Description
The invention relates to an agent and a method for debinding of silk in the form of filaments or fabrics made from natural silk.
The relief of silk pursues the purpose, the fiber, through full withdrawal of sericin, waxy substances, etc., maximum gloss and softness together with the Grip and the eventual "Cracquant", which gives the silk represents the noblest fiber.
The debonding agent that has been used for centuries is preferred a boiling soap bath, which perfectly hydrate the silk bast lized. The green olive oil soap is used under all soaps preferred, which has the advantage of being difficult to gelatinize. It can therefore be easily removed by washing and leaves behind no smell on the silk.
In addition to their fatty acid content, which is not less than 60%, however Soap should not be too much above, the soap must not contain free alkali in an amount above 0.05% (the alkali is in the form of carbonate up to 0.2%) and only small amounts of inert substances (silicate, starch, glue, etc.) and traces of iron.
Conventional soaping is performed using softened water carried out to the formation of calcium Avoid soap, using an average of 30-40% soap on the weight of the goods. You heat the bathroom removes all dirt from the bathroom surface and then dips it Silk.
The bath temperature should be between 90 and 96 ° C. If you exceed this temperature range, then the fiber attacked with the release of silk fibril len (tufts). This also applies if the Alkalinity exceeds 0.05% because the soap only has one has little protective effect on sericin. Also the Dedusting contributes to the formation of tufts, which can as bright dots when backlighting both shows on both yarns and fabrics. Excessive movement conditions and friction are also for tufts and possibly also responsible for peeling.
Ent is carried out in the specified temperature range bast with soap within 2 to 3 hours in case of light fabrics and within 5 to 6 hours in Case of thicker tissues, especially if they are are made with twisted yarn (crepe).
The liquor ratio is 1:40 to 1:70 above changeable. There will be two successive baths used. The first bathroom, namely the so-called Be wetting bath, is that already used before Bath. This is followed by a new bathroom, which is used to improve the achievable effect and the silk their natural coloring completely or almost completely to take. This second bath contains about half of the Soap content of the previous bath and has one Duration of one hour. It is also called a touch up bad called.
The used reworking bath will be accordingly complements and then serves as a wetting bath. Depending on the The quality and condition of the silk can be the aftermath bath can also be used two to three times.
In practice, depending on the yarn or fabric, 10-15 g / l soap worked. Bleach cannot be performed at the same time since the soap is none Stabilizing effect on the hydrogen peroxide exercises which is also acidic and as a hydrol would act on the soap solution.
It has now been found that the relief of silk faster and more economical, as well as in comparison better results than conventional methods is feasible if a new agent is used for this is in the form of a liquid, alkaline mixture, which Wetting agent and contains water from that composition below consists:
