Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a detergency improver used in a scouring process for textiles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Natural fibers, such as resin and wax for plant fibers, fat and colloidal materials for animal fibers, and a large amount of paraffin wax and acrylic acid ester added at the spinning stage in polyester new synthetic fabrics Since a sizing agent such as a system or polyvinyl alcohol is present as a contaminant, a scouring process is performed to remove them. There are two types of scouring treatment methods, depending on the method of supplying fiber products to the scouring machine. There are two types of scouring treatment: batch method and continuous method. It consists of a tank, a squeezing roller, and a steamer box having a multi-stage roll. For example, in the continuous scouring process, a saturator is filled with an alkaline aqueous solution (hereinafter referred to as a processing solution) containing a scouring agent, a chelating agent, etc., and a fiber product is immersed in the saturator and then passed through a squeeze roller and then a steamer box together with the processing solution This is done by removing impurities.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the scouring process, impurities or impurities dropped off by alkaline agents such as NaOH or surfactants form metal ions and water-insoluble salts derived from the hardness components and fiber materials in the treatment liquid, Accumulate as scum. For example, in a continuous scouring process, it tends to accumulate in a saturator or a roll of a steamer box. If the scum accumulates, the textile product will be damaged, and removal work is required. Further, the water-insoluble salt generated in the treatment bath reattaches to the fiber product, impairs water absorption and texture, and inhibits dyeability. In general, the addition of a chelating agent is effective for preventing the formation of water-insoluble salts, but the addition of a chelating agent does not show a sufficient effect in the scouring process using an alkaline agent. The reason is that there is a decrease in chelating ability in the presence of an alkali agent, insolubilization of the chelating agent itself with respect to an excessive hardness component, expiration of efficacy, scale formation due to hydrolysis of the chelating agent itself, and the like.
[0004]
Further, in order to improve these problems, it has been proposed to perform a treatment with a detergency improver together with a scouring agent or in a pretreatment of a scouring step. JP-A-3-21699 discloses poly-α- A detergency improver containing a hydroxyacrylic acid polymer and a specific aminocarboxylic acid or organic phosphonic acid is disclosed.
[0005]
However, even when these detergency improvers are used, the higher the alkali concentration (for example, 20 g / L or more in the case of NaOH), the scum accumulation preventing effect is insufficient.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a detergency-improving agent having a very high effect of preventing scum accumulation in a scouring processor even when treated under a high alkali concentration condition.
[0007]

[0022]
The copolymerization ratio of the component (A) is preferably a molar ratio of the sum of monomers (1) to (3) / monomer (a) = 1/3 to 1/200, since more preferable dispersion performance is obtained. Preferably it is 1/5 to 1/100, more preferably 1/5 to 1/50.
[0023]
The component (A) comprises one or more of the monomers (1) to (3) and the monomer (a) in the presence of a polymerization initiator such as potassium persulfate by a known polymerization method such as bulk polymerization or solution polymerization. It is obtained by polymerizing.

The scouring method may be either a normal batch method or a continuous method, but the continuous method is generally suitable for the continuous method because the alkali concentration is generally high. The scouring temperature is 20 to 140 ° C., preferably 50 to 130 ° C., although it depends on the type of fiber.
