Claims (10)

EP 88 402 469.6 Patentansprüche
1. Gebegerät für Spielkarten mit einem Aufnahmebehälter (2) für den Stapel der zu gebenden Karten, mit einer Einrichtung (16) zum Abheben des Kartenstapels, einer Leseeinrichtung (32) zum Erfassen der auf der abgehobenen Karte (8) aufgebrachten Information und mit einem Speicher zur Übernahme programmierter Daten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gerät eine Sichtanzeigeeinrichtung [H, 5) aufweist, weiche durch Vergleich der Informationen auf der abgehobenen Karte (8) und der im Speicher erfaßten Informationen und in Verbindung mit dem laufenden Gebevorgang anzeigt, an welchen Spieler die abgehobene Karte (8) zu geben ist.

Gebegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abheben der Karten durch mindestens eine in den Boden des Aufnahmebehälters (2) hineinragende Rolle (16) gewährleistet ist, auf welcher die untere Karte (8) im Kartenstapel aufliegt, wobei die Rolle (16) während eines begrenzten Zeitraums zum Weitertransport der Karte (8) in Drehung gebracht ist, während dadurch sichergestellt ist, daß die Karte durch einen Schlitz (7) im Gerät teilweise heraussteht, so daß der Benutzer sie dort von Hand fassen kann.
3. Gebegerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (16) über einen Freilauf (28) mittels eines Gleichstrom-Getriebemotors (29) in Drehbewegung versetzbar ist.
4. Gebegerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (16) mittels einer Trägheits-Untersetzung in Drehbewegung versetzbar ist.
5. Gebegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sichtanzeigeeinrichtung Sichtfenster (5) aufweist, weiche einer Darstellung der vier Hauptpunkte zugeordnet ist,
die die Spieler, denen die Karten zu geben sind, symbolisch darstellen.

Cebegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leseeinrichtung zum Erfassen der auf den abzuhebenden Karten in kodierter Form aufgebrachten Informatonen mindestens eine optische Erfassungseinrichtung (32) aufweist, welche im Boden des Aufnahmebehälters (2) an einer Stelle angeordnet ist, die der auf der Karte angebrachten kodierten Angabe entspricht.

Cebegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in der Nähe des Austrittsschlitzes (7) für die abgehobene Karte (8) einen Sensor (34), beispielsweise in Form eines Photorezeptors, aufweist, welcher das Abheben der nachfölgenen Karte automatisch steuert, sobald eine Karte vollständig herausgezogen ist.

Cebegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebehälter (2) einen Schwenkdeckel (3) aufweist, auf welchem innen eine durch eine Feder (24) vorgespannte Klappe (14) so angeordnet ist, daß sie bei geschlossenem Deckel (3) auf den im Behälter (2) befindlichen Kartenstapel einen Druck ausübt.

Cebegerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmebehälter (2) eine Öffnung (39) zum Einziehen eines Kodierungsstreifens (40) aufweist, auf dem die programmierten Daten aufgebracht sind, wobei die Öffnung (39) in der Weise angeordnet ist, daß der Streifen (40) gegenüber der optischen Leseeinrichtung (32) durchläuft, um die darauf befindlichen kodierten Informationen in den Speicher zu übernehmen, wobei er auf die Rolle (16) läuft, so daß er in das Innere des Geräts eingezogen wird und das Cebegerät über den Austrittsschlitz (7) für die abgehobenen Karten wieder verläßt.
10. Gebeeinrichtung für Spielkarten mit einem Gebegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mikroprozessor
zum Steuern des Kartengebevorgangs, welcher an das Gebegerät zur Übermittlung von Daten an dieses anschlieBbar ist und neben dem Anschluß des Gebegeräts auch den Anschluß weiterer Geräte, beispielsweise eines Druckers, eines Minitel, eines Mikrocomputers oder eines Erweiterungsspeichers gestattet.
