Claims (6)
- - die Thermoplaste mindestens 30 Minuten auf max. 165°C, vorzugsweise 100°C-150°C erwärmt werden, um den Gehalt an flüchtigen Bestandteilen mit einem Siedepunkt unter 245°C auf weniger als 0,1% zu reduzieren und anschließend bei einer Temperatur von (Tg-50°C) bis Tg getempert werden.
- - das Verpressen bei einer Temperatur die 2°C bis 45°C über Tg liegt und einem Druck von 1 bis 10 MPa erfolgt.
