wobei R H oder eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 18 C-Atomen, R' eine langkettige Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen, R" eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkylgruppe und X einen einwertigen anionischen Rest bedeutet, ersetzt ist.
Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes Nr. 25 29 444 ist ein flüssiges Feinwaschmittel auf wäßriger Basis mit weichmachender Wirkung, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es etwa 7 bis 40 Gew.-% eines Cio~C2o-Alkylpolyglykoläthers und/oder C6-Cro-Alkylphenoipolyglykoläthers, etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.-°/o eines C8-CM-Fettsäurepolyglykoldiesters und etwa 1 bis 7,5 Gew.-% eines Di-Cio—Cjralkyldimethyl- bzw. äthylammoniumhalogenids sowie gegebenenfalls weitere in Waschmitteln übliche Bestandteile enthält.
Ein solchermaßen zusammengesetztes Waschmittel weist neben einer guten Waschwirkung noch eine ausgezeichnete faserpflegende Wirkung auf und verleiht den damit behandelten Textilien einen weichen Griff.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man das Di-Cio—C22-alkyldimethyl- bzw. äthylammoniumhalogenid ganz oder teilweise durch ein quaternisiertes lmidazolinderivat der allgemeinen Formel
auf, wobei y eine ganze Zahl von 10 bis 40, vorzugsweise 26 bis 30, und χ und ζ eine ganze Zahl von 10 bis 60, vorzugsweise 30 bis 40, bedeuten, während m für eine ganze Zahl von 10 bis 50, vorzugsweise 30 bis 40, und π für eine ganze Zahl von 10 bis 40, vorzugsweise 20 bis 30, steht
Die Herstellung und Eigenschaften dieser Verbindungen sind in der Monographie von Kurt Lindner, Tenside-Textilhilfsmittel-Waschrohstoffe, S. 1052-1057 (Wissenschaftliche Verlagsgesellschaft mbH Stuttgart 1964), ausführlich beschrieben.
Das Molgewicht der zum Einsatz gelangenden Polyoxiäthylenpolyoxipropylen-Copolymerisate liegt vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 1000 und etwa 15 000; geeignete Handelsprodukte sind bei McCutcheons, Detergents and Emulsifiers, 1974 Ed, S. 137—138 beschrieben. Als Cio—C2o-Alkylpolyglykoläther nach dem Hauptpatent können auch ganz oder teilweise Fettsäureamidpolyglykoläther eingesetzt werden.

auf, vobei π und m eine ganze Zahl von 3 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 15, und R einen höheren Alkylrest mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 20 C-Atomen bedeuten.
An Stelle der Äthoxylierungsprodukte können selbstverständlich auch die entsprechenden Propoxylierungsproduktc Einsatz finden.
Die Herstellung und Eigenschaften dieser Verbindungen sind in der Monographie von Kurt Lindner, Tenside-Textilhilfsmittel-Waschrohstoffe, S. 912-914 (Wis-6Q senschaftliche Verlagsgesellschaft mbH Stuttgart, 1964) ausführlich beschrieben.
Im übrigen gelten sämtliche Ausführungsformen des Hauptpatentes auch für das Zusiatzpatent.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Flüssiges Feinwaschmittel mit weichmachender Wirkung auf wäßriger Basis, enthaltend etwa 7 bis 40 Gew.-% eines Cm— C20-Alkylpolyglykoläthers und/oder C6-Caj-Alkylphenolpolyglykoläthers, etwa 3 bis 15 Gew.-% eines C8-C^Fettsäurepolyglykoldiesters, und etwa 1 bis 7,5 Gew.-°/o eines Di-Cio—C22-alkyldimethyl- bzw. -äthylammoniumhalogenids sowie gegebenenfalls noch weitere in Waschmitteln übliche Bestandteile nach Patent Nr.25 29444, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Di-Cio—Ca-alkyldimethyl- bzw. äthylammoniumhalogenid ganz oder teilweise durch eine 15 oder Imidazolinverbindung der allgemeinen Formel
    anionischen Rest bedeutet, ersetzt ist
    Diese Verbindungen und ihre textilweichmachende Wirksamkeit sind bereits seit langem bekannt und beispielsweise bei K. Lindner, Tenside-Textilhilfsmittel-WaschrohstoRe, 2. AufL, Band 1, Seite 993—995, beschrieben.
    Die Cio—CarAlkylpolyglykoläther und/oder Ce- CarAlkylphenoIpolyglykoläther nach dem Hauptpatent können auch ganz oder teilweise durch ein PoiyoxiäthylenpoIyoxipropylen-BIockpolymerisat ersetzt werden. Diese Produkte weisen die allgemeinen Struktureinheiten.
