Claims (9)

1. Für die Krankenpflege geeignete Matratze (1) bestehend aus einem geschäumten Vollkunststoffschaumkörper (2) und einem abnehmbaren Überzug (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Liegeflächenseite eine Ausnehmung (3) geformt ist, in die eine waschbare Einlage (5) aus wärmeempfind­ lichem, schockabsorbierenden Polyurethanschaum (SAF) formschlüssig einlegbar ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (3) durch Erhebungen (4) des geschäumten Vollkunststoff­ schaumkörpers (2) gebildet ist, mit denen die Einlage (5) fluchtet.
2. Matratze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vollkunststoffschaumkörper (2) aus einem Stützschaum gefertigt ist, der eine Dicke von 5-15 cm, vorzugsweise jedoch eine Dicke von mindestens annähernd 8 cm aufweist, im Bereich der durch die Ausnehmung reduzierten Dicke.
3. Matratze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Ausnehmung (3) begrenzenden Erhebungen (4) einstückig aus dem aus Stützschaum gefertigten Vollkunststoffschaumkörper (2) gefertigt sind.
4. Matratze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Ausnehmung (3) begrenzenden Erhebungen aus demselben Material wie der Vollkunststoffschaumkörper (2) sind, wobei die Erhebungen (4') gesondert gefertigt und mit dem Vollkunststoffschaumkörper fest verbunden sind.
5. Matratze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (3) lediglich zweiseitig durch randseitige Erhebungen (4, 4') begrenzt ist und sich über die gesamte Matratzenlänge erstreckt.
6. Matratze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (3) lediglich dreiseitig (4, 4',14) begrenzt ist, wobei zweiseitig die Begrenzung durch randseitige Erhebungen (4, 4') gebildet ist.
7. Matratze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (3) allseitig (4, 14, 24) begrenzt ist und auf eine spezielle Liegezone (Z) eingeschränkt ist.
8. Matratze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlage (5) eine Dicke von 5-10 cm, bevorzugterweise jedoch eine Dicke von mindestens annähernd 7 cm aufweist.
9. Matratze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vollkunststoffschaumkörper (2) einlageseitig mit einer Feuchtigkeitssperrschicht (7) versehen ist.
