Description
- 1. Die Siegel 37 sind halbflexibel und widerstehen Tempera turen zwischen 208 und 400 K.
- 2. Die Siegel 37 weisen genügend Adhäsivkraft und Feuchtig keitsfestigkeit auf, um den Innenraum des keramischen Rohres 20 gegen die Umwelt abzudichten.
- 3. Jede Metallkappe 26 weist eine galvanisch aufgebrachte Lötmittelschicht 35 auf, die unmittelbar an den Vorsprün gen 32 eine Lötverbindung mit den Elektroden herstellt und den mechanischen und elektrischen Kontakt zwischen Elektroden und Metallkappe verstärkt.
- 4. Der äußere Überzug 38 kann so dünn wie möglich sein, weil die Metallkappen 26 fest mit den Elektroden 21 und 22 verbunden sind, die Abdichtung des Kondensatorhohlraums nach außen durch die Siegel erfolgt und daher der äußere Überzug zur Festigkeit und Abdichtung nicht beizutragen braucht.
