Abstract

The indicator is for passage valves, esp. for pipe lines. The valve cone is externally actuated by a non-turnable push rod, via a turnably held double armed lever. The indicator hube (7) is controlled by a helical single ball track, with the ball groove (9) being positioned in the push rod (3). A ball (10) is held freely turnable in an adjusting screw (11), and engages in the groove. The adjusting screw is positioned radially adjustable in the indicator hub (7), so that the ball is moved without play into the groove by the screw. The screw is secured from the front end face of the hub by a threaded pin or similar (12).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einem Stellungsanzeiger zu einem Durchgangsventil insbesondere für Rohrleitungen,bei dem der Ventilkegel in Richtung der Rohrachse mittels eines von außen quer zur Durchflußrichtung eingeführten Stellorgans über einem abgewinkelten Doppelhebel angetrieben wird,nach der Patentanmeldung P 26 17 517.7 . An einem solchen Durchgangsventil,bei dem eine drehende Gewindespindel als Stellorgan den Doppelhebel antreibt,ist bereits für ein Stellungsanzeiger ein Schutz durch eine Zusatz-Patentanmeldung beantragt. Das fest gegen die Dichtbuchse geschraubte Zifferblatt,sowie die im Zifferblatt axial spielfrei unverschieblich jedoch frei drehbar gelagerte Zeigernabe und der Zeiger,sind zentrisch um die Schubstange angeordnet,wobei der Zeiger mit einer geschlitzten Ausbohrung unter Nachgiebigkeit des Schlitzes mittels einer Klemmschraube rundum in die richtige Umfangslage auf der Zeigernabe, planführend gegen einen Nabenansatz,festgesetzt werden kann. Die Kugel ist in der eingesenkten Kalotte einer Stellschraube drehbar um sich selbst passend gelagert,wobei die Stellschraube radial verstellbar in der Zeigernabe angeordnet ist,so daß damit die Kugel spielfrei in die Kugelrille zugestellt werden kann.
