezielles Volumen für die infolge Temperaturschwankungen auftretende Ölausdehnung vorzusehen. Üblicherweise wird hierfür ein dem Stufenschalter zugeordnetes Ölausdehnungsgefäß, welches zumeist mit dem Ölausdehnungsgefäß des Transformators verbunden ist, vorgesehen. Die hierbei erforderliche Ölströmungsleitung vom Stufenschalter zum Ölausdehnungsgefäß enthält dann ferner ein Ölströmungsrelais, um Vergasun- gen des Öls, wie z.B. übermäßige Schaltgasentwicklungen, erfassen zu können. Darüberhinaus wird üblicherweise im Stufenschalterkopf, und zwar unabhängig von der Vorrichtung zur Ölausdehnung, eine zusätzliche Druckentlastungseinrichtung vorgesehen, die bei plötzlich auftretendem Überdruck, z.B. infolge eines Kurzschlusses, den sofortigen Druckabbau zuläßt.With oil-filled tap changers, there is a need to provide a special volume for the oil expansion that occurs as a result of temperature fluctuations. Zwar ist es bekannt, das für den Stufenschalter erforderliche Ölausdehnungsvolumen unmittelbar im Stufenschalterkopf als eigene Kammer vorzusehen (DE-GM 74 37 447), jedoch ergeben sich dann Schwierigkeiten für die Anbringung des Ölströmungsrelais sowie für die Anordnung einer Druckentlastungseinrichtung. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den eingangs genannten Stufenschalter bezüglich des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes so zu verbessern, daß bei Beibehaltung des herkömmlichen Einsatzes von Ölströmungerelais und zusätzlicher Druckentlastung Stufenschalter und Ölausdehnungsgefäß eine bauliche Einheit bilden, die im Herstellerwerk vormontiert werden kann und die zugleich auch ein Nachrüsten oder entsprechendes Umrüsten bereits in Betrieb befindlicher Stufenschalter ermöglicht. Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile sind insbesondere: Einbaustufenschalter und Ölausdehnungsgefäß bilden eine konstruktive Einheit, die vollständig im Herstellerwerk des Stufenschalters hergestellt werden kann und die keine zusätzlichen Installationsarbeiten am Stufentransformator selbst mehr erfordert. Durch die Kombination des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes mit dem Deckel des Stufenschalters bzw. mit dem Stufenschalterkopf und durch das Anordnen des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes innerhalb der Kontur des Stufenschalterkopfes fällt der Platzbedarf für das Ausdehnungsgefäß praktisch nicht ins Gewicht; denn der Platz oberhalb des Einbaustufenschalters muß in jedem Fall frei bleiben. Auch stellt das Ölausdehnungsgefäß keine Behinderung für die Druckentlastungseinrichtung, die üblicherweise im Deckel des Stufenschalterkopfes vorhanden ist, dar. Sie ist vielmehr integrierter Bestandteil des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes, indem sich der Druckentlastungsstutzen des Stufenschalterkopfes unmittelbar als eigener Kanal im Ulausdehnungsgefäß fortsetzt. In vorteilhafter Weise wird dieser Kanal als ein das Ölausdehnungsgefäß durchdringendes Rohr ausgebildet. Die an diesem Rohr angeschlossene das Ölströmungsrelais enthaltende Ölströmungsleitung wird zweckmäßig mit einem leichten Gefälle versehen, so daß die in die Ölströmungsleitung eintretenden Schaltgase auf jeden Fall zum Ölausdehnungsvolumen hin abfließen können. Es ist ferner vorteilhaft, wenn die das Ölströmungsrelais enthaltende Ölströmungsleitung seitlich vom eigentlichen Ölausdehnungsgefäß, aber innerhalb der Kontur des Stufenschalterkopfes angeordnet wird. Der Stufenschalterkopf besitzt einen Deckel 3 auf dem eine Getriebestufe 4 für den Antrieb des Stufenschalters vorhanden ist und der ferner einen kurzen Rohrstutzen 5 trägt. Auf einem oberen Flansch 6 dieses Rohrstutzens ist das eigentliche Ölausdehungsgefäß 7 aufgeflanscht. Dieses Ölausdehnungsgefäß 7 liegt, wie aus Figur 2 ersichtlich, innerhalb der Kontur (Flansch 2) des Stufenschalterkopfes 1, wobei es etwa eine Segmentfläche des Stufenschalterkopfes überdeckt. Der am Deckel 3 sitzende Rohrstutzen 5 setzt sich im Innern des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes 7 fort, indem dort ein das Ölausdehnungsgefäß von unten nach oben durchdringendes Rohr 8 vorgesehen ist. Dieses Rohr 8 trägt an seinem äußeren Flansch 13 ein spezielles Druckentlastungsventil 9. Selbstverständlich kann anstelle dieses Druckentlastungsventils auch eine andere Einrichtung zur Druckentlastung, z.B. eine Berstplatte, vorgesehen werden. Unterhalb des kleinst möglichen Ölpegels 10 ist an dem Rohr 8 eine Ölströmungsleitung 11 angeschlossen, die ein Ölströmungsrelais 12 enthält und die in das eigentliche Ausdehnungsvolumen des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes 7 einmündet. Ölströmungsleitung 11 und Ölströmungsrelais 12 liegen dabei ebenfalls innerhalb der Kontur des Stufenschalterkopfes, und zwar oberhalb der vom Ölausdehnungsgefäß 7 freigelassenen Segmentfläche des Stufenschalterkopfes. An der Seitenfläche des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes 7 sitzt dann noch ein Ölstandanzeiger 14. Ferner ist zusätzlich am Ölausdehnungsgefäß 7 ein spezieller Luftentfeuchter 16 vorgesehen. Die am Stufenschalterkopf 1 noch erkennbaren Rohranschlußflansche 15 dienen der Ölfüllung bzw. daß das etwa der Kontur (2) des Stufenschalterkopfes (1) entsprechende Ölausdehnungsgefäß (7) oberhalb des Stufenschalterkopfes angeordnet und mittels eines kurzen Rohrstutzens (5) mit dem Stufenschalterkopf verbunden ist, daß der Rohrstutzen (5) in einen von unten nach oben verlaufenden Kanal (8) des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes (7) einmündet, wobei der Kanal (8) etwa den gleichen Querschnitt wie der Rohrstutzen aufweist und an seinem oberen Ende nach außen mittels einer Druckentlastungseinrichtung (9) verschlossen ist, und daß unterhalb des minimalen Ölpegels (10) des Ölausdehnungsgefäßes (7) am Kanal (8) eine im wesentlichen waagerecht verlaufe'nde ein Ölströmungsrelais (12) enthaltende Ölströmungsleitung (11) angeschlossen ist, die in das eigentliche Ölausdehnungsvolumen des Ausdehnungsgefäßes (7) einmündet.
