Dies hat einen erheblichen Verlust an Wärmeenergie zur Fol­ ge, die der Flüssigkeit zum Erwärmen zugeführt werden mußte. Der Vorratsbehälter dient beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren als Dosierbehälter, über den sehr genau bemeßbare Wassermengen in den Spülbe­ hälter eingegeben werden können. Das zum Betrieb der Maschine am Warmwasseran­ schluß zur Verfügung stehende, z. B. bis 65°C warme Wasser erfordert keine Ent­ härtung, so daß die Programmschritte zum Regenerieren und zum Durchspülen des Ionenaustauschers der Enthärtungseinrichtung aus dem Spülprogramm, durch Über­ fahren der entprechenden Programmabschnitte, ausblendbar sind. Dadurch und durch Wegfall der Aufheizzeiten wird die Laufzeit der wählbaren Spülprogramme verkürzt und der Wasserverbrauch weiter reduziert.
