Description

Es ist Stand der Technik , sowohl schwimmende Estriche (Fig. 1 und 2), als auch Estriche auf Trennlage (Fig. 3) aus Gründen des Schal!- und Wärmeschutzes von aufgehenden Bauteilen (2) zu trennen .

Hierzu eingesetzte Randstreifen aus verschiedenen Kunststoffen , z.Bsp. Polyäthyienschaum , führen auf Grund ihrer Festigkeit auch bei sorgfältigster Verarbeitung sowohl bei Innenecken , als auch bei Außenecken , insbesondere auch Türlaibungen , zu stark gerundeten Ecken der Estrichscheibe (Fig. 4 (7)). Dadurch entsteht an diesen Stellen ein Abstand der Estrichscheibe von aufgehenden Bauteilen von teilweise bis zu 50 mm .
Dieser Hohlraum wird vom Sockelstreifen des Belags bei weitem nicht mehr überdeckt. Der Randstreifen wird aufgeschnitten und angeflickt, der fehlende Estrich wird angespachtelt. Hierbei entstehen starre Verbindungen zwischen Estrichscheibe und aufgehendem Bauteil, die eine Schall- und Wärmebrücke darstellen .
Neuerungsgemäß wird daher vorgeschlagen , einen Randstreifen aus Kunststoff-Luftpolsterfolie in der Dicke von 5 mm und mehr einzusetzen , der den Anforderungen an Schall- und Wärmeschutz gemäß DIN 4109 und DIN 4108 gerecht wird .
Durch die Anordnung und Form der Luftpolster wird als Neuerung ein exaktes Abknicken des Randstreifens gewährleistet, so daß die Estrichscheibe an innen- und Außenecken maßgenau eingebaut werden kann . Schall- und Wärmebrücken durch Nachbesserungsarbeiten werden vermieden .

Claims (1)

  1. Randstreifen , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich hierbei um einen mehrschichtigen Randstreifen aus Kunststoff-Luftpolsterfolie handelt (Fig. 1-5 (5)).
    Randstreifen nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser eine dynamische Steifigkeit von kleiner als 70 MN/m3 aufweist.
    Randstreifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser den Erfordernissen entsprechend , z.Bsp. bei Fließestrich , mit einem Abdichtungsstreifen aus Kunststoffolie , Papier, Metallfolie oder bituminösen Folien ausgerüstet wird ( Fig. 2 und 3 (6))
    Randstreifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser den Erfordernissen entsprechend mit einem Stelifuß aus Kunststoffschaumfolie , Kunststoffolie , Papier , Rippenpappe , Wellpappe , Metallfolie oder bituminösen Folien ausgerüstet wird .
    Randstreifen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verwendete Kunststoff feuchteunempfindlich ist und eine Dicke von 5 mm und mehr aufweist. Der Kunststoff soll den Anforderungen an Schall- und Wärmeschutz gem. DiN 4109 und DIN 4108 entsprechen .
